Allright Goddamnit! What a fvkin day, talk about hiccups and sh!t, I had a fvckin sh!t load of work to do this morning and developed a real crick in my neck, sh!t hurts when I move my head to the right, oh well fvck it! I went to the gym ME bench day I was gonna do my 9 wk max's but my neck hurt like a son of a b!tch, So i worked up some heavy singles to 285 and got fvckin hung on the bottom on 295, my boy got hung up on 305 so fvck it, we were like time to make the tri's pay...... I gave them the grow or die treatment today, if my tri's would have had a brain they would have been thinking this MOFO is fvckin crazy he is trying to kill us. I did the following;

3 x 8 JM press with EZ-curl bar with one plate ea. side LIGHTWEIGHT
4 x 8 Dumbell Tri Ext. with 60's these were combined sets with seat clings with 60's, try that sh!t some time rear delts on fvckin fiya
3 x 10, 10 rev. grip tri push down, 10 full range 10 1/2 to lock out
Close grip bench, hands 5" apart 2 X 10 with 100 lbs
Dips to failure

Inject 30 mcgs each tri PWO.

Ate leftovers, slow cooked Italian chicken on pasta, 4 pieces of garlic bread, couple of bananas.

I am about to eat leftovers again, got some left so fvck it, and then at about 9:30 I will cook a chicken breast and eat some sweet potatoes, and then at 12:00 am I will do the 6 eggs and a few waffles

Hahahahaha.... Man, I know I'm going to want to take a fight mid cycle. Probably would mess some fool up too, but my cardio 4 weeks deep would make me nervous. That and BP. By the way, do you lift through PCT? Or can I start getting nasty with the cardio again?

Lift and start cardio.... however,
your lifting during PCT should be maintenance only,
compound exercises or movements that make you move your body loaded with weight through space. The frequency should be around 2 days a week with 3 off days between. Do your pre-fight cardio as you would normally;

you could do something like this;

Mon. Conditioning/Technique
Tues. Compound lifts/Functional Strength/Light Cardio
Wed. Conditioning/Bag work
Thurs. off
Fri. Conditioning/Wrestling (or whatever)
Sat. Compound lifts/Functional Strength
Sun. off
 
I always wondered what the hell your avi pic was timberlakers...I personally follow the same routine during PCT,but compound lifts,much less volume,and always somewhat low reps.Maybe 4-8.

Breakfast same as usual 2 packs of Grits 4 eggs 2 cheese, shake to come later. Last night I couldn't sleep so I started planning my next cycle I am not going to say just what it is right now, but it is gonna be the fvcking strength juggernaut, I might have to go into seclusion while on it.

I will run it 4 wks and do some fun sh!t in between bursts.....

The order of importance on this cycle will be;

Lift
Fvck & bust lots of nutz

On to the IGF 1.....

Today I ache in my elbows and my hands this is normal with IGF so no problems, I took a presc. NSAID last night and my neck is not as bad as yesterday. I think I might have tweaked my neck when I was squatting that heavy weight Tues. It really affected my bench yesterday I never get hung at 295, I could tell when I went in there that I wasn't gonna be as strong as I would like fvck it oh well. My bench has suffered over the last 2 years due to a pretty nasty rotator cuff injury and minor tears in the Teres minor, major, and infraspinatus, fvck it my sh!t is a lot better now so..... anyways.....

All I could think about last night was how good it was on the juice this last cycle, then I got pissed as a MOFO, when I was flexing in the damn mirror and my neck looked smaller, I thought damn D-bol water gain, but damn I love that sh!t, my neck measured out to 19.5" PCT day 1, last night it was only 19.25" FVCK, I was pissed, so I got out my dress shirts and still couldn't button any of the top buttons so the catastrophe was avoided......cause I was like I can't be having no small ass neck, I was already planning my attack, I was like allright neck you wanna be stubborn and sh!t ok squat supersets with deads and heavy front and rear shrugs on rest period, but like I said catastrophe avoided....

Yeah I bet if you tried you could get 2 or 3 of dem der mullet's in dar cuz they ain't but 4'2"..... and a buck o 5 soaking ass wet, and you and I both know them mullet's are 70 to 80 lbs of pure bullsh!t, so they only dress out to 20 or 30 lbs by the time you get all that sh!t out, actually now that I think about it you could probably fit 2 or 3 in my lunch box.........
