Yeah, had some good business taken care of. Three crazy nights followed by one 'chill' night with two lady friends of mine. Saturday night, I impressed the whole crowd at the club with my 'dance moves'. I had just picked up a new drink, and I'm walking through the crowd. This girl jumps up and wraps herself around me; squeezing her legs around me, and arms around my negs. With the drink in my left hand, I grab up her ass with my right hand, and with the drink still in my leftie, we're rocking like we're on a sex swing. The crowd circles around us while we keep shaking it, and I continuously [firmly] readjust my grip on her ass. A solid 3-4 minutes we're humping eachother. Then her cell phone went flying, and we called it quits. Hahaha, priceless. I wish I had that $hit on camera.
 
Have you tried pre exhausting them before doing presses? This helped me alot!
Yeah. I've been doing sets of DB side laterals and going straight into DB shoulder presses for the last 2 months or so. It seems to be working.

Day 2: Chest/Tris/O. Lower

Incline BB Bench Press: 135x30, 140x20,18,15,15,17, 145x13,12 (Up in reps and weight)
Seated OH Tricep Extension: 30x23,20,17,14,15,15,15,14

Upright Cable Flies: 15x16,16,17, 17.5x16,14,14,15,14 (Up in weight)
Reverse Grip Pulldowns: 60x17, 65x17, (New equip) 45x16,15,14,13,17,~ (forgot the reps...wasn't paying attention)

SLDL: 135x15, 225x10, 325x3,4, 315x3,3 (had to lift with shoes on)
Squats: 135x15, 225x10, 325x4,5, 335x3,3 (again, shoes on)

Well, today was okay...There were some things that screwed my session up, but overall, it wasn't a big deal...

1) The gym was a little crowded, so some of the equipment wasn't available and I had to change the exercise.

2) Some Mexican dude wanted to use one of the pieces of equipment I was on so he could do X-Overs, and me being the nice guy I am switched equipment to a different cable where the weight was dispersed differently. I went from 65lbs, to 45lbs, yet the 45lbs was probably heavier than the 65lbs. The dude couldn't even say, "Thank you."...and I mean that literally. He didn't know how to say "thank you" in English. I told him he could mow my lawn for me in exchange, but he didn't understand. :rolleyes:

3) The manager was in, and her and I have some history, and she would throw me out of the gym in a second if she had the chance...So, I had to do my O. Lifts with my shoes on...Anyone that does squats or SLDL without shoes knows that it easily increases your strength by a couple reps and 20+lbs. So, while my lifts were down, I don't think it was an honest reflection.

I've got two days left of BG, and about 5 left of GM. I've got a good bit left of WF and GG.
 
Ya. It's too bad. You can't really get mad at them, though. People are so sue-crazy these days. That's all it is is an insurance issue.
I agree. I asked my gym for a waiver so I could lift in my socks. They looked at me funny and have yet to get back to me on that one.

I don't have a problem with it at the gym I'm normally at. I just take my shoes off for each set on my O. lifts. Previously, at my old gym, I'd workout completely barefoot...I pulled that off for about two months before the owner got on me for it. Oh well...

I hate when the gym is crowded. :/ Resolve and I try to arrive when there aren't many people, but sometimes it is unavoidable. Then you have to wait for people to finish using equipment and ask them when they'll be finished. I'm usually the one that ends up asking, cause half of the time the guys 'll forget the rest of their sets and let me have the equipment right away. It is convenient for both of us. :D

I've got a SoCal story that trumps your frustration. I was at a gas station last night trying to fill up my tire, (the owner of the gas station was a Spanish gentleman). I noticed that as I was putting the air in, the air pump was not receiving any pressure readings and the tire was not inflating one bit. I was not riding on rim, but I was low enough where a bad bump in the road would have gone straight to the rim.

I need to change my tire, however, my spare is in my beneath my trunk, my trunk is covered in lifting belts, gloves, straps and miscellaneous papers and books, therefore, I had to do some house cleaning to pull my spare. I start to clean out my trunk, walking to and fro to the station's trash can, tossing out books and papers.

The owner approaches and with some serious attitude, mutters the few English words he knows and basically, I think he thinks I'm cleaning out my trunk for fun or I don't know, either way, he had a problem. I'm trying to explain that I have a flat tire, but that doesn't do anything. He starts pointing at the trash can I've been throwing my stuff away at and mutters some angry words, I keep saying, "I-HAVE-A-FLAT-TIRE" I try to walk out and point at my car, but he doesn't follow. I show him my greased up hands, "FLAT, I-HAVE-A-FLAT-TIRE" nothing, he walks off and mutters something else. He's giving me a dirty look the entire time and doesn't even look at me as he mutters something and walks off.

Now, I'm not a violent person, but I was already frustrated about this flat and if he were to harass me again, I was ready to beat him with my mini crow bar. I probably wouldn't have actually done it, at most I would have gotten in a puffed up shouting match, but still, that was frustrating. His whole attitude was real hostile and after my efforts to alleviate whatever problem he had with me by trying to be polite and explain that I'm not just here house cleaning for fun, I got incredibly frustrated.

I was on the verge of demanding he show me his papers (just to be offensive), but I withheld. I'm actually a little pissed off now.

For the record, I have no issue with Mejicans, the language barrier last night just so happened to be with a Meijican.

I'll be honest, I was almost hoping he came back out, I don't know what would have happened, but I knew I had A LOT of pent up frustration and some short lived animosity for this @-hole.

I don't even think you should be allowed to work in this country without speaking the language, not to mention actually owning a business that demands you converse with English-speaking peoples. But I'm sure this statement doesn't surprise anyone coming from a German like me!! :lol:

I just got Ultimate Nutrition's new AdreNOline. Had it waiting for me in Texas over the break .. I've used it in three work outs now, and it's added some further fuel to the fire. But that's primarily for the first 30-40 minutes of my workout, because beyond that, the flavor becomes nauseating. Maybe it's not just the flavor, but it's more nauseating than having a 'laxative' effect on me. Also, it seems to volumize up my upper abdomen as a result of not 'digesting' it very well .. Not sure how to explain this, but normally, I'd be able to to a 'vacuum' pose post-workout, and look lean and mean doing so. The past three workouts, my stomach has been 'inflated' as if with air .. hence the upper abdomen appears much bigger/inflated. It takes me 90-120 minutes post-workout to get my 'flow' in order .. It's very uncomfortable, so I'll jump back to the drawing board and try out 1/2 serving at a time.
 
I can't wait to give Purple Wrath + BCAAs + GlycerGrow a try down the road.

I loved my Purple Wraath ! .. but damn, bro, like usual, the stomach troubles I got from it. My stomach is so damn sensitive to everything and anything nowadays ! I remember I WAS combining the White Flood and Purple Wraath, which probably didn't help the cause .. but too large of amounts of intra or pre-workout drinks; too large a quantity of active ingredients at once, and I can kiss a solid workout good bye.

.. hence I keep shopping around for my intra-workout product. I'm wanting to try out Intrabolic again; can't remember having any stomach discomfort from that one.

DCM is good stuff, yes. Cheap and effective. I haven't used that intra-drink since I started the CL products, with the exception of the BCAAs.

That's not far from the truth! Increased protein synthesis = better nitrogen retention = less stomach discomfort! :thumbsup:

Today is a Rest/Carb-up day. I'll be having some irregular meals, but no real cheating. Among my normal foods I'll be having extra oats, Ezekiel bread, Kashi pizza, a sub sandwich on wheat, and some homemade chili. I already had a larger than normal breakfast with 500mg P-Slin. I'll do another P-Slin load with my later meal. Hopefully I can expand a little and take some sweet pictures.

Today is the last day of Blue Gene. I took a double-dose yesterday, and I noticed a definite increase in my positive mood. I'm normally a happy guy in general, but it just seemed to give me a clear and happy feeling.

I've got a couple days left of GreenMag.

Still have a decent amount of White Flood (2+ weeks), and about half a tub of Glycer Grow left. Talk about a bang for your buck! :thumbsup:

I'm sort of with Sam on this, even though I haven't tried both. T-911 is AWESOME; however, I've never used AS, and Met says everything is heightened on AS...BUT, you have stomach issues, and supposedly AS is known to be a little rough, so for you, definitely T-911! :fing02:

I'll be running AS alongside MMV2 around mid-Feb.

Ahhh, another night of work over with. 'Work' that is. Working at the club is like getting paid for having fun. And the ladies!? Wheeeeew, I LOVE MY JOB!

.. long story short, mid December, I met this girl and accidentally gave her my ex'es phone number. She called my ex that night, and yada yada .. And this girl's a hairdresser. So the other day, back home from CO, I hit up the hair dresser . . . why of course .. She was available, and, VOILA, I'm in the door .. Shared our laughs regarding the phone number troubles .. and as I left, I handed her my number and laughed at 'it's the right one this time, I promise.' ..

.. She texted me today, and I immidiately asked her out for margaritas tomorrow. She's in. We text a little forth and back, and she goes, out of nowhere, 'are you a slut?' .. I was kinda like, damn, is that how I come across when I'm out drinking ?! I was one drunken, happy, social Norwegian when she was me last. I thought charming. Not slutty. LOL .. She explained she was just cautious with guys and rarely goes out on dates/for drinks like that. She'd been f*cked over before. .. But damn, I felt 'privileged' .. She's this blonde, hot piece of 26 year old hairdresser a$$. I'm gonna surprise and turn heads tomorrow night !

I am glad that GlycerGROW and Blue Gene has been a positive experience for both of you though. Those are 2 of our most underrated products in my opinion (and two of my favorites)

I'd have to say my favorite Controlled Labs products (out of the ones I've tried) are...

1. GlycerGrow
2. Blue Up
3. Blue Gene
4. Green Mag
5. White Flood

I'm pretty certain I'd rate White Flood on the very top of my list as far as pre-wo products go. I like RPM's versatility (cardio or resistance training), but White Flood is much better for weightlifting than anything else I've tried.

Up in weight and reps on most exercises. I was sort of on auto-pilot this morning. I wasn't extremely focused nor did I really want to be there, but I guess my workout was pretty good looking back. It could have been the lack of Blue Gene that dropped my intensity and endurance levels. I'm not sure. During Calf Raises I started talking politics with an older guy (mid-60's) that used to be a CEO of a large corporation. Him and I are on the exact same page, and we were getting real worked up, "talking" at the top of our lungs. It was kind of funny. Everyone in the gym was looking at us.

Viking, yes, I've logged both the AS and t-911...I havnet had any stomach issues at all with AS but some have..if you are prone to stomach issues Id def go with the t-911...never know tho - you could have zero stomach issues with AS..you'll never know until you try...would you like me to mail you a sample scoop?
