When I visited Hawaii I learned alot more about Micronesia/the cultures out on the pacific rim. Any meaning to your tatoos? I remember the Rock getting some big ones done, he has some Polynesian heritage I believe.

just curious but i see you have been moving the same weight on flat bench for pretty much the whole time. Are they getting alot easier every workout to finish your sets? How about upping the volume since you cant add more weight? Maybe add another set in there or got to complete failure on the last working set? just a thought braddah bobz

LOL..thanks jeff!..yes it is getting easier,but what i do because of that reason,is i do it slow and concentrate on neg.res!..but yeah i do it to complete fatigue,arms,shoulders,tri's,etc!..but not the bench!..LOL..you like me get stuck?..since i train alone,i try to be careful on the bench!..LOL..

I've trained alone many times over the last 25 years of lifting. I have gotten stuck many times on the flat bench. I just roll that shit down my torso and ease one side off to the floor....and voila!! I'm free!! There's never an excuse for holding back!!

Keep killin' it up in here...Killer!! :twisted:

it was nice!..trained on saturday,and rested on sunday!..and if today's weather turns out good!..i will be going to the
beach,to do some running also!..we will see how it turns out!..you excited bro,i mean the big day is right around the cornor for you huh?

Would be nice to go to the beach when ever I could. lol. Yeah man I am excited for the big day. Everyone around me has the countdown. Sat, I will not be a single man no more. lol.

bobby lives real close to the beach on that side of the island. I mean everywhere is close but he could probably walk a short distance. I could too if i wanted to swim in pearl harbor! lol. Running or even walking in the deep sand is one hell of a calf workout. Nothing compares imo. It does look ok to hit the beach today but ive got some xmas shopping plans!
