He reminds me of Beast.

Yes I knew Beast (Derek) when he was a fairly small 17 year old kid and he too was a freak of nature. He made some very impressive gains as well.

The one thing the two have in common is Derek like Texas listened and learned. They have both accumuated a lot of knowledge but their humility enables them to continue to get better. mbburz you should worry about your own problems Texas is your better and if not now, some day very soon you will see how wrong you were about him.

Got to love products that have a high percentage chance of being a Non-Responder to superstar gains! Look at the posts and feedback of this product there is mainly those too outcomes. So ill believe the journals and the people on the bodybuilding forums with the highest rep and most bbing experience.

ever wonder why get diesel gets a hard time on bb. but here he is gold. don't believe everything you read on other boards, the guys here at AM are straight shooters. i will put strategicmove's knowledge up against anyone on any forum. plus he doesn't have an oversized ego.
 
This is the most productive beneficial site on the web that I have seen. I have been a member here since the early days and they have been able to uphold a tradition of integrity and mutual benefit. A truly unique thing in this market. I believe there is none like it.

Chuck is a good guy and from what I have seen his products are the real deal. I can only speak for Ready4War...great product, but nevertheless...there is plenty of feedback demonstrating that Get Diesel products are effective.

As far as the Stragepedia goes...there is a reason why some of us call him that...no further explanation needed.

i cant help but think the guy is an mt rep based on one of the posts, but i can forgive that. i can also overlook low post count from personal experience posting in a new forum once upon a time, after having mastered something everyone was confused about.

but he knocked everything that's sitting on my shelf. so *middle finger* :) i will agree about the syntha6 being good because it's a blended protein, and i think with xtend is unbeatable. sitting next to a pile of syntha 6 is also gold standard whey and kwik carb. im going to whoop this body building thing's ass and come back to sit on all the product haters one day.

Hahaha! Good deal Distilled! I tend to pack on muscle and fat very easily, but AP/P-Slin is working wonders NO DOUBT! I'm cutting with jelly sandwiches on AP/P-Slin. No joke! Of course it's organic jelly on Ezekiel bread ;)

Word up BigT! Ezekiel is a true, whole grain bread that uses wheat, rye, and spelt... few other grains I think... and they have a process called 'sprouting' that they employ to bring out and unlock the essence of the whole food goodness so they enzymes and nutrients are easily accessible to digest and assimilate! Great products! Also, sprouting destroys gluten.
 
I am not a bread eater but this may be worth investigation. Where do you get it at the health food store ?

you ever try the spelt spaghetti, i tried it about a year ago and it's the only kind i eat now. i will look for the ezekiel bread, thanks.:cheers:

Show me a log where a person make such signifigant gains with AP that they couldn't do with ALA and the same nutritional intake and intensity and ill believe it. Then why don't the IFBB pros rave about these products and use them, themselves other then for sponsorships... I mean 20lbs in a month!!!! And extreme fat loss shedding!!! Why make the body take such harsh effects on so many roids and GH and just take this stuff with their superior genetics and lighten the load on the roids!

Theres a reason the pros stick to the basic supplements with additions of stuff like Citrillune malate and beta alanine, so on... its because they work.

As for the new Neovar I have yet to try so I can not knock it or give it praise until I do.. But seeing as it does use mono now im sure its much better as even studies show ethly-ester isn't absorbed into the body when ingested - maybe why I never liked the original as before I never read the science studies and believed the hype and posts of the common supplement user/bodybuilder.


I mean most the people on here are company reps, and the people that love their products... well they are the ones always doing the sponsored logs who wouldn't love free sup's and rage about em whether they believe they worked well or not. This is the truth. Look at sponsored logs on here and BB.com its always the same people. Or people who love the products.. why won't give others the chance to log the product. Also most of the logs only log their time on the product not before or after. I would like to see more logs that show their training before and after. As the placebo efffect tends to increase the intensity that is a good thing in a way though... But my philosophy is if your training then train, so I rarely lack intensity in the gym.

If these people love the product so much, im sure they wouldn't mind spending their hard earned cash on it. I rarely post, mostly read and gain knowledge. And i've always seen people talk down on products they had previously praised when it came to their own money...

My advice to you and anyone is to start off with stuff like: Protein isolate, Protein casein/a mix like Syntha-6, creatine mono, good multi vitamin, BCAA's, EAA's, Bulk Leucine, Taurine, beta alanine, citriulline malate, sesamin, fish oils, CLA. Stuff like this thats known to work. If you have money left over and want to spend then add in something like AP (Neovar in place of your creatine mono) and see how much of a vast difference you are making.

I'm really not trying to start anything here but you said you are genetically prone to muscle growth since high school. Then I read your stats. 5'10" at 139 pounds. Something doesn't add up.

Yea true date TX. Since when is 2gr Test, 1gr Deca, 50iu's hGH, and 100iu insulin a week basic supplementation.

Hell if 80% of the guys on AM were on that with the lifestyle those guys live...why the hell would we take almost any supp on this board :think:

I agree with what you said above. I said overall it was a good post. He pointed out somethings I liked and somethings I don't agree with. Him loving on MT products is something I don't get. He must be rich or a sponser.

yeah Mt products arent HORRIBLE, they are just way over priced. honestly if they were cheaper i would consider using them. and yeah thats me in my avi and those are my real stats. thanks for the compliments man

Curious, because Im an avid AP fan, and have ordered some NeoVar Recomp to trial out.

I a big RPM fan by the way, and have found a good synergy between USPL and AN products - expecting good things.
 
i can't wait to try recomped, as i saw good gains on the original, been thinking it might be more cost effective to buy each of the ingredients in bulk

Lets say I was lethargic for about a year and a half after a bad breakup. I just recently picked up doing physical activities and weightlifting again, I will put picks up soon of how fast muscle growth happend for me. :woohoo:

I can put muscle on fast, just never stayed dedicated...and that dang chili cheese frito diet would ruin me every time :)

I made the mistake of getting hyper depressed over a woman. Paid the price of letting it all get to me, now I am getting my body back. Fairly fast too. You will see my wieght reach 150 soon enough :)

BTW about a month ago I was 133...

Funny, the only thing from AN I am not taking is neovar lol

I have been on it since tuesday...Between that and the rest of the AN products I am using I went from having softer muscles(since I just started working out again) to having some rock solid portions. My forearms first are solid as rock. It gives me the feeling I could bend metal with em lol. Biceps have hardened greatly, though they still have some give, and Tris are pretty hard. And underneeth my belly my abs are getting really hard. I have some skin from consuming so many calories to bulk a little. I duno, I will compare it to neovar sometime. It is my first creatine ever actually, So i will get good results regardless... And its only been a week.

I eat whole wheat break about...6-8 slices a day...
 
No one should knock products until you try them...Not every supplement is going to work for everyone and in the way they want it to. The new Neovar Recomped is a great product, It may not always be what everyone wants in a product or likes, but that they way things go sometimes. :thumbsup:

agreed, i love my aggies and the rivalry is fun and of coursei m gonna go for them on the UT V aggie game, but in general i could careless. love to all the texans is whats up! and thanks im happy to be out of high school not, but it feels weird knowing i will never be back
