basically wondering how many of you guys on here are silverback gorilla's (hairy) and feel they need to shave legs, chest and back and of course genital region.

post your thoughts here.

I doubt you'd call Branch Warren a homo to his face.
 
Branch Warren is a professional bodybuilder. I wouldn't cal Michael Phelps a homo either.
 
I don't see a problem with shaving the chest but I'm not sure about shaving the legs...the sac needs to be trimmed too.
 
The only thing that should be trimmed is your nether region, especially if you ever expect it/them to go into your ladys mouth.
 
I shave everything, including my eyebrows.

I paint them back with shiny black liner like this

I had to start shaving my chest last year of HS and first year of college to even everything out. I had random hairs on my left pec, right pec was covered and the middle looked like an upsidedown triangle. It was so horrendous i had no choice but to take action:D

Micheal Phelps is the swimmer version of Mclovin from Superbad. And it pisses me off that he pitches that learn Chinese system on that infomercial. He looks totally confused and he never even speaks a single word of Chinese in the commercial. If it worked so well, he should of used some in the commercial.

But as far as shaving, I agree that you want to present your goods like a well manicured lawn. You don't want it to be like an overgrown lawn in the humid Kentucky summer with a dead cat in the bushes.

Your armpits won't be as prone to smell bad if you trim them up a bit too.
 
I shave my back, chest, and nethers. Got to. If I don't, I could make a jacket out of it and give it to "Coats for Kids". :jaw:No joke. Like a dang werewolf dude. Every 3 days its gotta go. Back grows faster than anything else, though.
 
I shave my chest cause it sprouts tiny hairs all over the place and it looks like im going through puberty (maybe i am? haha).

I shave my nethers, cause i personally won't take a trip down stairs on a girl if shes got a garden down there, and i think they would want the same. sides, who wants a pube hair in the mouth :sick:
 
I saw an older dude at the grocery store the other day that was completely shaved. Arms, legs, chest (he had a tank on)...I mean completely bare. Everything. For the first time ever I thought to myself, "That is friggin weird."

If I was married, I'd let my wife decide. I don't really care. I almost hope the future Mrs. Irish Cannon wants me hairy. Then I wouldn't have to worry about it.
 
The rule of thumb is if you're pale and fat keep the hair, if you're dark and lean, take it off!
 
pits and balls here, sometimes chest. How in hell do you guys shave your back? I've got these weird sparse, thick hairs that I'd love to be able to get rid of.
 
My wife shaves me. But they have this thingie I saw that is like a backscratcher, but its clippers, too. Haven't tried it, but it looks like it would work. It's called man groomer. Look it up.
 
I shave my arms, chest and nuts. If I get to a point where I want to see what the progress of my legs look like, then I will shave the top of my quad, as you can see the muscle better this way. I am a redhead, so the hair on my legs and arms is blond, but it still blocks the view.

I got into a habit of shaving my arms a while back. Once you get used to having them shaved, it is weird when you have hair on them!

Honestly, I hate body hair haha! It just gets on my nerves.

on request? hey hey hey, i know when i've got it coming and act accordingly and you should too :lol:. It would be alot easier than going at it ever so gently with the electric hair clippers only to nick your sack every few minutes. but still, those scare me less than a regular shaver, funny that.

also, to any of you cats that do shave regularily. have you experienced any extra grow back? like thickness or just more hair in general?
 
i dont shave but trim with clippers my back, arm pits, chest, thighs, pubes and sides of the nuts.. my lady likes it trimmed but it isnt baby smoothe.. too much hassle with maintance and I hate razor burn.. I do shave my arms though.. makes my tattoos pop out more

i was actually thinking of a bodytrimmer that I had seen forsale but it looked iffy.. my clippers do me justice
