this is true, i'm a lil worried about it personally but think i shall be fine. i was talkin more along the lines of sides not associated with stomach issues
 
Stomach issues are the main sides, its a broad term,can be different for different people.My stomach doesnt actually hurt,instead nausua and sometimes :toilet:

All of the sides can be reduced if dosed correctly. Like any medication ive taken, the doctor doesnt tell me to take the full dose right away. Sometimes for a month id take a smaller dose until i went to a bigger dose. Why? To minimize side effects.
Yohimbine is actually a drug if u look it up on webmd. Id say othsol had drug like effects to, since its standardized from cnidium Monnieri

The difference between a drug and a SUPPLEMENT to me. Creatine is a supplement, it can be found in meats, and it does not alter the natural mechanism of the body.

"A drug, broadly speaking, is any chemical substance that, when absorbed into the body of a living organism, alters normal bodily function."

According to me a lot of currect supplements are actually otc drugs.

So if you want minimization of side effects of any compound,whether it be Psarm, you need to adjust your dosage accordingly.

That went well, its a very good ai. Different than ATD. More strength and less of a drying effect.

However i didnt run it continously, because believe it or not the nausau was worse than Psarm, due to the forslean,which doesnt agree with me. But it works very well. I finished the bottle by using it as a pre-workout only mixed with Activate Xtreme.

Have you noticed brutal smelling gas and bathroom destruction from p-sarm? Ive had this distinct smelling gas
also heartburn city today.

I had an alright workout,nothing amazing today.

Incline Smith Machine-180-8,230-8
Bench Press Machine-180-8,230-6
Lateral Raises-25-12,30-8,35-6
Machine Pec Flies with static holds-180-10,195-6,195-6
Side Raises-25-12,30-8,35-6
Inner chest pushups- 3 sets of 6-8
Dips-3 sets of 8-10

A few back exercises,but my back wasn't ready today. 3 sets of various row movements with 80-100 pounds.

Mood: Amazing and yet Terrible at times

Glad to see pSARM is going well for you, that sucks about the restaurant, I've actually never had Arabic food myself.

I had a good workout for shure, great pump,great energy;

it was a short 30-40 minutes workout, but it hit me hard for shure.

But i focus on getting the muscles big,not really looking to just gain stregth. So i dont actively pursue trying to getting stronger,
I know stregth correlates to musclemass, but i focus on going to muscle failure as well as stregth, whether that be through volume or intensity.(ie slow rep,negatives statics)I have been employing these techniques more than before.

Strength is getting better for shure though.
But Volume, i guess muscle endurance has improved as well.

Keeping numbers and tracking PR's are great for sponsored logs where followers are wondering "what does this stuff do?"

It doesnt mean to change your goals or workout routine, but to hit failure you may be lifting more and setting PR's as a result coincidentally.

i know im hitting pr's its just that they maybe be minor, 1-5 pounds.

Its just that stregth is so varied, there are different types of stregth.

I mean lets say week one i did a certain amount of chest press.
The next week i do the same reps and weight, except on the way down i take 4 seconds instead of 2 seconds to lower it, and when i get down, i squeze my chest.

I guess that could be considered a pr.

Im just trying to say that numbers are everything

They are great, but theyre not the only thing in explaining how a product works.

Another thing is before and after pics, to me that can be just as important.

You can increase stregth without making any visual changes.

looks good man, whats your reasoning behind stayin at three tho? id suspect you could handle 4 by now

3 is good, one morning on lunch and one afternoon.

I like to take 1 at a time. Its better, two is kind of too much.

plus theres 100 pills,

so 100/3 is about a month and at 4 it would be 25 days.

(I superset raises usually)
I also experimented a little with cable side lateral and front raises.

All in all, my shoulders are genetically stronger than my other muscles.

I did a lot of volume today, lots of sets, but for different bodyparts.

My stregth was not up to exactly how i felt. I came in the gym expecting to real nail some increases in my chest press or bench press, but the weights did not increase. Oh well
I had a pretty good workout anyway. I am pooped.

That the psarm gives you better boners, but it doesnt exactly make you want sex or increase the pleasure exactly.

also this boner effect kind of has diminished as im using the psarm everyday.

So if you want this as a boner aid, id only dose it, when you want boners.

220 for a static hold of 15 seconds on pec deck fly is impressive man! I have never tried that. Good job!
 
Nice workout ari, it seems like your structure of starting heavy then going lighter favors more of a blood volume workout than a PR workout. Like a pre-exaust im thinkin you will make nice gains like this and in a few weeks be reaping some serious rewards here.

Bent Over One-Arm Long Bar Row- 100-8,80-12,60-15

i went higher reps with the back to get the slow twitch fibers, which the back has more of than other bodyparts

Mood: Crappy the first part but now i feel better

solid workout, i too like going high reps from time to time on back, its always a good challenge, for me harder than going my heaviest due to the concentration required and the lactic burn.
