Here in NYC was Bat-Mayhem last night. People runnin' around drunk in Batman and Joker costumes. Everyone says it is awesome. I'm gonna have to wait a while if I want to see it in a not-packed theatre. Definitely want to see this IMAX style.
 
I saw batman begins 4 times (one imax) in the first week it came out.

This one deserves to be seen just as many times. Midnight screens FTW!
 
It was a perfect representation of the batman comic mythos. The spirits of the characters were captured along w/ an interesting human psychological storyline.
 
I'll DEFINITELY be going to see batman! :)

I cried over the death of Heath Ledger for the first time this weekend. He was unbelievably BRILLIANT as the Joker. I don't think I've ever sat through such a massive amount of awesome. Yes the movie was long, and the only negative to this is the potential to become somewhat desensitized to the sheer awesome that fills every minute.

Did anyone get as excited over the Watchmen trailer as I did?

John connor died years ago, and that the current john connor is really a terminator who is in his image. They wanted to "keep hope alive."
 
i dont really travel all that much, and nowadays its like this trip - in today, out tomorrow. only 1 or 2 a month, but still if things go sour like today, it blows. I sat for 3 hours on the runway....

That's sweet that you have enough for a vacation though. Definitely makes a vacation a reality even in times of high prices.

:D its funny, cause i'm in florida, but the way redeeming miles works its 35,000 miles to either hawaii or puerto rico. I can buy tix to puerto rico for like $200, to hawaii is like $900....
 
its not nonstop, its a 2 stop. just about distance when you pay for them. but when you use frequent flyer miles the distance doesn't matter :D

It's nice though that you are benefiting from traveling so much. Time to take the family on a nice vacation!! Sounds like you've earned it.
 
God I love the post-workout chest/back pumps lol. Walked back into work after a lunch workout, and our resident coder-hottie did a doubletake and made a totally inappropriate comment :P
