Thundergod's Mad Methyl Meltdown!!!

Yeah I'll probably go to a similar routine after this because I like to hit a muscle from different angles at each session. I'm just curious to see how my recovery goes hitting each body part 1.5x a week. I hope my curiosity doesn't ruin my cycle. I like your idea of 2 different workouts for each body part rotated every 2 weeks. Sounds like a good way to squeeze everything in without creating chaos in the routine.
I've actually just went through my log book for the next 3 weeks of workouts and changed it somewhat. Instead of doing both Flat and Incline Benches every workout, I'll do only 1 per each workout. Same with back. Instead of doing both Lat Pulldowns and Reverse-Grip Lat Pulldowns every workout, I'll do only 1 per each workout. I will perform one exercise one week and then change to the different angle exercise for the next week's workout. That will provide 2 weeks of rest between Flat Benches and between the Incline Benches. Should have great recovery like this. And this will lower my volume just a little bit more, which is always a good thing. Doing that many DC type sets is starting to wear me out. Those rest-pause sets are brutal if done correctly. I love 'em!!! :twisted: I may also drop a set or 2 of isolation exercises. I try to keep on top of the over-training/recovery issue. I want to maximize gains and not waste time and energy in the gym. :thumbsup:
 
2 Week Summary

I would like to give a 2 week summation of my EST MEthyl-E and Dianabol run. I ran the Epithio @30 mg. and the Dianabol @25 mg. per day for 14 days. I gained 4 lbs. of lean body mass. My abs are just as sharp as they were at the beginning of the cycle. I used oral ATD @25 mg. every other night. This helped to keep any water bloat from the D-bol at a minimum. I'm looking very lean at the moment. Here's some areas I would like to report on. SLEEP: Very good. No problems. I did take 75 mg. of Benadryl each night to insure good sleep. Epithio's tend to keep me awake if dosed close to sleep time. APPETITE: Increased, D-bol makes me hungry. I've been increasing protein and clean carbs since commencing the cycle. LIBIDO: Elevated. A lot. It's been a very nice 2 weeks in this regard. My wife has enjoyed my cycle as much as I have! STRENGTH: Increased. Good strength gains. Consistent poundage increases. AGGRESSION: Elevated. Not as much as I like, but more than normal. I expect great increases from here on out with the methyl trienolone! ENDURANCE: Elevated. I've been focusing on keeping cardio intense and staying lean. ACNE: Only a few pimples here and there. Nothing major. BLOOD PRESSURE: Remained in the normal range throughout the 2 week period. It was usually 118/72 for the most part. No back pumps, lethargy, stomach problems, or any negative sides have been experienced. The first 2 weeks have been very enjoyable and profitable in my estimation. 4 lean pounds, great strength increases, good endurance, and looking lean and vascular. I'm loving it!! :head:

I know for me, Tren Ace is my favorite. But that's a different mode of dosage. :D

How do you like this method compared to the regular style of one workout per body part but switched each time?I have tried the regular type but your sounds interesting. I see the theory behind the regular and it does put the mass on you, but for structure I feel you need to mix it up sometimes.

DC KILLS it IMO. Not trying to sound like a DC "cult" member or worshiper, but it really is the best training program i've ever used thus far. Strength gains on this are superb! Eat correctly, and the mass gains will be as well.

:icon_lol: That's funny bro. Anger hasn't become a problem yet. It's only day 2. I took my 300 mcg. dose of methyl trienolone early this morning. I felt restless about an hour later, so I attacked my cardio session. I went an extra couple of minutes, just because it felt so easy. I'm feeling great. Just wish it was a lifting day. :frustrate Tomorrow will be when this stuff should be kicking in nicely, so my legs and shoulders are in for some extreme punishment. :twisted: I'm feeling real hard and dense this morning. My muscles are all semi-flexed or something. It feels great! I've been sitting and flexing for the last 2 days. I feel very aware of my body, is that makes any sense. Tomorrow the Berzerker Rage will be in full effect. I will invoke the Odin-Force!!

i told myself id give it a go again sometime in the future but right now im liking the routine ive been using. Once this one gets burnt out i may go back to DC. I for one have liked to employ the same methods TG does, with the back off finishing sets added in.

I just can't bring myself to do the total DC routine. It's not quite enough volume for me. In addition to the back off finishing sets, I also like the isolation movements I toss in as well. This current routine is the best one I've ever employed. The recovery is excellent. And the gains are fantastic! :head:
 
i agree TG, i got off the DC program just because i was feeling a lil burnt out. I dont think it was from DC itself but just from not taking an overall break from the weights for awhile. All i know is i was throwin up some nice poundages while on the DC program and thats mostly due to the lower volume higher intensity.
 
DC fan myself!! You do have to watch yourself as far as when it is time to cruise. Being 49 my blast usually runs about 6 weeks. The cruise is when I break into the isolation/high rep sets. The BB widowmaker squats of 275x20 the other day were a religious experience...

4 pounds, 2 weeks its nice considering you have a lot of experience with this compounds, lets see with the methyl tren, I`m very curious indeed

Good plan TG. With increased strength and age does not come increase recoverability. Sounds something like the line Uncle Ben spit out at Peter in the 1st Spiderman movie. lol I take 1 week off from training approx every 8 weeks weather I feel like I need it or not. I found that if I'm training my ass off and I don't take a break I either get sick or injured which can lead to a longer unwanted break. It also helps to heal those nagging little injuries and I always come back stronger. Gentlemen, we can rebuild him. We have the technology. We can make him better than he was. Better...stronger...faster.

I'd be kinda glad with 4 lean pounds in 30 days.
To be honest, I entered this cycle at somewhat of a caloric-deficit. I had dieted semi-strictly for that last round of photos. So when I started this cycle, I started to take in more clean carbs and just more calories in general, protein and healthy fats as well. So I quickly put the 4 pounds on. And now for the 2 weeks of Oral Tren, I'm upping the calories a little more. According to the literature I've found, the Oral Tren puts on mass much better than injectable tren ace does. So, we'll see in a few more days!! :head:

My blasts usually last 6 weeks as well. By then my joints are starting to hurt from the relentless pounding with heavy weights. You know how it is with us old men! :lol: Way to go on those widowmakers bro. I gotta grind some of those out myself this morning!! :twisted:

Cycle Day 17---day 3 Of Oral Trenbolone

Now, this is what I'm talking about!! Hel Yeah!!:head: I'm feeling that shizz now. I upped the methyl trienolone to 500 mcg. this morning. The 250 mcg. I was taking for the last 2 days seemed a bit low even for Oral Tren. 500 to 750 mcg. seems to be the "sweet spot" for most of the people I have seen running it. The increase was felt almost immediately. I feel like I could break down walls! :twisted: The Berzerker Rage was in full force this morning! :aargh::rant::frustrate Here's the numbers--WAR REPORT---LEGS---LEG EXTENSIONS: 150 X 14. Up 5 lbs. Back off at 100 X 20. I just kept pumpin' these babies out! Now--MACHINE SQUATS: WIDOWMAKERS!!--320 x 20!! Oooh yeah! Back off set at 215 X 15. Nice and slow reps. Deep. STIFF-LEGGED DEADLIFTS: 320 X 8-4-3=15 total reps. Up 5 lbs. and 1 rep. DC style rest-pauses here with 15 deep breaths between the mini-sets. All back off sets are performed with impeccable form. Slow reps, slower negatives, with partial reps at the end. And an occasional static hold on the very last rep. Back off at 215 X 12. STANDING ONE-LEGGED HAMSTRING CURLS: 95 X 15. Up 5 lbs. Back off at 60 X 18. Feel the burn baby!! :smite: SISSY SQUATS SUPERSETTED WITH DB LUNGES: 30's X 15 reps of each movement. SHOULDERS---MACHINE SHOULDER PRESSES: 215 X 9-5-4=18 total reps! Up 5 lbs. and 1 rep. I felt so strong on these. I'll bump 'em on up next week! Back off at 150 X 15. ONE-ARM CABLE FRONT RAISES: 65 X 12. Up 5 lbs. Back off at 45 X 12. ONE-ARM CABLE SIDE LATERALS: 70 X 12. Up 5 lbs. Back off at 45 X 12. ONE-ARM BENT OVER CABLE REAR LATERALS: 85 X 12. Up 5 lbs. Back off at 45 X 12. Now I'm feeling what I've only read about up until now. The "nectar of the gods" lives up to the hype! :box: I'm looking forward to the next 11 days on this stuff!! :twisted:

Im not going to hijack your thread, but have you tried DTH from diesel test, i just wonderd, looks like im getting some, along with assault, and bullet proof, might be a very nice stack.
One more question, have you thought of doind an x factor cycle when you switch up your training? Im so fancying some to try..

wife says hi and the baby, well actualy she didnt, the baby didnt, i mean, but she grunted in approval when i mentioned you. She is growing well she is 4 months and 9 kilos, bigger than most 6 month year olds and she is 71 cm, as long as most 8 month year olds, so she might be big..Im getting her training already. Look out for her with a beard in about 20 years.

Yeah, I mentioned before how my muscles feel semi-flexed. They twitch or contract like they have a mind of their own. I love it. I feel very much alive! :head: I feel amost "spun" if you know what that is. :lol: I'm feeling it now. And it's probably gonna get a little stronger as it builds up more in my system. But this is the fastest acting compound I have EVER taken. Did I mention I'm lovin' it??!! Oh yeah, thanks a whole bunch for those videos my brother!! What a test-booster!! :woohoo:

Other than strength starting to take off and the muscle-twitching, the only thing I've noticed is a little trouble sleeping. I feel super-energetic on this stuff. I feel turbo-charged! Like I wanna take my fists and ram them through a wall. A brick wall!!!! :frustrate:twisted:
