All in all I gained 5 total pounds from the cycle. This is after PCT and everything. So I am very pleased with that. I even look just a little bit leaner than I was in that last round of photos from September. The only sides I experienced while on-cycle were acne, oily skin, insane aggression (which I love!), a little anxiety which was stress-related, and a little trouble sleeping the first couple of weeks on the Oral Tren. But all in all, I loved it!! :head:

I want to thank everyone for their warm, heartfelt holiday best wishes. I had a wonderful day of fun, friendship, feasting, and festivities. I think I may have gained about 4 lbs. just in this 24 hour period of carb-loading!! J/K LOL I actually didn't change any of my diet's structure on this day. I always carb deplete for 5 days (Fri. thru Tues.) and then I carb up for the next 2 days (Wed. and Thur.), so it worked out just right. And I didn't eat anything really bad yesterday. I ate mounds of turkey, some lean ham, sweet potatoes, green beans, broccoli, a little bit of dressing, and some frozen yogurt and fruit for desert. But I put away a very decent portion of all of this. And then I took the customary afternoon nap!! ha ha I feel loaded for action this morning. I will put all of this carbed-up power to good use in just a few. It's Leg day!! :twisted:

Sounds good... you can have fun with your eating and still lose fat as long as you don't eat stupid. I used to think cheat days were an excuse to load up on crap. Now it just means I may be able to have something I would not normally eat but I still try to eat healthier types of cheat foods. I always keep a good supply of dates and almonds around to curb cravings and my wife makes me these natty peanut butter protein powder cookies with honey. I think it's just a couple of cups of natuarl pb a cup of honey a few scoops of chocolate proten and an egg. Makes about 30-40 small cookies. I always thought you had to use flour for cookies but apparenly not. Hey I wonder how they would taste with some molasses and muslei...

3 Week Formestane Bridge Cycle--day 5

REDUCED WEIGHTS/REDUCED INTENSITY CRUISE PERIOD TRAINING: I knew all that food yesterday was going to make me anabolic as all get-out this morning! I felt great during this workout! Here's how it went down: LEGS--QUADS-- LEG EXTENSIONS: 150 X 12. Reduced--130 X 12. Slow and sadistic! Squeezing 'em hard at the top of the movement. Slow negatives. MACHINE SQUATS: 315 X 12. And another set of 315 X 12. Very deep and slow. A nice break from Widowmakers for sure! ha ha SEATED HORIZONTAL LEG PRESSES: 400 X 12. And another set of 400 X 12. I decided to toss these bad boys back into the mix. And they felt great! I went all the way down on the negative and then I contracted them hard at the end of the positive portion. Blew 'em up!! I need more quad size. Especially outer sweep. So I kept my feet very close together. Maybe 6 inches apart. HAMSTRINGS---STIFF-LEGGED DEADLIFTS: 315 X 10. Reduced--275 X 12. Awesome stretches at the bottom. STANDING ONE-LEGGED HAMSTRING CURLS: 90 X 12. And another set of 90 X 12. Nice and slow. Then I finshed up thighs with a set of DB LUNGES: 40's X 12 reps. Torched 'em! CALVES---SEATED CALF RAISES: 200 X 15. And another set of 200 x 15. These felt really good. STANDING ONE-LEGGED CALF RAISES WHILE HOLDING A 60 LB DB: 50 X 15 each side. I haven't paid proper attention to calves in a while now. I haven't hit them hard since I tore my right calf muscle over a year ago. That was a freak accident though. I was doing one-legged standing raises on a machine when my foot slipped off the freakin' block! Oh, that shit hurt!! :aargh: I've been just playin' with 'em ever since. Not now. It's time to take all of this up another notch!! I'm totally serious about my training now!! Totally!!! :twisted: Keep Fighting The Good Fight My Fellow Warriors of the Realm Eternal!!! :duel:
 
Tg's cruise would be all PR's for most. Nice work Big Man. Calf tears suck too...tore mine doing sprints with my 17 year old. Takes some time to heal and it really sucked living in a two story house then. Keep showing us the way TG.

The transdermal Formestane/Trione combo is kicking ass DW!! I love this stuff. I always mix it up either 5 grams of each to a bottle of Penetrate, or I mix it 1 part Form and 2 parts Trione like I did this time. I put in 3 grams of Formestane and 6 grams of Androstenetrione powder (6-OXO). I am dosing 100 mg. of Form and 200 mg. of Trione per day. Actually I use mine at night. So my test levels are really high first thing in the morning when I'll be training. I forget sometimes to report any influences of products that I purchase myself. I don't know why. But if I'm running something sponsored or semi-sponsored I give udated reports. But I should report on what I'm taking all of the time. Anyway, the TD Form/Trione is already leaning me out as it has gotten rid of some excess estro-related bloat. I'm really tightening up now. Vascularity is increasing. Aggression and focus are elevated as well. Strength is holding steady. Recovery is improving as I am on the 2 weeks cruise period of DC type training. Sleep and appetite are both great at the moment. In fact: All Is Well!! :thumbsup: Here's what I'm taking at the moment. These are everday dosages. TG - your light weights is more than my heavy weights! stepping down a notch - possible, training intensely - probable. that's a heck of a workout.

Little aches, micro tears, strains, and pains are healing up nicely. I'll be ready to blast again a week from this Monday! Here's how it went down in the Temple of Torture this morning! :smite: SHOULDERS--MACHINE SHOULDER PRESSES: 180 X 12. Reduced--150 X 12. Slow and strict reps. Trying to get something out of this cruise other than just the rejuvenation. I've got that mind-to-muscle connection going on strong! CABLE BAR FRONT RAISES: 90 X 12. And another set of 90 X 12. ONE-ARM BEHIND BACK CABLE SIDE LATERALS: 50 X 12. And another set of 50 X 12. This is such a strict movement. Great for isolating those medial deltoids. ONE-ARM UPPER PULLEY CABLE REAR LATERALS: 70 X 12. And another set of 70 X 12. Pump 'em up! Then to finish off those delts: PRE-EXHAUST SET OF DB SIDE LATERALS WITH DB SHOULDER PRESSES: 40's X 15 on the side laterals, and 50's X 15 on the presses. I love these!! The burn was fierce!! :smite: FOREARMS--BLASTER BAR HAMMER CURLS: 130 X 12. And another set of 130 X 12. I used my triceps blaster bar that has the parallel grips (palms facing each other, thumbs up). And they feel marvelous. ONE-ARM CABLE INNER HAMMER CURLS: 75 X 12. And another set of 75 X 12. I do these bringing the weight across my stomach and up my inner chest. Awesome feel to these bad boys!! ABS--3 SUPERSETS OF KNEELING CABLE CRUNCHES/LYING LEG RAISES/REVERSE-CRUNCHES: 3 super sets of 25 reps for each movement. Only 30 seconds of rest between each superset. And that was a rap! I keep reminding people that I have been training for 25 years now. And I'm 6'3 and 256 lbs. It would be a shame if I was still pushing 225 X 10 on the bench press like I did when I was 19!! And within the first year of training at that. My weights seem light to me in comparison to what these monsters use that I keep posting videos of. Guys that are Incline Benching 400+ for reps. Flat Benching 500+ for reps. Squatting 600+ for reps (or Coleman doing 800+ for reps!!). Behind-the-neck Smith Machine Presses with 400+ for reps. Now that's some heavy ass weights!!! My stuff seems very light up against these numbers!!

LOL... thanksgiving is an American Holiday started by the some of the original English settlers to this country. It is mostly about eating a lot of turkey with your family and watching college football.
 
I checked in on the log and watched the video of the day. That got me pumped up for my workout. I tore my legs a new one and I am sure that I will be feeling it tomorrow. Also, I am close to finishing up my 3rd Prime bottle and I guess I will be all natural with just LG's BC +EAA and Creatine Mono as my only supplement until mid Jan when all hell breaks loose. I was debating on a quick 2 week MMV2 with Formadrol Extreme PCT then a break for 10 days while pre-loading for P-Plex and Xtreme Tren, but it is probably smart to not put that strain on my body. Thoughts?

MMV2 is extremely mild on the body, yet strong. I didn't feel any suppresion while on it. i felt great the whole time!

Don't do it. I wouldn't have ran the MMV2 again in between my epi and my mdrol runs if I could go back. I was just lazy and wanted easy gains. Wait it out and your Phera run will be all that much sweeter. I think it may have taken away from some of the gains I could have achieved on the Mdrol, or at least some of the "on" feeling.

My own thoughts are to hold off on that 2 week MMV2. That's not very long to get much out of it. And your receptors will just be that much fresher and ready to take on that Phera/Tren run!! You can save the MMV2 for later. Just my opinion though Silver. You can do whatever you choose....naturally.
