EasyEJL's unsponsored X-factor/Proanabol/Bad Ass Mass cycle

I think i've been overdoing it a bit on the calories though, so i'm going to taper off, drop about 300~400 a day, mostly by no longer using milk in shakes, just water :)

that one change will make a big diff in your daily caloric intake!

I stopped using milk for so long that it now causes stomach issues :-( although, having this problem keeps me away from ice cream now...that's a good thing!
 
its hard to tell. i can mentally separate out some of x-factor, but since I started proanabol + BAM at the same time its hard to say. I feel good, strength is progressing ok (no leaps + bounds) and i'm up 8lbs in 3 weeks, with maybe 1/2 " gain at the waist, and looking a little more defined and vascular.
 
198 today so official 3 week tally is up 5lbs. I'm guessing 1.5ish is LBM, the rest digestive/glycoegn/water. so .5/lb a week of real mass, which isnt bad at all! should be even better from here in as xfactor is at full force

chest today, and i'm not sure if i like what happened. given that i worked chest wed, I guess I wasn't still fully recovered

65x6-30x10, 70x0 (2 attempts, a little more than halfway up but no dice) 60x6-15x10, 50x7-15x10, 50x10-15x10

90x18, 110x13, 110x7

So I dunno. my weight was down on inclines (which is what I did wed) but my declines were up. and as far as hypertrophy/pump/etc goes it felt like a good workout, tris are beat, and my upper chest is tight and thick. maybe wed this week i'll do declines + push presses if the bug hits me, and see what inlcine looks like next sat
 
woke up at 200 today...

back + shoulders
squats 200x10, 200x10 - was really trying to do a set of 20, but somehow CNS sucked and my mind gave up at 10 on the first set. i was a little tired, and no preworkout stuff

wide grip pulldown superset with standing coleman laterals
160x10-20x12, 160x10-30x9, 160x11-20x9, 160x8-20x12

high rows superset with upright db rows
125x14-20x15, 125x12-20x12, 125x12-20x13, 125x10-20x12

reverse fly superset with arnold presses
20x10-20x10, 20x11-20x9, 20x13-20x10

and man are my forearms cranked.
 
weight is up a bit, you really only think a couple pounds is LBM?
 
yeah, well, I can forcibly make it fluctuate by 2-3 lbs just by changing eating habits for a day. In the mirror it looks good, and pants still fit the same, so whatever it is, i'm happy with it so far :) 200 again this morning.

Hey, when you're up in weight but the pants still fit the same, it's all good IMO!! I also, use the mirror over the scale to judge results. The mirror never lies!! :lol: Good show Easy!! Keep up the progress. :thumbsup:

I don't know about that...self image (mental image of ones self) gets in the way! that's why some skinny people think they're fat and and some fat people think they're skinny. when I look back at my early progress pictures I don't remember ever looking like that in the mirror.

I agree with pant size though!

went to sleep at 208 (a recent high) but woke at 200... still all good, that 7lbs in less than 4 weeks. look good in the mirror too, I need to post pics

Im interested to see how this works for you....definately pound the protein bro. I've always though whole foods were absorbed a litte betterInvalid Link Removed so be sure to figure a little less absorption through your rtd's and powders. Good luck.
 
201 today, waist is up a little tho. I tried on a pair of shorts that were previously fitting snugly, and couldnt quite get them on without risk of button-blow. so going to lower cals a little too

chest + shoulders, and it didn't exactly go spectacularly

not sure what happened to the weights... felt pretty energetic. Definitely got as good a pump and "feel" in muscles as if I worked more, but some joint pain limitations. maybe its the x-factor at full force, I just dont recall it feeling like this before.

I look at these pics, and I dont really see progress. all are relaxed cold first thing in the morning. i do see a difference flexed. oh well

Same here. Easy i think that stomach fat is more like extra skin bro. Maybe cosmetic surgery is the only way to get that ish outta there. I mean your upper abs dont look like they should go with the lower portion of your body, it's like to copy pasted it on there.
 
I think he should be able to cut stomach fat no prob without surgery. My stomach looked like that before my cut. Tho Im 22 years old.

yea easy is over 40 now and I think was over weight for a while. Unfortuneatly the skin just doesn't bounce back like it does as we age.
 
I'll still give it another year worth of trying :) before considering surgery. Its either that or i just need to get really huge to fill in the skin ;)

I agree with TG here Easy. Age is only a number...its all about the desire, motivation, and dedication to get what you want. So by all means...raise hell and pack on the muscle. Kick some ass bud! :bb3:

and that was enough. was 200 on the scale today, but yesterday ended up being all MRP shakes after lunch, just timing and all. so i'm not surprised i'm down a little
 
Just so everyone knows I'm not saying Easy can't do somthing because of his age. Easy has done some amazeing thing since comming to this board and I woldn't bet against him for a second.

Im just saying his skin may not agree with that because of his age. Something no one has any control of.

damn your workouts are crazy I'd die with all those super sets.
 
the db deadlifts were hard for sure superset on top of the pulldowns. thats why I purposefully went light on pulldowns, those sets werent to failure, they were sort of to a few reps prefailure :)

and that was enough :) man am I sweaty now. the first bottle of proanabol + bad ass mass are both gone now, but since i was selected as a tester for musclepharm's assault/bulletproof i'm not starting my other bottles. So right now i'm taking x-factor @ 1500mg and for laughs ebol at double dosing 12 caps a day. i'll drop the ebol once the assault + bulletproof arrive. For now as well, i'm dropping calories a bit and shooting more for recomp than bulking.
As it is, i'm up 9lbs in the month, with slightly more vascularity + definition, so it was more successful than I had hoped :)

Great cycle Easy!! 9 lean pounds is an awesome feat at any age!! But especially for us "old-timers"!! :lol:
 
I really like xfactor. it is nice a part of PCT or an all natural cycle. defintely will help with your recomp :)
 
206 today?? had a lot of steak and veggies yesterday, so probably digestive. did a moderately light back workout today, felt pretty good. still a little sore from saturday's chest workout

wide grip pulldowns superset with db deadlifts
160x10-55x11, 160x11-55x12, 180x10-55x8

high rows superset with db pullovers
90x13-30x11, 90x12-30x10, 90x10-30x8

and done. had a good pump, felt like a good workout at that, no need to strain myself. I'd rather feel good and able to work bis/tris + maybe shoulders wed than really tear up back today but not feel like working out again till thurs/fri

Not too sure on that weight, thats a bit excessive. 206 makes for 13lbs since start of log. I may do a 1 day shakes only just to clear all digestive tract and see where I am really at (as the start weight of 193 was like that). Still i'm definitely leaner in the arms + calves than at start. waist is up around an inch, but so is chest, and bis are around 1/4-1/2 inch up. forearms 1/4 up. so idk, seems like lean gains, but an inch in the waist sort of bothers me too. definitely dropping cals a bit now, but not really into cut territory yet.
 
202 today, so that is a bit more reasonable than the 206. Either way, calories are going down a little, to just maintenance.

decided to do bis today. would have done tris too, but i was a little concerned that it might limit my chest/shoulders workout saturday. as it turned out, my bi pump came on so strong and fast i'm kind of glad i didn't do tris

63x12-30x6, 63x13-25x9, 63x12-20x11, 63x4

on that 4th set, the pumps had gotten so tight already, I couldn't do it. I did take 2 x-factor about 20 min or so beforehand so maybe that did it? no other pump product in use. anyhow so a quite short bis workout, but heavy heavy pump
