Cycle Day 19--Day 5 Of Oral Trenbolone

Now we can totally rule out placebo effect for this morning's workout. The methyl trienolone gets the credit now! It's day 5 on Oral Tren and the third day at 500 mcg. I broke so many DC training PR's this morning, I'm shocked! Let's dive into the WAR REPORT: BACK---LAT PULLDOWNS: 290 X 9-4-3=16 total reps!! PR! Up 5 lbs. DC style rest-pauses still in effect here, with the 15 deep breaths between the mini-sets. All back off sets are done with picture-perfect form. Slow reps, slower negatives, partials, with an occasional static hold on the very last rep. Back off at 210 X 12, immediate drop to 190 X 8. Oh the pump!! UNDERHAND CLOSE-GRIP PULLDOWNS: 255 X 9! PR. Immediate drop to 190 X 10. Felt like throwing in some drop sets this morning. My energy seemed limitless! :head: REVERSE-GRIP BENT OVER ROWS: 225 X 14!! WTF??!! :eek: I think 12 reps is the most I've done with these reverse-grip variety rows. They are much stricter than overhand rows. I was going to do rest-pauses on these as well but I got 14 reps on the first one. I left it at that. I will increase the weight next week for sure. Tossed in another set at 185 X 12 for uber-strict reps. ONE-ARM ROWS: 140 X 10. Up 1 rep. This is above where I left off on my last blast period. This means I'm going to totally obliterate those old numbers in the next few weeks! Back off at 100 X 10. MACHINE SHRUGS: 330 X 10-5-3=18 total reps! Up 5 lbs. Back off at 225 X 12. BICEPS---CABLE BAR PREACHER CURLS: 170 X 8-4-3=15 total reps. Back off at 100 X 15. The pump was awesome. STANDING CLOSE-GRIP BAR CABLE CURLS: 160 X 10. Back off at 100 X 22!! Hel Yeah!! I was in the zone for these beeyatches!! :twisted: ONE-ARM OVERHEAD PULLEY CURLS: 75 X 10. Immediate drop to 45 X 15. Aggression, fury, and rage were off the page this morning! I was yelling and screaming the whole time!! This was the true Berzerker Rage!! :aargh:

Sides Update: A few things to note. A little acne is occuring now. A few big zits on the upper chest, traps, and my freakin' nose. A big one on the side of my nose. I had to bust that sucker! Reminds me of high-school. LOL Skin is oily also. Very oily on the nose and forehead. Washing it like mad. I have just a little trouble getting to sleep, but once I'm asleep, it's no problem. I sleep soundly once I've nodded off. Thoughts of aggression, retaliation, and vindication are running through my head. I just take it out on those evil unyeilding weights! These would be considered the "bad" sides I'm experiencing thus far. Now the good sides: Strength has seriously been affected by this compound. It is starting to really take off. I'm looking for some incredible numbers before this run has ended. Aggression is a good thing when you're battling against the iron-foe. My fury and rage is unsurpassed at the moment. Energy is fan-freakin-tastic on this shizz! I feel like I'm "tweaked" ! HA HA Stamina and endurance are elevated also. Recovery seems to be almost instant. I am having some nice DOMS, but I'm training like a maddened beast! ASSESSMENT: I'm lovin' it!!"
 
TG - I wish you were closer to NY. I would like for both of us to be on cycle - and we could just throw 45 pound plates at each other until we crumpled into huge bloody messes.

Cycle Day 21---day 7 Of Oral Trenbolone

UPDATE: I want to give a quick update on the progress I have made and the experiences I have encountered since starting this cycle 21 days ago. Weight Gain: 6 lbs. Very lean gains too. I actually think I am leaner than when I started the cycle, even though I have significantly upped the calories. Only good calories though. Strength Gains: Significant. I have set a few DC Training PR's in the last week. There's more to come! Strength is up on almost every lift performed. Lovin' it! Cardiovascular Gains: Increased capacity. I have added a few minutes onto each individual HIIT session performed in the last couple of weeks. I intend to keep these gains on the uber-lean side! Muscular Gains: I can see the difference in some of my muscle groups since starting this cycle. My biceps have improved. Especially the peak. My back has more detail in it. Exactly what I'm shooting for there. Legs are starting to grow. I'm hitting them very hard. The 20-rep Widowmakers are having a huge impact on my quad growth, musculature, and strength. Chest definition is improved. The striations are coming in nicely across my chest. Cleavage seems deeper than before as well. This sums up the gains and the progress I have noticed since kicking off this Freak-Show!!! :twisted:
 
I want to mention one other thing I am experiencing this morning. DOMS City!!! My back is sorer than it's ever been. Up in the lats specifically. Outer lats and even the middle thickness. Do you mean I'm happy about this??!! You bet your sweet ass I am. ;) I know that the muscle soreness will lead to enhanced growth. Providing I feed and rest them properly. And I am. So when you see pictures of this: There will be some noticeable improvements. Count on it!!"

If you put all your energy into getting leaner - your back is pretty much competition ready from my non-bodybuilder / punch people in the face point of view.

That left picture is rediculous.

They are killer, considering they're supposed to be done after a heavy set of 8 reps to failure! The first time I tried it, I only made it to 17. It's been a long time since my quads hurt that much the next day.

BTW TG, I am absolutely in love with DC training and I've only been through one cycle of the six workouts. Heavier weights, more rest, more DOMS, and more time for cardio during the week. It's awesome.

I knew you'd love DC brutha! It doesn't waste one's time, energy, or effort. You get the most gains from the least training! :head: Who could ask for more? Of course that brief training is brutal as all Hel, but I'm into pain anyway. :twisted: When I feel pain, it makes me madder and madder. Then I burst into pure rage!! :aargh: As my hero Road Warrior Hawk said, "No pain....no gain"!! This is true really. If you're not training hard enough to get muscle soreness, you're definitely not training hard enough! It's time for the Thundergod to turn up the torture and torment!! :smite:

That is very kind of you to say. I feel that your closeness to me may be slightly altering your judgement, but it's nice of you still the same. I don't feel that it is competition ready, unless it is for the over 70 group!! ha ha But it is bigger and leaner than it was before, so I'm happy with that! :rolleyes:

My heartfelt thanks to everyone for their kindness today. I appreciate the compliments on my back development. It is my favorite bodypart to train. Always has been. I can't wait to "hammer" my chest and triceps tomorrow. I am totally jacked. I've been chomping at the bit all day today. I am longing for battle. :hammer: Tomorrow it will be time to ignite some new growth into this chest........

Thanks bro. And sure I'll help you. Widowmakers are 20 rep squats. They used to be known as "breathing squats" back in the 60's. The idea is to take a weight that would normally make you fail at about 10 or 12 reps but you rest-pause afterwards beween each rep until you hit the 20 reps. Say you hit rep 10 and it seems like that's all. Now you take a couple of breaths and do another rep. And take a couple of breaths and do another rep. And so on. Don't quit until you reach 20 total reps. No matter what. They are sadistic and brutal! :twisted:
 
Cycle Day 22---day 8 Of Oral Trenbolone

I want to say first of all that I did a no-no this morning. :nono: I took my 500 mcg. of Oral Trenbolone and took an ECA stack 1 hour before my workout. Normally I wouldn't take ECA on-cycle, but my BP reading was 118/74 this morning. So I decided to go for it! I'm glad I did. I ate this fukkin' workout session!! Tore it straight the fukk up! :twisted: Let's dive into the News From The Battlefront!!--CHEST--FLAT BENCH PRESSES: 325 X 8-5-4=17 total reps. PR!! This is 1 rep above where I ended last blast at this weight. Don't you guys know that I'm ecstatic about this at my age??!! LOL I couldn't quite lockout rep 9 on the first "set". That made me mad as Hel. So I blasted out 5 and 4 on the following 2 mini-sets. DC style sets here: 15 deep breaths to rest-pause beween these 3 mini-sets. All out effort here. To failure each time. This is brutal training and I absolutely love it! All back off sets are performed with impeccable form. Slow reps, slower negatives, partials, and a static hold here and there at the last rep. Back off at 225 X 15! Usually I get 12 reps before the burn is too intense. But this morning was different. I was different! Another back off at 185 X 15. So friggin' pumped now. PEC-DECK FLYES: 215 X 15!! Up 5 lbs. and 1 rep. Back off at 150 X 12. Then I threw in a set of Incline Benches at 155 X 15. That torched my pecs. :smite: PULLOVERS: 140 X 12. PR. Up 2 reps. Immediate drop to 90 X 12. Very strict reps. ONE-ARM LOWER PULLEY CABLE CROSSOVERS: For the upper pecs. 70 X 12. Up 2 reps. Immediate drop to 45 X 12. TRICEPS--SEATED OVERHEAD TRICEPS EXTENSIONS: 200 X 10-5-3=18 total reps. PR! Up 3 reps from where I finished my last blast at. Back off at 150 X 15. Normally I drop this back to 100 or 110 but I felt so strong this morning. I went for it. Glad I did. STANDING ONE-ARM PUSHDOWNS: 90 x 10. Immediate drop to 60 X 12. I usually rest a little and do back-off finishing sets. But I felt like making some of them drop sets this morning. Energy out the yang!! :woohoo: STANDING BEHIND HEAD ONE-ARM UPPER PULLEY EXTENSIONS: 75 X 10. Hard and strict moevement here. Immediate drop to 45 X 15. SEATED ROPE EXTENSIONS: 110 X 15!! Usually get 10 reps. So can everyone see what Oral Trenbolone and little ECA will do to ya??!! Make you into a freaking monster!!! :twisted:

Oh, I know. Hel, I cheat a little every couple of days with a little peice of chocolate or something like that. A cookie or 2. But otherwise my diet is very routine and very tight. I want to get shredded like my home boy shaddow!! :head:

Guten Morgen everyone!! I am feeling very good this morning. Woke up very early. Took my Oral Tren dose then 15 minutes later took the rest of my usual supps. Ate some oatmeal and had a whey shake with 1 tablespoon olive oil and some creatine monohydrate and honey in it. Waited over an hour and did my morning HIIT cardio. Had a great time even doing cardio. I just feel so strong and energetic, it's awesome. I didn't break a sweat. It was only 45 degrees outside even here in Tennessee. Great weather. My Norse blood loves the cold. Blood Pressure was 120/78 this morning. That is still fine for my age. My age. I hate to even mention that. I'm young for a god. My spirit is eternal. From everlasting to everlasting. :box: I'm getting ready to eat again. I'm feeding the machine on this cycle. :food: I will mention that I have DOMS out the yang this morning. Even from yesterday's chest and triceps session. Usually I get DOMS 2 days later. But I really tore up the deep fibers. My back is still sore from Sunday's workout. I love it!! Legs and Shoulders are recovered however for tomorrow's workout. I can't wait. HERE COMES THE PAIN!! :aargh::twisted::smite:
