That went well, its a very good ai. Different than ATD. More strength and less of a drying effect.
However i didnt run it continously, because believe it or not the nausau was worse than Psarm, due to the forslean,which doesnt agree with me. But it works very well. I finished the bottle by using it as a pre-workout only mixed with Activate Xtreme.
Have you noticed brutal smelling gas and bathroom destruction from p-sarm? Ive had this distinct smelling gas
also heartburn city today.

Actually i have.
Like doing 4 sets of dips in the 8-12 range.
Chest press-250-8
(stuff like that id say were pr's for me)
But personally, i dont base workouts around pr's.
Pr's are great.
But i focus on getting the muscles big,not really looking to just gain stregth. So i dont actively pursue trying to getting stronger,
I know stregth correlates to musclemass, but i focus on going to muscle failure as well as stregth, whether that be through volume or intensity.(ie slow rep,negatives statics)I have been employing these techniques more than before.
Strength is getting better for shure though.
But Volume, i guess muscle endurance has improved as well.

I dont really know if its possible to get bigger, by using great form and intensity without having a few notable, obvious and prevalent indicators of progress. The mirror can be decieving so when asked "how is your progress" it can seem marginal or non existent. The weights and allegedly hips dont lie. lol
It doesnt mean to change your goals or workout routine, but to hit failure you may be lifting more and setting PR's as a result coincidentally.
You can increase stregth without making any visual changes.

I also experimented a little with cable side lateral and front raises.

All in all, my shoulders are genetically stronger than my other muscles.
I did a lot of volume today, lots of sets, but for different bodyparts.
My stregth was not up to exactly how i felt. I came in the gym expecting to real nail some increases in my chest press or bench press, but the weights did not increase. Oh well
I had a pretty good workout anyway. I am pooped.

Nice workout ari, it seems like your structure of starting heavy then going lighter favors more of a blood volume workout than a PR workout. Like a pre-exaust im thinkin you will make nice gains like this and in a few weeks be reaping some serious rewards here.
pulsing and static holds are great for the last set of any and every workout!
solid workout, i too like going high reps from time to time on back, its always a good challenge, for me harder than going my heaviest due to the concentration required and the lactic burn.
you should get some good boners at that dosage too.
I just wanted to put that out there.
That the psarm gives you better boners, but it doesnt exactly make you want sex or increase the pleasure exactly.
also this boner effect kind of has diminished as im using the psarm everyday.
So if you want this as a boner aid, id only dose it, when you want boners.
