Thanks Mullet! I only wish I had listened to that before my workout. It would have upped the intensity for sure. That shizz really smokes!!! :head:
You just never know what Saint Nicholas Klaus might leave under your tree!! Be a good boy for the rest of the year! I know you like androgens like I do Piston. This is the most powerful androgen I have ever taken. Period. The rage and unadulterated fury was unrivaled this morning! :aargh::rant::frustrate I wish I would have had some of this back when I was into powerlifting. It would have been sweeeeet!!!u might have to send me some as a xmas present TG! If you had hair i would ask you how it was doing on the hairline but in this case you dont apply
Don't hate.........participate!!!
dont hate, participate.....Great workout thunder, I feel a little jelous though:sad:
And we could grab those puny ass fukkers in the Power Racks and curl them for reps!!!! What mayhem and chaos we would reek upon them!! :twisted:TG - I wish you were closer to NY. I would like for both of us to be on cycle - and we could just throw 45 pound plates at each other until we crumpled into huge bloody messes.

"The 20-rep Widowmakers" I like the sound of THIS!!!!
I knew you'd love DC brutha! It doesn't waste one's time, energy, or effort. You get the most gains from the least training! :head: Who could ask for more? Of course that brief training is brutal as all Hel, but I'm into pain anyway. When I feel pain, it makes me madder and madder. Then I burst into pure rage!! :aargh: As my hero Road Warrior Hawk said, "No pain....no gain"!! This is true really. If you're not training hard enough to get muscle soreness, you're definitely not training hard enough! It's time for the Thundergod to turn up the torture and torment!! :smite:They are killer, considering they're supposed to be done after a heavy set of 8 reps to failure! The first time I tried it, I only made it to 17. It's been a long time since my quads hurt that much the next day.
BTW TG, I am absolutely in love with DC training and I've only been through one cycle of the six workouts. Heavier weights, more rest, more DOMS, and more time for cardio during the week. It's awesome.
That is very kind of you to say. I feel that your closeness to me may be slightly altering your judgement, but it's nice of you still the same. I don't feel that it is competition ready, unless it is for the over 70 group!! ha ha But it is bigger and leaner than it was before, so I'm happy with that!If you put all your energy into getting leaner - your back is pretty much competition ready from my non-bodybuilder / punch people in the face point of view.
That left picture is rediculous.
You must spread some Reputation around before giving it to thundergod again.
Damn man those traps are![]()
:toofunny:Camel traps. He can go 3 days without water because he can store a gallon per trap.
Thanks bro. I never have done that many shrugs really. They were built mostly from heavy deadlifts from back in the day.lol! Quite! Your Traps are incredibly prominent off the back TG; nice work.
Thanks bro. And sure I'll help you. Widowmakers are 20 rep squats. They used to be known as "breathing squats" back in the 60's. The idea is to take a weight that would normally make you fail at about 10 or 12 reps but you rest-pause afterwards beween each rep until you hit the 20 reps. Say you hit rep 10 and it seems like that's all. Now you take a couple of breaths and do another rep. And take a couple of breaths and do another rep. And so on. Don't quit until you reach 20 total reps. No matter what. They are sadistic and brutal! :twisted:Awesome progress bro, well done!!! your back is as wide as a russian granny. Youve really started to cut up too, those stirations are starting to show.
One question, i cant find any info on what widow makers are, i cant find this exercise in any manual, please can you help. respect Russian

You're on cycle; you can get away with far worse! :head:I want to wish everyone a Happy Oktoberfest!! :head: I'm thinking about cheating a little on my diet today and grill me a few bratwursts!! Wicked. But I'm also looking forward to PCT now just to get on that stim-stack!! :dance:haven't checked in for a while but great job TG. Sh!t sounds like its treating you well......real well. i think you should come up with a name for your version of the eca stack with the crap you added.......the "for the love of Odin, get the **** out of my way, i'm a humongous mad man with way too much energy" stack.:aargh: i love eca and love geranimine extract and have mixed both with great intensity. never tried y. good luck with the rest of your run. i'll be following along.
