Actually I don't. I rarely throw up unless I work my legs too hard ,and I can eat pretty much anything. I don't know what my deal was with Psarm.

The main key was to really take a backseat on dosing,even then it could be too much for some.

yeah your log has certainly proved educational as far as dosing. Glad we got you to do this for us. Should be a good reference for future users.

Biceps/Triceps

Triceps extensions-120-8(PR),120-6,110-8,110-6
Triceps Pressdown 120-10,100-8,100-9
Machine Tricep Dips-220-10.220-8(its an easy machine so it looks more intense than it is)

Hammer Curls-40-6,25-8,25-14
Preacher Curls-30-6,25-8,25-10
Bicep Cable Poses-40-6,30-8,30-8

I really felt crappy before the workout. But then once i got to gym it felt excellent, and now im very tired.

I had a real good pump going on in my arms.

My tricep stregth was real good. I dont always go that heavy, but today i was able to.

Not the same for biceps.

im also start to hit the punchbag after my workouts.

Its the only form of cardio i enjoy.

I used to enjoy running. I could run very fast actually, when i weighed like 160-170 pounds. But now that im 210, it puts too much stress on joints,legs,ect. Running is actually damaging if you do it too much.

I also enjoy swimming too, because i don't get any soreness from that, and i like to keep all my intensity towards the weights.

Had some of the best strength in while

Chest/Back

Did a little lower volume than usual, but i went heavy.

Chest Press-250-8,270-5(PR!),250-6
Pec Dec- 190-8,190-8,210-6
$ sets of inner chest pushup 6-8
4 sets of Dips of 8-12 reps

Dumbel(one) Row- 120-12,120-8,140-8(PR!)
Lat Pulldowns-110-6,90-8,70-10
Machine Row- 110-6,80-8

Shrugs 100's-20 seconds hold, then 110,then 120, than i targeted the back, and its gets complicated from there. Shrugs are always in between sets this session.

Had a really good workout, i took my p-slin before the workout and that worked well with 2 p-sarm.

The stregth was up and i made PR's. but recovery was way up too in between sets.

This is probably my last workout of the log, and its a great way to finish.

yeah, but i was only using one to clarify.

and those reps were intense, do you know what exercise im talking about, the one where you bend down like you going to do dumbell rows, but instead you use only one in the middle, its a real fun exercise to do for back.

I go to Gold's Gym, its the best. But im gonna have to say by to this place soon and the next gym ill be at will, be a far cry to how big this place is.

You can try alternative heavy and high volume.

The back is a huge muscle.

Unlike biceps and chest which are mainly fast fiber, the back has a lot of slow fiber muscle type.

so you can look into that, doing high reps with low weights on back is actually pretty intense from the burn you get. i think it works pretty well, not as much for mass, but more for defining and separation. and especially lat pull downs for the v-taper.

My opinion on the subject: I look like I lost weight(a few pounds), and perhaps i look like i gained a few pounds, but these are just my observations. Also it looks like I'm beginning to form a V-taper. The next post will tell what the scales say.

Final Assessments



Weight-
Beggining Weight: 208
Ending Weight: 211

I gained 3 pounds! Pretty good!

Alright, but where'd this weight come from? Im pretty shure its LBM. I dont look any fatter, seems to me that I am skinnier. On the day of my last weigh in, definately i probally got some water weight action going on. So lets say 2 pounds LBM. On that note, i think i lost 1-2 pounds of fat.

So for my final assement, I will give a modest estimate of a 2 pound gain in muscle, and a 1 pound loss in Fat, totaling in a final change of 3 pounds LBM!

It doesnt sound like much, but i believe,without my Psarm and adjunct supplement protocols(especially P-slin), I would probally on had a change of 1 pound LBM. So that a 300% increase in what id be able to achieve normally.

Stregth:
My stregth was up.
It hard to tabulate the actual stregth increases, because i vary my workouts so often, but here are two arm days, one in the beggining and one in the end. Triceps Extensions are a clear example of the stregth increases.

Mood:
I really didnt have a change in mood, overall, it was pretty similar to normal, except for agression.

Agression:
It was a stimmed/testosterone based agression. Overall my testosterone probally didnt shoot up to much, but i think i did. I dont know the exact reasoning why P-sarm gave me an aggression though.

Endurance:
It really didnt change much. It does change by itself, from day to day, for me personally. But i didnt think my endurance increased from the Psarm.

Libido:
This is a complicated one. Very prevelent in the beggining, not so much towards the end. It increases the blood going towards the erection. Blood pressure goes way up during erections though, at least in the beggining. This would be a great sexual aid product, used only every other day, cause the libido effect, kind of diminishes. I suggest 1 cap for the purpose, more might get you sick.

Recovery:
It really didnt change overall. Day to day,yes. Did Psarm change my recovery? I dont think so.

Effectiveness:8

Increased Vascularity and pumps. Increased Agression. Increased Stregth. Increased Fat loss.

Side Effects:
Nausua. Motion Sickness. Cold Sweats. Diararhea. The worst was Nausua. This side effects are bad but tolerable.

Recomend?
Yes, but only at a 25 dollar range. I have to be honest, at 40 dollars, there are better test boosters.

However,

Its a really great erection enchancer, better than any OTC supplement ive tried.

So at 40 dollars for a year supply,since you only need 1 cap for this purpose, 40 dollars would be okay too.

So the numbers arent that great, but i depends how you look at them. Im not gonna spend time on here, flushing up numbers so the product looks better. This my entire honest concised review.Look at the rest of my log for more details.
