okay!..heres what i had this morning.for breakfeast i had 3-strips of bacon,2-scoops rice,2-tbsp.p.b,3-eggs,18oz.100%whey shake,16oz.iced water.
supps-1-dienedrone,2-multi,2-milkthistle,3-fish oils,3-aminoacids.
flat bench-4 sets of 5-272lbs.
flat bar curls-4 sets of 10-104lbs
flat bar s/shrugs-4 sets of 10-184lbs
flat bar military press-4 sets of 10-179lbs
dips-4 sets of 20.
and post w/o supps.-,1-dienedrone,3-aminoacids,3-fish oils.
and before bed supps.2-arom-x.
notes-im feeling fired up this morning from the rest i had yesterday.be back after training to comment more!
update-okay! gentleman its been a long day,just popped! in and out a bit when i had the chance!any who!..i went up 2-reps on my bench,that means too me at least that 3-plates(315)is inevitable!:thumbsup:,and added another set to my shrugs!,boo-yaa!..loving it!:thumbsup:..be back here tomorrow!:thumbsup:
