Sorry I did not realize you had only taken the SD for a few days.

To answer your question (even though you didn't ask me) I found Mdrol (SD) to be less harsh than epi... but I ran epi up to 50mg.

If it doesn't hook you up with a case of gyno, SD is the bomb.
 
Whey doesn't keep long enough for me... Sometimes I'll do half whey half casein...

When I was on H-Drol - my shake was like 900 calories at night... :lol: Cottage cheese, cytogainer, whole milk, pineapple, blueberries, casein...

Try warming up and then doing some stetching: Hams, rotate your hips, bring knees to chest while on your back. Get real lose and see what happens.
That's good "everyday" advice there bro. I warm up and stretch very religiously these days. And it also boosts performance. I swear by it. :thumbsup:
 
AP worked much better than Pslin for me.

That's good to hear. I'll be using some AP in a week or so for a recomp. I am seeing AP getting like a 50/50 approval rating. I'm hoping to respond well, like you did G-Money.

Well you TG, like I, am not afraid of carbs. I would seriously go hypo if I ate some AP and didn't eat immediately. It was incredibly noticeable. The pumps were great, I lost some weight and gained some LBM. It did exactly what it said it was going to do, minus maybe the crazy extent to which it does thisthat USP advertises.

nip doesn't itch and is only a little puffy, but when there is pressure applied to my nip it's tender.

I realized this when we were watching a movie and she put her head on my chest.

I used to get the midnight hunger pains from just a whey shake before bed, but now I have 2-3 tbsp of PB and it does great!

That's the same thing that happened to me at day 6...

My advice is to take Nolva for the next 3 days AND continue your cycle... If nothing improves - hop off and start taking ATD with another full week of Nolva.

Don't trip - I bailed a little early I think - but you did the right thing with the Nolva last night.

Yeah, don't trip... My pain and bump was gone completely in 2 days... With Nolva AND ATD. I did stop M-Drol though.

May be advantageous to run a low dose AI as well.
 
with my "scare" or whatever it was, I took 3 nights of 10mg nolva. I don't have boobs. I did notice that my nipples got randomly sore a couple of times... but I put it aside as imagining things.
 
yeah, if there wasn't an infamed mass then I'd just associate it with a flux in hormones that can cause puffy/sensitive nips.
 
My run with Superdrol left me with delayed onset gyno. I was going for plastic surgery consultations for a while man. Mdrol ain't worth it to me for that. Hence, I'd rather be on DNP then Superdrol (or clones) anyday.

People are scared of it. It can be dangerous if misused. But, yeah... it's hard to find, hard to acquire, hard to know if it's measured right... but if everything is in check and you take it easy, it's still a lot to endure, but people are just scared of it.

What is the definition of a healthy lifestyle? By a holistic means, none of us on this board are living a healthy lifestyle. I thought it'd be a good idea to pick the New Year as a time to start a true 'healthy lifestyle' to the fullest that I can.

It is a component of dynamite. It'll stain anything and never come out, pretty much. It was actually the first prescribed weight-loss drug in the US. It makes the day very uncomfortable and it has to be used JUST right. I'm not saying, "oooo only the FoG can do it right!"... but let's say ur a decent hobbyist bodybuilder and you forget to drink your water for a while. (My buddy says he drinks a gallon a day, when in actuality he can't count for **** and probably drinks 64 oz). If you're borderline 'parched' and you chug down some waxy maize or something with a lot of carbs, you'll probably cook some organ tissue.

nip has lost a bit of the puffiness and tenderness, there is still a small bump though.

I'll also get yesterdays workout log up sometime today.

Another note...I've been taking my cycle support by throwing it in the back of my mouth and chasing it with water (sometimes I just need to take it when I'm not planning on having a shake). I just got a new container of it and it tastes SO MUCH BETTER (I didn't gag nearly as much as normal)

Awesome chest day man. 120's on incline is getting to some big #s eh! And SD does the same for me, nullifies all soreness, makes my muscles ****ing indestructible! :bb3:
 
Nice job with the 120's Del! Sounds like things might be under control. Do you think you will stay at 10 for the entire cycle or bump to 20?

I hate it when spotters help more than they're asked to. I tell 'em I need a spot, not their help lifting each fuckin' rep. I don't want them to even touch the bar unless I'm yelling, "Get this shit off of me"!! :lol:

I think AI must have changed something about their Cycle Support and PCS formula. I think they listened to everyone complaining about the taste. That is a very solid product though. :thumbsup:

What about the Dermacrine aromatizing? Did GMG stay on his Dhea after his gyno scare? Just a thought..

Sorry to hear about the nip issues, but it looks like it's improving from what you've stated.

I agree with the nolva and atd suggestions. Those interventions should mitigate that aspect and allow you to continue.

Becareful with the dermacrine addition as well with your given situation. DHEA will have some estrogen conversion, and that could potentiate further issues.
 
thanks T1 and AZ! I was hoping the addition of low dosed ATD would eliminate the worries from adding in the dermacrin...which also has resveratrol in it (although it's a low dose).
 
Yea I kept dosing DHEA, but I was dosing it orally... of which the conversion rate is nothing near topical administration.

I think a low dose ATD should keep everything in line though.

Dermacrine is the best DHEA product on the market imo, and the conversions due to steroidogenic enzymes in the skin should be far superior in every regard in subsequent conversions of androstenediol, androstenedione, testosterone, and estrogen.
