again, sorry I've fallen behind with my log...I've been dealing with computer issues for the last week. the only time I can go online is when I'm at the office and I've been so swamped here (yeah, it's 2am and I'm in the office now).

I need to get out of here and go get some sleep...I'm hoping to have some time tomorrow night to get this thing up to date!

Lethargy was pretty bad on Wed but after getting in the zone I was able to kick some ass!

did 6 sets of squats and got back up to 275:-) I'm really looking forward to getting 3 plates on there!

Had a really crappy day at work and lethargy was horrible...the week just beat me down!

switched things up a bit, did first 3 sets of chest press on a stability ball...65lbs x 10, 75 x 10, 80 x 10

3 sets of DB press on bench:
90 x 10
100 x 6
105 x 6

did incline on hammer strength machine:
maxed out at 115 on each side...I was dissapointed!

misc cable exercises and finished off with some skull crushers...thanks GMG to remind me about skull crushers! I hadn't dont them in a while and when we did them they hit a part of my tri I had been missing.

I had been missing getting sore lately and my chest was cramping through the next day after this routeine.
 
I've been taking the PCS twice a day everyday and on the off days I've been adding in some sustain...libido is great with this combination! been able to have sex multiple times a day since I started doing this:-)

Rob, the poseidon is gross! how do you get that stuff down? I got it last week and it doesn't matter what I mix it with I have to gag it down:sad:
 
forgot to mention...I'm studying for the NASM exam:head:

somehow the word in my office got out that I'm a fitness guru and I've had some emails sent to me requesting me to train some folks here...decided to fork out the $ to get certified. I'm now up to training 2 people from my office 3 days a week...this might cover my monthy NP bill :think:

Skullcrushers are my triceps bread and butter. Superset them with some close grip bench's = great tricep workouts.
 
I dont take my poseidon with food or protein shakes. It seems to cramp me up when I do that. When Im not eating I sip on a gallon of 3 scoops Poseidon and some sugar free koolade or sugar free crystal light. I never noticed a taste to poseidon when I mixed it with anything but try mixing it with something fruity/juicy. Best way to use it.

I started Epi myself. The first week I did 20 and didn't feel squat,so being impatient, last week I bumped to 40. NOW I feel it. Look leaner, feel pumped. My f'n arms are now 17 1/2" :head: My attitude is better too. I actually had been somewhat ill a few months and not worked out in about a month. Now I'm pycho-jacked and flexing all the time.:bb3:

Epistane is good sh1t. :clap2:

weight is up 10lbs...but I'm not seeing the leaning effects in the mirror any more...only a couple weeks left and I have some work to do in this area!

OK, today is one of the last chest days of this cycle...gotta kick ass today! Thinking like this has got me a little pumped!!

BTW: I got my chest and stomach waxed last night...def makes a difference on how things look in the mirror!

got up first thing this morning and headed straight to the gym for 30 minutes of cardio and some stability training...trying to practice some of the stuff that I'm learning in the NASM training.

I'm feeling a bit leaner now! getting waxed really created the illusion of being more lean and I really want to work with that...focused on leaning up!

so, today is back day but I'm afraid I won't be lifting much today:-(

I went surfing with a buddy yesterday and really did some damage to my shoulder! I got taken by an unexpectedly big wave and I tried to hold on to my board so that it didn't fly into my buddy...I held on, but it trashed my shoulder!

I couldn't sleep on it last night (can't sleep on my left side because of shoulder injury and now I can't sleep on my right side because of yesterdays injury)...GRRRRR!

I might just opt to doing legs tonight and baby it until wed's workout.
 
Sucks to hear about your shoulder man. I went surfin yesterday too. 2 dolphins were playing around me for a long ass time. Take it easy on that shouder man. Youre a smart guy I know youll make the right decision.
 
I'm hoping that giving it a couple days to rest will help...I'm going to start cycling ice on it too.

I've used the cream before. I found that it really irritated my skin and it almost leaves stubble. My GF is kind enough to do my waxing (benefit of an 8 year relationship) and I gotta suck back a mickey of wisers to make it bearable. I am a pussy when it comes to pain other than DOMS :P
