Irish Cannon Teams-Up with LG Science's T-911! (Sponsored)

Is that seriously a lot? I thought 5 was pretty normal.

Not for someone like you Irish, rock-solid physique is high-maintenance ;) I think you are definitely leaning out and your strength seems to be going up too, if you respond well to RESET things should get even better . Got to try these hack squats, I’m curious, what weight do you lift when doing them as opposed to regular squats ?

It's normal for Irishmen and Buffalo'ish Asians Invalid Link Removed
dont forget italians.

the highest i went on dosing was 8 in a day. 3 in the morning, then 5 pre w/o about 6 hours later. i only did it like 3 or 4 times, but they were hands down some of the most intense, fast paced, skin splitting pump, tear someones f**king face off type of sessions.

Well, BB Hack Squats are a completely different exercise than a regular squat. It's more similar to a deadlift than anything else. There is really no correlation between a regular squat and a BB hack squat other than the fact you're working your quads.

I was working with 215lbs today, and will be bumping it up to 225-235lbs next week. I was hitting 8-10 reps at that weight. I've really been working on the form as it's a little tricky at first. I feel real comfortable with them now.

That meal looks delicious! Where do you get your jerk sauce? I'm looking for an adequate and natural jerk sauce (I'll never forget the Jamaican jerk chicken we got on our honeymoon)

Day 16

Weight: 169.5lbs (+1.5lbs)

Slammed Back today and it was glorious! I had such a huge pump going, it felt like I had two slabs of meat hanging off of me.

Pretty much everyone at the gym today was working back for some reason, so due to everyone using the equipment, some of the exercises were a slightly different variation from my normal ones, but basically the same movement.

Today's Exercises:

WG Lat Pulldown
Standing Lat Pulldown
Seated Row
RG Bent Over BB Row
20mins on Stairmill

It felt sooo great to be doing Bent-Over BB Rows again. That's another exercise I used to use a lot, but haven't done for about a year. I just love that stretch you get at the bottom, and the contraction you get at the top.

I'll be adding in a couple sets to each workout starting tomorrow. Probably another three or so. Just to add a tad bit more volume.

Just as I suspected, my weight has jumped back up to 169.5lbs. Excited about this as it looks like I've been leaning out at the same time.

weird. i did BB rows for the first time in probably a year too a few days ago. i remember doing sets of 8 or 10 with 135, and i was able to get 225 for a set of 6. feels awesome when you see your lifts jump so much.

btw, if you get a chance, can you send me some of that info on bb hack squats that inarius (?) sent you?

You should all be very proud of me tonight!

My buddy is getting married on Saturday, and a few of us guys went out tonight and I avoided ALL alcohol and cheat foods! I had a grilled chicken salad at the pub with some water, and went to another sports bar after that and I munched on almonds and my casein shake.

Off to bed. I should have been asleep an hour ago, but whatever; at least I avoided the empty calories.

Day 17

Today was chest. I had a real good workout and hope to feel DOMS setting in soon.

My strength was up considerably on most of my exercises. Flat BB Bench was horrible, but only because I had pre-exhausted myself. As you already know, all of my compound lifts are at the very end of my workouts, so decrease in strength on those exercises is to be expected.

When I was finishing up, an older guy that's usually in there the same time I am every day said, "Hey, man, don't be settling for lower weight just because you don't have a spotter. Just ask me anytime." I said thank you, and kind of laughed a little to myself because I know that even though I have a decent sized chest, my strength is not very good, and I'm guessing he thought I was going way lighter than I really could, when really I wasn't. - I may have been able to crank out an extra rep on some sets with a spotter, but not without a little help.

Today's Exercises:

Pec Fly Machine
Incline BB Press (changed this from Incline DB Press)
Hammer Strength Decline Chest Press
Flat Bench BB Press
- And FRICK! - As I was typing this out I realized I forgot to do calves today. Oh well. I'll get them after Hams tomorrow.

I added a set each to my #2, #3, and #4 exercises on all bodyparts. Sets are now 6/5/5/6.

I dropped the RPM today, and won't be using it again until I've got a week of Reset AD under my belt...RPM/Ephedrine/Speed V2 - Ya, that sounds good.

So I've come to the conclusion that double-dosing T-911 kills my appetite. Ever since the first day of dosing it this way I've noticed my post-workout appetite diminishing (only for a few hours), and today it was horrible. It took me an hour to get down my PWO meal that normally takes me fifteen minutes. So, I'll be splitting the dosage up differently. 1tab pre-wo/1tab post-wo/1tab w/Meal4.

I'm still tired from last night. I only had about 6.5hrs of sleep, so I'll be taking a nap in a few minutes even though I have A TON of stuff that needs to get done...it's just going to have to wait.

GOOD FOR YOUUUU!!!.....THAAANXX!!

Is this your first time using RPM? Reason I ask is because RPM just killls my appetite!! Especially the higher the dose gets!! Just sayin....

Yes, but I've been taking 5 caps for a while now, and only noticed my appetite being a problem since the first day I started taking 2tabs of T-911 pre-workout.

ahhh okay then.

ahhh ic. thanks for the link dood. im going to have to try these soon. would you recommend using smaller plates to go lower, or do you use the regular plates still?

only reason i ask is because sometimes ill use 25's and load up the bar and get a greater range of motion on deads, to hit the quads and hams more.

I wouldn't worry about using smaller plates. You're fine with full skillets. ROM isn't hindered at all.

Woke up from my nap with my abs in DOMStown. I don't work them, but it's from doing those Standing Lat Pulldowns yesterday.

Chest feels a little fatigued as well, but no soreness yet.

This routine I'm on is murder. I'm extremely worn out all the time. I will definitely be ready for my break in mid-December.

More importantly, YOU should be proud of YOURSELF ;) I am most impressed Irish, not a lot of people would be able to do that. Alcohol and cheat meals are nothing but setbacks. It is like being sick, we all hate it but when it comes to drinking that is a different story all together, it becomes a voluntary inflicted sickness. I'm saying that only because most people can't drink in moderation. What is the joy and glory of waking up the following day feeling like absolute crap ?!

I avoid alcohol and cheat meals pretty much all together simply because I work my a$$ out in the gym and DON'T WANT ANYTHING TO COMPROMISE THAT. It is hard enough as it is to get where I want to get (I don't have perfect genes ) so I don't need any other hindrances on top. I don't see that as a sacrifice at all, I LOVE TRAINING, that brings me most joy in life :D

I wish more of my family understood this about me. They just don't get it. For example, if I go to my parents house and they are making waffles or something and I tell them I don't want any, it's almost as though they get offended. I don't think it's as bad as it used to be, but I can still tell it bothers them. Same with my brother...He will ask me sometimes if I want to grab a pint with him and some friends at the pub and I decline, he acts as though I'm too focused on my diet and training and that it's not as important as "having fun" - WHAT THE HELL?! Why can't people grasp the concept that FUN is a subjective word, and that what is entertainment for one person, may not be for another?

It REALLY chaps my hide. I'm so fortunate to know people on this forum that completely understand where I'm coming from. It's just unfortunate that I don't have any close friends that feel the same way.

I thought about this a while ago and I realized that there is just no way that I could ever be involved with another woman that doesn't share my love for fitness. It's just too important, and I can't even imagine how awesome it would be to have a marriage where you can push each other physically.

It seems like my Irish Weekends are a thing of the past.

I'm dreading to go home for Christmas for the SAME REASON ! My family doesn't know anything about my bodybuilding. I think they would freak out if they saw my log here ! :aargh: I'll keep it as a secret for as long as I can. What you don't know doesn't hurt  Yeah, it is very irritating though, when the people that are closest to you see you as an outcast

'CAUSE MOST PEOPLE CAN'T THINK OUTSIDE OF THEIR OWN BOX :frustrate: :frustrate: I have only a few friends that understand what I'm doing and would never ask me to do something that conflicts with my training. With the rest I don't bother, people rarely seem to know how to disagree but still respect one another.

Same here, since I joined AM I no longer feel alienated. The support you get here is amazing and it is perhaps the best motivational drug one can have !

HAHA, my mum keeps "harassing" me 'cause I'm not settled yet and you know I'm getting "too old" :icon_lol:, can't be too picky at my age :icon_lol::icon_lol:
I just think life is too short to settle for second best, if training is where I spend 95% of my free time, then how could I ever settle for someone who is not AS passionate about it as I am ?!!!

Day 18

My hams recieved a good slaughtering today. Quads were hit a little too during HIIT.

Today's Exercises:

Prone Leg Curl
Kneeling Leg Curl
Good Mornings
Hip Abductor/Adductor
Standing Calf Raises (<---I was supposed to do these yesterday)
HIIT: 12 intervals @ 30/60 on spin bike

The whole workout took about 1.5hrs. My strength was up on all exercises. I'm really trying to push myself on the Good Mornings since my rep range is so wide. I really enjoy doing the heavier sets as I haven't ever done GMs below 10 reps until now.

I lowered my pre-wo dosage of T-911 to 1tab because of the appetite issue, and it seems to be helping already. Still took a little longer than normal to eat my post-wo meal, but definitely not as long as it took me yesterday.

I've been off RPM now for a few days. Intensity is decent, but not as good as when I was using it. I'm just trying to "sober up" a little before jumping on the Reset AD. I'd like to be clean for at least a week before starting the log. Coffee intake has been lower as well; not because I'm trying to cut back, but mainly because around the time I normally drink it I'm now napping instead.

I've got quite a bit going on this week and next week. Not looking forward to all the extra work. Finals are coming up, which means exams, papers, and projects. December 5th is my last day of exams, and I'll have about a month off before starting the Spring semester. Only a couple more semesters left! :woohoo:

Ya, I've only been active in a few threads the last few days. I've got a lot going on.

I haven't recieved my Reset AD yet, but I am anticipating its arrival!

dont think ive ever asked you, but, what school are you at, and what are you studying? and any plans for after youre finished?

Irish, I'd call that a mighty 10 oz piece of chicken ! Your pics are a little more close-up, so looks may deceive . . lol

University of West Florida, studying Criminal Justice. I plan on going into criminal investigations/crime scene investigations, and hopefully be involved in SWAT depending on the city (or STOP as it's called in Boston - A city I've been looking into working for). Firefighting is also a possibility, so we will see.

Then again, there is the possiblity that I will not even have to use my degree. I have some other things in the works. It all depends. I'm trying not to stress over it. I've got so many options.

Regardless, I want to enjoy my work. I won't hesitate moving around to different fields until I find what I'm looking for. There is no way I'm going to settle for a career I don't enjoy.

Spicy, hot foods are amazing! I love all that stuff. I was eating a tuna wrap I made in class today and the chick next to me said, "*GASP* Are those jalapenos?! I can't eat those, they're too hot!" And I said, "I love the burn!!"

Whenever I go to Subway, by the end of the sandwich prep, I request and I quote, "pepperccinis and an irrational amount of jalepanos."

A couple quick supplement updates I wanted to point out. Some of these I've already mentioned, some I haven't.

1) 5g Leucine will be added to Meal 4's shake, Meal 6's shake, and to my intra-workout drink.

2) Until further notice, there will be no RPM or any other stims, with the exception of coffee.

3) T-911 is now dosed 1tab Pre-Workout, 1tab in between Meal 2 and Meal 3, 1tab with Meal 4.

4) 10mg Tamoxifen EOD

5) An additional teaspoon (3.6g) of BA will be added to my intra-workout drink this week, making for a total of 10,800mg BA every day. If I notice greater endurance/stamina in my workouts, I will continue this dosage, otherwise I will drop it back down to 7,200mg.

I had some chicken breast earlier today that I covered with some hot sauce. Oh man...spicy is my buddy!

I don't know why I ever think I can make a big order of supps one month and assume that it will keep me from ordering more. Curently in my NP cart...

1 Dymatize 12hr Protein 4.4lbs
100g Bulk 1-C
21g Bulk P-Slin
1 Basic Cuts (Only $9!)
200 CLA Supreme Caps
1 NOW Acidophilus & Bifidus
ATW Whey Isolate
1 (500tabs) Universal Uni-Liver
1k BCAAs

I'm super anal about not running out of my supplements, so some of that I already have but don't want to deal with ordering more at the last minute. I'm not a fan of the Just-In-Time inventory system.

Day 19

Had a great Arm workout today. Strength was up on all exercises in the higher rep range. I went in feeling a little small and deflated for some reason, but by my second exercise I was massively pumped and felt great!

Exercises (All supersets):

Single Arm Rope Pressdown
Alt. DB Curl

EZ Bar Skullcrusher
CG EZ Bar Curl

Overhead DB Tricep Press
CG EZ Bar Preacher Curl

CG Smith Bench Press
BB Hammer Curl

20mins on Stairmaster, HR @ ~160-165

No cool stories or anything. Nothing weird happened at the gym today; however, I did get a little pissed off at an old man for robbing my preacher bench in the middle of my supersets, so I stared him down and finally he looked over and said, "Oh, were you not done with this?" - I said, "No, I wasn't." He moved.

***Supplement question for everyone***

What do you guys feel would be better for an intra-workout drink? AND DON'T SAY BOTH! -- 4 scoops Poseidon + 10g Leucine + 4g BA + 4g DiCreatine Malate OR 25g BCAAs + 5g Leucine + 4g BA + 4g DiCreatine Malate?

intra workout question:

I like the first choice because Im a huge fan and supporter of Poseidon.....there's my vote

I felt great on it. Very healthy and clean energy

I'm really noticing some drying out and leaning up. I think my diet could still use some fine-tuning, but all-in-all I think I'm doing okay. Sometimes I feel like I should be having a real meal rather than a shake and PB for Meal 4; perhaps some ground beef or something like that. What's everyones take on it?

Either way, things are going good and I'm reaching my goals. I feel like I'm adding some quality LBM and dropping fat at the same time...who says it can't be done?! Things seem to be changing daily, and I'm very happy with the progress I'm making.

The T-911 is really helping me harden up. I feel more dense and dry since being on it. Quality product for sure!

Here's a new pic from tonight.

I think it is okay to have your shake and PB for meal four, as long as you aren't substituting shakes for solid food all day you should be good. If you would rather have beef though, totally go for it. It'll only benefit you more. :)

Well then I may as well do that. Beef and almonds for Meal 4, FTW!

Damn son! Midsection is really leanin up!
