For some reason my appetite doesn't pick up till the afternoon. I don't think changing shifts all the time helps.
i was like that on a different cycle,breakfeast was hard to swallow for awhile,and thats the reason why i welcome my new found appetitte!:thumbsup:..maybe you should try tren(dienedrone) one day!maybe it will do the same for you.imo!:thumbsup:

supps-1-dienedrone,2-multi,2-milkthistle,3-fish oils,3-aminoacids.


flat bench-4 sets of 5-272lbs.
flat bar curls-4 sets of 10-104lbs
flat bar s/shrugs-4 sets of 10-184lbs
flat bar military press-4 sets of 10-179lbs
dips-4 sets of 20.

and post w/o supps.-,1-dienedrone,3-aminoacids,3-fish oils.


and before bed supps.2-arom-x.

notes-im feeling fired up this morning from the rest i had yesterday.be back after training to comment more!

update-okay! gentleman its been a long day,just popped! in and out a bit when i had the chance!any who!..i went up 2-reps on my bench,that means too me at least that 3-plates(315)is inevitable!:thumbsup:,and added another set to my shrugs!,boo-yaa!..loving it!:thumbsup:..be back here tomorrow!:thumbsup:

Along with your strength increases, its good to see that your strength endurance is also increasing, looks like another solid product!!

will be back later to update!oh!..snap..apparently my weight i took last week was off by 5 lbs.i used one of those rinky dink!..bathroom scale which was not acurrate.but i ended up going to a friends house to weigh myself on a digital scale,and came in at 230lbs...now if you go back to page 1 of my log you will see that i sarted at 220lbs.so i can say that i gained 10lbs. so far!as for my training today,it went by quicky,and strenght is deff. up^^..i kept everything the same as listed,and had enough oomp!..to go running for 2 hrs. on the beach!...so far so good!:thumbsup:

Up 10lbs? Damn homie. Very impressive. I'm having a good time with Propadrol, though I'm cutting. Aggression is super high tho.

At certain points in the day I get WAY more aggression that I've ever had from the stuff.

Today I was driving and was merging into a lane and some @$$ sped up to get right on me, then he holds in the horn. Heart rate felt like it jumped to 140ish. I was just saying, "wrong time motherfcuker. Get along side of me and flip me off and I'll leave me car, open your passenger door and rip your fcuking eyeballs out!"

I say things with more assertiveness, like today at the Chinese restaurant when I went to use the bathroom, the Chinese cook didn't wash his hands. I heard no water running and there was no effin towel in there anyway. I got out and get to the count and said,"hey. YO. You don't have any towels in there. I had to dry my hands with toilet paper. I know you didn't wash up." He pretended not to know what I was saying, though I know he knows decent English. So I got smart and said with a fake Chinese accent, "You go pooh pooh and no washy." I left without paying or picking up my food. haha. He just gave me a weird look.

10 lbs. is very impressive bobbybslick!! Especially with this dienedrone compound. These tren type products don't usually produce much in the way of bodyweight gains. They usually tend to lean people up and make them mean as all Hel!! :twisted: Which I love by the way! :thumbsup: But with the way you've been eating, it's no wonder you've gained some mass with it. Keep slamming the weights and the food bro!!! :squat::food:
