You know what man... and I don't know why I didn't think of this before... if you are still having training partner issues, we should hit a workout together. You live like 15 minutes away, worth the drive in my opinion for a killer workout. I'd be down to drive to the split once or twice a week.

I can honestly say I didn't deserve it (she's the one that got caught cheating) but I understand that she needed to do something to vent her feelings...and she's not one to cry.

today was leg day...sucked! my left knee started to bother me in the middle of squats...dropped the weight and just pushed through more sets though.

10 min warmup on eliptical (hills)

leg extensions - weight is for each leg

don't know what to call the last exercise that I did...squats with a balance ball against the wall while holding weights...kills my quads!

Additional Notes:

no longer feeling the ON sensation when I'm working out...and I'm not really seeing an increase in strength.

I have really started noticing the leaning effects of this cycle though...friends are starting to notice too:-)

Overall I feel fine. I tried running the PCS just on the off days but I think I'm going to start running it ED...I feel much better that way. I also dropped the DTH, I really didn't notice benefits from it. I'll probably finish the bottle during PCT.

as I stated before I'm a little dissapointed with my progress so far...but I'm really fealing great and there is def a difference in my composition. I think the synergy of what I'm using now (AP + DCP + Epi) is really going to help the next few weeks.

I'm also being a little more conscious about my nutrition...I think I was intaking too many carbs for a little while because I was trying to make sure I was getting enough for the AP. I've been stepping them back a little and guaging how I feel on the AP and I think I've found the sweet spot. I've also started going for a 20-30 min walk before bed. I get home late and I end up going to bed not too far after dinner...

yeah, but I think that has a little to do with stress and being tired...I'm going to focus on getting more sleep.

Also, I might try upping my pulse dosage to 50mg/day.

Agreed. I've had to stop my H-DROL run because of illness this week. My 6 week course has been cut short at 4 weeks. I've spent plenty of time this week with my head in the toilet bowl and eating like a bird. A lot of this stuff going on in Melbourne at the moment. It really does suck!

Hey buddy don't worry about that, I had to do the same thing, it sucks but if you're sick better to stop it early.

Last summer I was on a business trip to Guadalajara Mexico and I got E Coli...in one month I lost almost 30 pounds...my body fat % was up and I was sooo much smaller (167) :-(

I've spent the last year getting back to about 190ish and now here I am...it's been quite the roller coaster ride!

Well at least you don't have to worry about your libido in Guadalajara, lots of :chick: I've never been so sick that I had to stop training, but shoulder joint injuries put me out for a few months. It's a good thing you have Super cissus smart man.

Additional Notes:

I upped the Epi to 50mg on Friday and there was def a difference in the feeling it gave! I had that ON feeling again...

for realz. 105 on the incline? I can only dream of that... can't wait to start my epi... just 3 more weeks... it feels like when you were in 3rd grade and the clock seemed like it was moving backwards and the schoolday would never end... yea, I want to break into my stash dammit! In fact I think I am gonna go stare at my bottles of Epistane and drool for a minute.

the week before I was able to get 110's up on incline...

I always get the best pump off DB's though!

ughh I wish I would have got more. I was trying to save up because 2 places I was looking at going to school were gonna be about 750 a month to live. Now I see the coaches didn't show me much housing because they both had something set up for under 225/month :frustrate

Why did they not make me aware of this on my visits :fool2:

Pretty sure it was there at NP for about 30min...no joke. I had it in my cart (twin pack deal) went to go look for some other stuff at NP. Took a duce came back to the computer and......GONE!

Yea then my NP order didn't go thru so I tried again and 3 of the 4 are now out of stock :frustrate. O'well probably better off not spending that cash..........maybe not :D
