I'm not sure about Tren being a carb-monster or not. I really wasn't fanatical about the low-carbing. I just lowered them somewhat for 5 days and then upped them for 2 days. And I repeated this over and over again. I'm afraid you're going to over-complicate this whole carb thing. It's better to maintain a healthy balance of protein/carbs/fats overall and just be sure you're burning more calories than you're taking in, if fat-loss is your goal. You need good, clean carbs to fuel your workouts. :thumbsup:
 
Cycle Day 3

Today was the last day of my DC type "cruise" period. No more baby weights from here on out! Thank Odin!! I actually got a helluva pump from the lighter weights this morning. Form was picture perfect on all exercises and sets. Real slow and no momentum involved. Here's the reduced numbers from this morning's session. I can't honestly call this a "war-report"! Here they are: LEGS---LEG EXTENSIONS: 120 X 10. I performed 2 work sets of all movements this morning, after proper warm-ups. Before when I was blasting I hit these at 150 X 15. This will give everyone an idea of how much I reduced the weights for this cruise period. MACHINE SQUATS: 300 X 10. (Blast--335 X 20) STIFF-LEGGED DEADLIFTS: 280 X 10. (during blast--340 X 8-4-2= 14 total reps) STANDING ONE-LEGGED HAMSTRING CURLS: 75 X 10 (during blast--110 X 15) SISSY SQUATS: 15 reps holding a 30 lb. weight on my chest. SHOULDERS---MACHINE SHOULDER PRESSES: 175 X 10. (during blast--240 X 8-5-3= 16 total reps) CABLE BAR FRONT RAISES: 75 X 10. (during blast--120 X 10) ONE-ARM BEHIND BACK CABLE SIDE LATERALS: 60 X 10. (during blast--65 X 11) ONE-ARM UPPER PULLEY REAR LATERALS: 60 x 10 (during blast--80 x 10). So there you have it in black and white, how much I took it easy on my active-layoff! No more holding back now for the next 6 weeks of DC/Thundergod blasting!! All-out effort. No retreat, no surrender. Ask no quarter, give no quarter!! It's On Now!!! :aargh:

I'm not trying to overcomplicate the issue, just asking if you lowered them during your run or on pct. this all your fault anyway, your results were awesome and sparked my interest lol.
 
what are sissy squats? i figure i ask here instead of google, im sure others are wondering too.

also i always here people say machine squats, what is a machine squat look like? Im thinking its those horizontal hack squat machines???

A sissy squat is where you grab hold of an upright with one hand to balance yourself and you squat down while simultaneously thrusting your knees forward and your torso backwards. I'm sure if you do google it, you'll find a picture somewhere. They are very popular.....I thought! :think::lol: And yeah, the machine squat looks like a horizontal hack squat. Identical really.

I wasn't trying to be a pecker!! :lol: I'm a little shocked at the results I got myself. I really didn't feel that I was being that strict with my diet. I still went to the buffet once a week and devoured big portions of steak, chicken, BBQ ribs, green beans, and sweet potatoes! I can diet like this forever! I just make sure I burn more calories than I take in when I'm trying to cut. But it's not fanatical by any means. Maybe the ECA helped more than I've been giving it credit for. I just like the kick I get from it. :aargh: By the way, I have stopped taking the ECA stack now that I'm on cycle. I want everyone to know that. I want to keep my Blood Pressure under control while "on". This morning I took it before I worked out and it was 118/71. So it's cool for now. :woohoo:

also known as TG squats..........you load up the bar with more weight then you can handle, in TG's case about 135, then you squat down 3 maybe 4 inches and let out a real good scream in the way up.....there you have it:lol:

You sound like Arnold telling that reporter about how he gave that German guy posing advice (in PUMPING IRON) and told him to scream during every pose... high when he raised his arms, low when they were lowered... I can only imagine all the newbs that just read your post and are going to go load up 315 on the squat rack and stand there screaming.
 
You certainly are as resilient as you are strong, that's for sure. I wish you well on this leg of your quest, Mjolnir keep you. I wish there were a forum feature that allowed one to draw with the mouse so I could whip up a bindrune for you. Most of all I wish for your good health with all those methyls. You know, you're an interesting person to observe in regard to methyls and toxicity, do you have related tests done regularly? If so I'm sure many of us would be grateful if you could share them.

No I haven't had tests done. My liver suffered much worse during my years of heavy drinking. You can add up all the days I've been on this year (counting methyls only) and they total 45 days so far. It's not as bad as everyone seems to be thinking! It must sound like I'm "on" all the time or something. :think: Most of my cycles are short 3-weekers that do less damage, subsequently. I'll be fine brother. All-Father is with me. :box: I appreciate the concern. This is very likely the last cycle of the year. I'll start the New Year with an injecatble Test cycle. :thumbsup:
 
Me too, in January , test prop and npp, 3 months off will get our test all back and our livers as good as new
I think a lot of people over-emphasize the whole hepatoxicity issue with these methyls. The liver is very resilient, with the proper time off of whatever is damaging it, it will actually regenerate. It's an amazing organ! I know that I must have done more damage to it when I was drinking heavily than I do with these short-cycle methyls. But 45 days on, out of over 200 days already gone by this year, doesn't sound dangerous or extreme in my personal opinion.

I totally agree with you TG...the liver is quite resilient...personally, when I'm cycling I tend to worry about my lipids more than anything else...
 
Hey Thunder - how did the pec tear happen? During Exercise? Already hurting and got worse? Was it painful?

How long did it take to reattach and heal?

Great points, TG. BUT, this is where I push for everyone to get their bloodwork done to ensure proper functioning.
I know a guy that was hospitilized 5 days in to a weak T-cyp / Dbol cycle; and another that cycled for 10 months (yes, 10!) with Tren ACE / Test-E / Dbol, with Anavar mixed in and his bloodwork came back heathier than the one that was hospitilized. Crazy!
Turns out, the hospitilized one had underlining liver/kydney problems that could have been noted if he had goten bloodwork before his cycle.

I actually had bloodwork done just 13 months ago. And that was after a couple of cycles earlier that year. Lipids were bad. But I have rectified that situation by losing over 30 lbs. of mostly bodyfat since then. My doctor was very pleased! Then the doctor said that my liver enzymes were just slightly elevated. He said nothing to worry about. They would return to normal later. I wish I could afford to get bloodwork done after every cycle, but my insurance doesn't cover it. I'll get it tested again before the end of the year. And I'll be sure to make a thread here just for it, as it seems a lot of people are curious about it.

The pec tear happened while doing crazy-heavy machine flyes on a machine I had only used twice before. I'll have to be honest and say that I was showing-off in front of some girls! :rolleyes: Stupid. The week before I had done 260 for 8 reps. So this time I upped it to 290!! These are flyes, mind you. :fool2: On rep numer 3 it happened as I was performing the positive portion of the rep. It felt like someone took a hot knife and stuck it in there. And then twisted the mutha-fukker!! :aargh: But only 3 weeks later I was doing really light DB presses using 20's and then 30's!! 2 months later I was back up to pretty decent weights. 4 months later and it was like nothing had ever happend. Except for the ugly dent that will always be there. :sad: It's been almost 2 years now and I'm stronger now than before the injury. :thumbsup:
 
i worry about lipids with steroid use and loss of libido or natty test production more than a measly liver......the liver is there to take abuse, isnt that what its for lol? Liver issues arent as permanent as the first two i mentioned imo.

Guten Morgen everyone! I'm feeling great this morning. Placebo? Maybe. Day 4 on Epithio and D-Bol. Starting to feel something. Mood seems elevated. Libido was elevated for sure last night! :hammer: BP is 178/72 this morning, so that's fine. I already completed my H.I.I.T cardio and now I'm getting ready to get my grub on. Hunger is elevated also, by the way. :food::lol: We get to check out the strength tomorrow as I will be resuming a Blast period once again in my DC/Thundergod routine. Time for all-out effort. I know the weights will be slightly reduced from when I ended my last blast 2 weeks ago. But within a couple of weeks, I'll not only meet them, but will beat them........soundly! I'll outright destroy them!! :saw:

Yea bro, I tried to follow my homies over there and read both forums, and I couldn't stand it for more than 2 days. I still have love for my homies, BS, Pantera, Heavies, and the like, but damn dude, I can't stand the immaturity and how serious people take their immaturity on that forum... It's funny, it's like the polar opposite of Iron Addicts, which is a bunch of uptight dorks who scare people away from anything hormonal.

I would love to see Iron Addict (the moderator of IA) go and spend a few weeks on MD and just watch what happened. :toofunny:

That being said, I have a lot more respect for Iron Addict than I do 99% of the guys on the MD boards.

Yeah, it'll be much more informative to read the log here, I'm sure. There's a lot of immature flaming and jesting that goes on over there. However, here at AM is THE place to get the most information possible by the most courteous people on any forums I have been on. :thumbsup:

Typo On The Bp!!

I want to tell everyone that this morning I made a huge typo in reporting my blood pressure reading. I said it was 178/72. That was NOT the reading!! :fool2: It was 118/72. Much better!! :lol:
