I straight bar, off the ground, Deadlift 405x1. I rep 315 for 10. Somewhere around 365 I feel is my sweetspot, where I can bang out about 6 good ones. I get 405 every 2 weeks or so, but I'm sure it ain't pretty yet... hope this epi helps out with that. 405 for the first time felt good though... finally felt like one of the big boys.
I haven't ever done rack deads... I imagine I could lift a lot because my back is one of my strongpoints, and my legs are definately my weakspot... but I am working HARD at fixing that.
