sh!t...today I only had 5 eggs, 2 bowls of cereal, an omelet and some potatoes for breakfast. Blue up and some no explode pre-WO, and felt great. Monday Ill get at least 2 full meals in me to crush some weight for back :cheers: Videos will be posted!

I know plenty of people with rediculous ADD that have 1400+ SAT scores... wait... SAT's have changed haven't they... they are scored differently now right?

Well, when I went to school it went to 1600...

I used a machine for the 21's, but just for you Ill try it with an EZ Curl bar

my pics don't do me justice :( but yes T-Lake, I had a plate strapped to my waist haa. When I took the SAT's they were on the 1600 scale, got a 1250 :( so I took the ACT and got a 21....Im no genius but it was good enough to get me into college, so w/e. Tomorrow is back, already getting pumped! videos will be posted:cheers:

Yo, if you can do 21's on the EZ with 135 - I'll be impressed. I can crush 10 reps on a 105 EZ bar, but 21's are hard for me with 35lb dumbbells.

1250 is nothing to sneeze at dude. the national average is like 980.

You didn't get a 21 on your ACT, the score doesn't go that low. Maybe a 31, and that is pretty damn good score.

Big difference between olympic bar and an EZ bar too. They call it EZ for a reason... :rofl:

Seriously, 135 EZ Curls is like some Thundergod sh*t. But I'll give my props with a video.

Also - with the cable - you have to see if its one pulley or two (if its an adjustable height station)... If the pulleys are at different heights, the load is reduced by up to 50%.

Well no sh*t Tom, that's why we have all been like WTF?! about your workout numbers. Benching 285, yea I can totally see that. 21's with 135... that is some SERIOUS weight.

Hahaha, dude just write what machine or type of bar you use for each exercise from now on. If you say curls, people are going to think either dumbell or straight barbell.

For Example:
I can't use the hammerstrength press and say that I can "incline bench 315" for reps just because I can on the hammerstrenth press. It just isn't what people would be led to believe. This is a bodybuilder's forum, people are going to assume that you are using free weights unless otherwise noted.

G Money - take a look at his BB Rows... different form from what I do.

I bend over a LITTLE bit more, and hit the top two ab muscles with the bar instead of below the belly button.

Sh*tload of weight thought TomKat... I max out there around 210 for MAYBE four reps.

That was pretty funny man. Good on ya for the vids. Work on your form though, you'd get better workouts from lighter weights with perfect form/completed reps.

my shoulders have always been very dominant...so when i lean forward I feel it ALOT in my shoulders, mainly rears, but thanx man:donut::donut:

So you're doing BB Rows mainly for the backs of your shoulders?

I guess we are using it for different reasons.

no using it for my back, but when I bend over more, I feel it in my shoulders more than my back, so I stand a lil more upright

Im not trying to hate but youd get alot more results if you lifted half the weight for full ROM and no bouncing.

yea man, today I was dragging ass, but my back has always been weird...I feel it but I have never really had 'proper' form...but yea man, put up videos, at least we got the balls to do so...talk is cheap! whores are cheap! whores and being cheap is something a b!tch does...just my .02 cents

90 degrees homie. Seriously dude, f*ck the weight if the exercise isn't correct. I only squat 225-275 depending on my reps... but I squat ass to grass... It's a whole 'nother ballgame after 90 degrees.

Tom your putting youself at risk for injury liting soo heavy for half reps. Once again you are a strong Mofo, im not attacking but constructive criticsm bro. You prolly feel one hell of a burn from those weights but your robbing yourself of further gains by doing smaller ROM. The ROM on your bench and inclines was almost 100% and then for legs it was quite a bit smaller. I think youd be better off doing a larger ROM with 60% that weight.
I know somtimes it a big motovator to get pissed off push the envelope, throw up huge weights and say fk it.
Dont get injured man, your tendons and ligaments cant stregthen half as fast as muscle tissue.
IMO its safer to get the most brutal workout imaginable and blow your load with lighter weights and better form and ROM.
I wont keep posting the same thing, just throwin some advice out there, your doing wicked on your fatloss progress and using hormones are fun. I remember doing some of the same things then eventually just going ATG and going to just below 90 on leg press and getting better results with less weight. cheers.

Hey man... I'm going to give you your due on the leg press... Form wasn't great, but f*ck - that's a lot of weight.

1. You guys need to chill a bit on the TomKat.
2. TomKat - you can push a lot of weight... but these guys are right... If you work on your form, your growth will explode.
3. I want to f*ck the girl tossing the medicine ball around in the distance of your squat video... Tell her Timber said "holla".

I'm pretty sure 98% of the guys on here couldn't leg press or squat anywhere near those weights, even with weak form.. So balance out the advice from the hate - and keep killin it.

thanx man! my form on squats wast the greatest cuz i was already tired from leg press but yea...lifting heavy is starting to really kill me

See the funny part is you have 30 pounds on me but I can out lift you. Hmmm. If I were as fat as you I'd probably be 230 also. Oh wait, you have 4 inches on me and only 30 pounds? LOL I'll let you talk **** if it makes you feel better about yourself.
