I have my theories :P haha... man I wish that Cre-02 would arrive so I can really get this log pumping... My body as of next week is getting thrashed!

Haha! Nice banter goin' on up in hurrrrrr. I lost my tan Metroba, but pretty much hangin' at the same. With some nights of piss poor sleep I'm feeling droopy, but that's about it. Training hard and keeping everything in line.

Let's get this party started.
 
Day Five: Calves and Forearms
Strength: Down
Bodyweight/Body Comp: Down
Pumps/Vascularity: Good
Endurance: Average
Aggression:Average
Focus:Good
Libido:Normal
Muscle Density/Hardening:Normal
Overall Energy:Normal
Personal Commentary: Workout was ok, intensity was high but strength was still lacking. Gave it my all but muscles are waiting to be woken. I'm pretty sure next week my numbers will be up significantly. I am happy with the results though, muscles look like they are growing and I'm quite lean.
 
I'm about to take this bowl of canned tuna and mustard and smash it into the wall. I'm sick of eating this sh*t.
 
BTW, just capped a whole bunch of Yellow Gold for the first time with my Cap'em quick set. That was an experience! Man that stuff is yellow and a pain in the ass to wash off! haha. Made a 100caps... will go home and make more later and hopefully my speed on production pics up! haha. Also got my bulk 1-carboxy in which I will cap as well. If I have the "00" Caps am I right to take 2 caps of 1-carboxy b4 bed or 3 caps?

yeah yg isnt fun..as for the carboxy. Ive taken 2-4 caps 00 capsules. Id start off at 2 and work your way up if need be.
 
I think I really need some sleep...but I just "lol'ed" about that post for like 3 straight minutes!
hahaha! The past few mornings have been dragging, so I'll bring cans of tuna to work and keep some dressing and spagghetti sauce in the fridge and just mix it up and eat it. I can't do it anymore really. And with the Shred XS it's harder to eat it.
 
Update: Rest day today, just eating and relaxing. Hopefully next week my strength increases and also hopefully in the next 3-4 days my Cre-02 arrives which I'm sure it will.
 
Just you wait Craig! The wait will have been well worth it. I cant wait for you to try this stuff
 
weight Update: Weighed myself in the gym, really dissapointed. Weight has dropped a lot due to the 2x throat infections.

Old weight: 200lbs
New Weight: 192.464

I am a fair bit leaner now, perhaps eve a full % less body fat, which is a lot on my body (I'd estimate myself at 7% now). but obviously have dropped a lot of muscle due to being sick for 4 weeks. I am extremely disappointed at that loss, but I will train hard, eat well and get that weight back plus some. A minor setback, but a setback none the less.

I am a fair bit leaner now, perhaps eve a full % less body fat, which is a lot on my body (I'd estimate myself at 7% now). but obviously have dropped a lot of muscle due to being sick for 4 weeks. I am extremely disappointed at that loss, but I will train hard, eat well and get that weight back plus some. A minor setback, but a setback none the less.
 
Dont stress too hard bud. Wont be long before youre playing catch up.
 
Sorry to hear about the weight loss. You'll slingshot back, especially with Cre-02 in your arsenal.

thanks for the kind words everyone. This week should show my strength increasing. Had a relaxing weekend, lots of eating and sleeping. So should be fresh for a nice leg workout tomorrow.

Once you do it about 13 times, like I have, it gets very easy.

Personal Commentary: Pretty good leg workout. Pushed really hard and set a new hack squat PR without even realizing it until after the set was done. Felt a little sick throughout the workout but this is semi normal with me and legs. MY quads are sore now, meaning tomorrow they will be really sore. Will try stretch again at work. I was happy my strength has slowly crept back up, so when the Cre-02 arrives I should be feeling good.

Ahhh, I do NOT miss Legs at all :D Glad YOU'RE enjoying them, though. Make them little things of yours grow (j/j).
 
Side Note: Have a letter to go to post office to pick up a pakcage, so I'm assuming this is my Cre-02!!! woohoooo so will have it tomorrow.

I've avoided posting more about my personal experiences with it because :

1. i'm running a log for CL right now and it wouldn't be fair to their product
2. I want to let it speak for itself...which it WILL
3. I enjoy reading others reactions so much more than my own, haha

Personal Commentary: Realyl happy with my workout, managed to get more or less back to the strength levels before I was sick, so that's great, hopefully meaning next week I should be able to increase my numbers.

Side Note: Got my Cre-02 Today!!! wooohooo, so rest day tomorrow then I'll get the part started while doing shoulders. Can't wait to use this product. So a big thanks to MST for sending the package all the way to me, and also for including some samples that I will be using and throwing in mini reviews on. Thanks again. :)
