Way to listen to your body and plan accordingly. Long term wisdom here..
Sorry for the lateness, but the party can start now! lol
we'll see, this almost feels like it's my sciatic nerve...I'm sitting at my desk and sometimes it feels like it starts to shoot down my left leg.
I'll just keep an eye on it for the rest of the day...maybe I'll walk home and ice it at lunch.
I mean....what are we here for? to not make gains and push past our limits? NO...stretch and warm up right, then focus, get pissed and crush some weight, the iron isnt going to lift itself. Im going to throw in a quote from one of my long time idols, Steve Prefontaine. "To give anything less than your best, is to sacrifice the gift." so ask yourself, have you really been giving your best?I say, rack that b*tch up on the squat rack. Take some Taurine, and enjoy the hell out of the back pumps... it reminds me that I am on cycle.

AP worked much better than Pslin for me.
RPM and Mdrol huh Rob? lol... dose your HB...
also, I forgot to note that I had no appetite last night when I got home from the gym! I had my 50g of ATW and 45g of WMS at 8:45 (post workout), got home from training my next client at 10:45 and had a hard time forcing myself to eat. stayed up until 1am and had a muscle milk before bed.
I was really surprised that I wasn't hungry...although I had a lot pre workout. prewprkout = PB and banana on ww, 1 bowl of kashi cereal (just sounded really good) and 50g ATW. but that was at 5:30pm
hey rob!..try to eat your whole foods before you drink your shake, the shake is whats killin' your app.!:thumbsup:also, I forgot to note that I had no appetite last night when I got home from the gym! I bet its the RPM that is zapping your appetite - always does for me.
GMG, mind listing all the Robs?.. just messn yeah there are a lot of us here in the wonderful world of AM :djparty:
My name is Rob too! Thats crazy!there must be like 9-10 robs on this board that I can think of.
What Bslick said: get more whole foods going, not just PB/Banana ATW for meals.
That RPM will DEFINITELY do that as far as appy.also, I forgot to note that I had no appetite last night when I got home from the gym! Do you get good results from using Muscle Milk pre-bed? I always would take something before bed, but since stopping that I've never slept better and my midsection isn't bloated in the morning. Unless it's EAAs or BCAAs, you will not achieve much growth hormone output at night from having a pre-bed shake. You NEED to have an empty stomach and that Muscle Milk has a fair deal of carbs and the fats will stay in the GI tract for a while... just my 2 bits worth.
Just throwin some suggestions out there so you can fine-tune $hit, ya know? I tried a lot of things and found many things to be tried and true with my application and it was greatly to my benefit. I'd like to see you exceed your gains while you're in PCT holmes.I've used it before bed for some time...I've never had any issues with it. I tried BCAA's before bed and I've thought about just getting a regular casien protein for night time. I kinda use it as a dessert...yummy!
I'll give you that it has some fat in it (12g), but the # of carbs is pretty low 16g (but 5g of fiber).
I should get back on my routine of just having a tub of cottage cheese before I go to bed

Bleh! I've never been able to fucking stomach that shit.
no doubt sunny!..i just had 4-philly cheesesteak hot-pockets just sitting here at the computer!..LOL..:thumbsup:steak before bed for me.
Hey man, excellent log.
I am new in this forum and just saw your progress pics, and it's amazing how we have gone through very similar stages, except I got stuck in the 170s weight range, and its been very difficult to gain muscle weight again.
In comparison to the epi, how is the SD better? I have read the thousand people saying how toxic and bad it is, but how much better has this been in comparison to your epi run?
How have you managed your diet now? # cals, % of carbs, prot, fat?
Thanks for your help, I am trying to make up my mind about running Sd in the near future and need some encouragement.
I've been a whey at night guy for years.I just hated it when my hunger would wake me up. I am looking into the coconut oil before bed now.
