Thundergod's Mad Methyl Meltdown!!!

Looks huge! My pulldowns aren't that intense, although I got on the bi-lateral pulldown yesterday that I haven't done in months and just went nuts on the thing. Didn't count reps, just kept chugging away until my arms wanted to fall off, counted to 30, did it all again x3. I feel it today!
3 sets of 30!! Now that sounds intense. I've entered the lovely realm of DOMS this morning as well. Way up high in my outer lats. Under the arms. Not only sore to flex, but also to touch. Oh....I love it! Who doesn't want wider wings? This bitter-sweet joy/agony is the sacrifice we must make to gain them. No Pain....No Gain!! :twisted:

Coleman puts up the first bar so easily man... That's like how I do 225. Freaking incredible.

I personally like the way lou ferrigno cleans and presses over 225 like it's the bar.

Arnold's Tbar rows are pretty intense, he's just my all time fav, so no competition there.

But it's Marcus Ruhl who really stands out to me... did you see his FREAKY vascularity when he was doing those shoulder presses? All those guys are monsters, the only guys worth noting who were missing were Branch and Dorian Yates.
 
Back is my strong point. I have decent thickness even down towards the middle to lower back. I've always had a strong back, even when I first started lifting at age 19. Yeah, the 300 lb. pulldowns were very intense! And I just stay strapped in the whole time too. My wrist straps are coiled tightly around the bar. I just rest there with my arms straight up in the air. Too much work to unstrap them, rest, and then re-strap them again. LOL

Damn bro. With your back spread, I could tie a rope to you and use you as a kite. That **** would scare all the neighborhood kids. :toofunny:

I dunno, it better be a f*cking hurricane or tornado to get his 250lbs frame off the ground.... I imagine the god of thunder could whip something of that magnitude up though.
 
Your back is as wide as a russian tram, great work TG, Your only as old as you feel , your lifting weights like you feel 16, a real inspiration as always.
What you think of the new ecdy product from lg, you think it will be effective, i cant wait to try it after my success with My injectable run.

I've never had remarkable results from Ecdy. Only dosed the gaspari product though.

I've used Ecdy in various protein powder blends before. And I've used some Ecdy caps before as well. I can't honestly say that I got a lot out of it. But this LG Ecdy with a sublingual delivery system could prove very promising. It's still about 3 months out from production though. I'd love to be a tester for it. I can't wait to start seeing some feedback from it. It could actually wind up being a viable option to use on some natty cyces.

Well injecting it means it goes straight into your muscles, ive used oral before and had nothing, im injecting it now and i can honestly say its the strongest natural anabolic ive used to date, havent tried prime yet.
 
TG first off great log you have here. 2nd I wanted to say thanks for posting that video for warming up the shoulders/rotators. It worked great and I havent had any shoulder pain since I started. Props to you. Keep killing the weights!

I appreciate you and all soldiers who have bravely fought for this country. We are deeply indebted to you and all the fighting men and women of our brave armed forces!! I salute you sir!!

Thanks bro. Those rotator cuff warm-ups are just what the doctor ordered for sore shoulders. I have a slightly tweaked left rotator that has lingered around for years. Those warm-ups really help to loosen up my entire shoulder girdle and gets the blood flowing around the affected area. I think I'll go grab that video again and post it here in my thread in case others would like to see it as well. I think put it in austinlink's thread. Yeah, here it is. I agree 100%. I have an insane amount of respect for vets. My grandfather was in WW2 and my father was 82 airborne Army Rangers, my uncle was in the Airforce in desert storm and a few other relatives that were in Korea and Vietnam. My family has a deep military backround so that may be why I am the way I am. You ****ing rock Iron!

Only 2 days left now shaddow-man. It has been one sweet-ass ride for sure! This is the best strength drug ever! And very decent for lean mass as well. It's amazing how compounds can act so differently when either ingested or injected. Oral Trenbolone is much different than injectable tren ace. Both are awesome for strength and aggression, but the oral version will support more mass gains. PCT starts Thursday morning. I'll give a rundown on my PCT supplementation here in my thread Wednesday morning. .

Thats a great video you found TG very informative, especialy for some of the guys newer to training, how important it is to warm up.
My old trainer, he was just 5,4 but he was 220lb, absaloutley huge, but very bad aestheticly, we are all at the gym one day, me and my 5 brothers, and him, his names pavel...Anyway there was a guy on the leg press pressing 430lb if i remember right, and we had just got to the gym, anyway, pavel saw his form was awfull, andas he could press 550lb he jumped straight on to show the guy, and banged out 5 reps like it was nothing, but on the 6th rep, he tore his quad, it actualy ruptured and came away from the tendon attaching the muscle to his knee..9 months before he could squat 200lb, and he still 2 years later has major problems with the leg, a big price to pay for not warming up.

Actually, I have something new and exciting that will be added to this PCT. It is scheduled to arrive in my mail tomorrow. So I'll post what it is when it comes in tomorrow. Don't you guys just hate all of this suspense??!! :lol::run:

Tren enathate seems to be alot better for mass gains as well. I love that stuff!

Last Day Of Cycle!! Finishing Strong!!

WAR REPORT: Here it is. The final war report of the final day of the cycle. I have some new PR's to report. Let's dive on in, shall we? NUMBERS ##--CHEST--FLAT BENCH PRESSES: 335 X 9-5-3=17 total reps. PR! Up 10 lbs. from 2 weeks ago. Lovin' it!! DC sets still in play here. Rest-pause sets with 15 deep breaths between the 3 mini-sets. All back off sets are done with textbook form. Slow, controlled reps, slower negatives, partials, and a static hold on the very last rep of some sets. Back off at 225 X 15. And then an immediate drop to 185 X 9. Just to get the last bit of strength out of my pecs. The burn was fierce. PEC-DECK FLYES: 220 X 13. Up 5 lbs. Heavy set. Back off at 150 X 15. Then I immediately hit a set of Incline Benches with 155 X 12. The pump was truly awesome. PULLOVERS: 150 X 11. Back off at 100 X 15. ONE-ARM REGULAR CABLE CROSSOVERS: 85 x 12. Hard set. Back off at 60 X 15. I then turned around and facing the pec-deck machine, grabbed the pec-deck arms and did standing flyes with it at 130 X 20 reps!! Man oh man, did they feel good! TRICEPS---STANDING TRICEPS PUSHDOWNS: 200 X 8-5-3=16 total reps. PR!! Up 15 lbs. from just 2 weeks ago!! This is what I'm talking about!! Back off at 130 X 15. That heavy set took a lot out of 'em. SEATED ONE-ARM CABLE EXTENSIONS: 90 X 12!! Felt so strong on these for some reason. Maybe it's the Oral Tren? :think: LMAO. Back off at 60 X 15. REVERSE-GRIP PUSHDOWNS: 140 x 14!! Definitely a PR on this exercise. Up 1 rep from 2 weeks ago. These are very strict. Back off at 100 X 12. Then I tossed in 1 set of Standing Rope Pushdowns at 100 X 14 just to finish 'em off. This has been the most exciting and productive cycle that I have ever ran thus far!! I coudn't be more pleased with the results. Great strength gains. 7 lbs. of lean mass gains with maybe 2 lbs. of water and fat that I'll shed during PCT. I will give my PCT supplementation protocol here in a little while. I'm shaking so much from the CNS pounding I just put my body through that I can hardly even type this report right now! :twisted: Back in a few!! Auf Wiedersehen!! :wave:

Do you mean pre-workout this morning? I took 750 mcg. of Oral Trenbolone, 10 mg. of Policosanol, 1 gram of Hawthorne Berries, 2 grams of Vitamin C, 1 Multi-Vitamin, 5 grams of Fish Oil, 14 grams of EVOO in a 40 gram whey shake, 5 grams of creatine mono, 5 grams of Glutamine, 1 ECA stack, and 1 Thundergod's Lightening Strike Pre-Workout Power Drink! So I was totally jacked for this morning's confrontation!! I take my Alpha Lipoic Acid and Milk Thistle later on in the day in divided doses. I also take more of the above except for the Oral Tren and the stims of course. I only take those once per day. I'll give my PCT supplementation plan here in a few, Still very worn-out right now!! LOL

its funny those same guys talkin all that sh1t in the anonymous forums are the same ones following you around AM, reading your posts, etc, just wishing they were half the man or god you are. They are basically all up on our nuts lol. Cowards.

Thanks bro. I was thinking the same thing. There should be a residual effect from the Tren that should last for a while longer. My exogenous testosterone levels are still sky-high!! They should start to lower over the next few days. I'll give a final analysis of my cycle in a little while. Very busy today!! :frustrate
