that's all I've done for the last 6 months. Not sure why the pic makes my lower pec look bigger, it's quite the opposite. Only incline presses and neck presses for me. Here is a better picture from a different day. I still need more upper, but I"m not sure there's anything more I can do. I guess it's genetic.

yeah I guess I have been cutting for a bit. Which angle is better for incline, 45 or 65? I think part of my problem is also \shoulder strength doing too much work.

Thats actually too extreme imo. I prefer anything between 20-40 degrees. Usually have to set up and adjustable bench in a power rack depending on your gym.

If you care for my two cents:

You have to make sure that you are hitting your upper chest, but you are right on... after a point your shoulders are gonna be doing more of the work. Like the aforementioned above, I too prefer a slight incline, and focus the hell out of squeezing that upper portion of your chest. I am like you, my lower chest will develop fine, but it takes serious work for me to put size on up top on my chest, my shoulders do the job for me if I don't keep them out of the exercise as best I can.

I sometimes like the smith press for incline, rotated with free weights of course, as I feel I can focus more on the contraction of the muscle in the right area.

Keep working that upper chest, it will happen for you.:hammer:

Just remember to watch the BP I know your taking proper supports but I found when running this type of combo with s-drol my BP was something I always had to watch.

BTW I've run both combo m-trn/sdrol and 19-nor/sdrol

this is a great cycle for mass and strength I know you'll love it

i feel the higher the incline the more shoulders are involved, if u wanna hit ur chest more incorporate supersets (high-low cable crossovers, dips/pushups, incline/decline bench) .02 cents...

Yeah good call. I watched the Milos chest workout video and decided I will lower down the incline, to maybe 20-30. I think we are exactly right in concluding that I was using too much shoulder. I have been consistently using one click higher than 45 on incline. Perhaps that's why my shoulders have gotten bigger :lol:

Eat clean and smart you will be just fine.

Personally, i would do 3 caps split- 7am, 3 pm, before bed.
 
I kind of want to switch my routine so I can hit chest more often. Ideas for me?

Sometimes if i end up doing chest say twice in 6 days or so i'll do barbell one day and dumbbells the other

For my last cycle I went down to a 30 degree for presses and 37 for flyes upper chest was also a weak point for me and at these degrees I felt it alot more in my chest and alot less in my delts. .

Gonna go to the grocery store in a bit and get some B6. There's nothing wrong with leaking, other than it being unpleasant, right?
 
P5P is much more effective then B6 plus you need less dose as well......or get some caber. Personally id stop everything if my nips started leaking.

p5p is listed as b6, b2 and magnesium. I can get all three of these at the grocery store. yeah?

Otherwise I can drive about 20 minutes and get a bottle of p5p.

Watch for puffiness and any growth........I would hit the B6 hard until you get p-5-p(its harder to find).

Chasteberry will help(vitex). Get some GH supps going as well.

Nothing is redundant when it comes to growth or leakage.

At least in my book.

I dosed B6 200mg(100mgX2) and GH supps(somnidren GH then Bulletproof)

I still cant believe rugger has leakage 3 days in.

There is a 275mg B6 / P5P blend at Vitamin Shoppe that is 91% AS PYRIDOXINE HYDROCHLORIDE AND 9% AS PYRIDOXAL-5'-PHOSPHATE. So approximately 25mg P5P. I'll run that once per day for the life of the cycle.
 
Well not exactly leakage. I did squeeze. The gland behind my left nipple is noticeably larger. I've had high prolactin since my havoc cycle and was just gonna roll the dice with this one. Admittedly not a good idea, but I figured I could contain it if necessary. Looks like it's necessary!

It wasn't much liquid, but enough to feel it in between my fingers. After havoc I had puffy nipples and if I squeezed it would leak, but never enough to feel it between my fingers.

I'm going to go out and get some p5p tomorrow and nip this in the butt. It would have to get really bad for me to quit the cycle.

I hear ALRI's restore is a good one to get to. I'm not plugin, just stating. One of the ingredients is Prolact-x. And i quote-

I'll check and see if they have chaste also. The place I will be going has a very large selection of NOW stuff, so they probably will have it.

it says in the article that low dosages of chasteberry (120mg a day) actually increased prolactin levels and can be used to ENHANCE breast milk production.

but when taken at higher dosages (480mg a day) it decreased prolactin levels in men.

just some food for thought.

P5P chaste berry, and l dopa.

goto shrubmed.com look up dopamine antagonists, there will be a bunch, and you need to see which ones will help you.

i have a list, but its in the works, PM me if you need me to give you the list.
