Any updated info to share on access to the bulk powders for NP? Seems like ever since formestane demand is so high and difficult to access, a lot of people are jumping on the trione bandwagon and it's selling out now too.

bout time, been saying for a long time how much better td trione is than oral 6oxo, a hellava lot cheaper too. still have 40 grams formestane and 3 bottles of e-form left, but 4 grams trione/2 grams atd in 8oz of penetrate is damn good.

For AI strictly, trione transdermal is decent....it just seems to lack formestane's overall "well-being" effect.

I like Trione's effect on libido...but my libido is a strange thing - I really NEED that sense of well-being to be optimal.

More like a celebration, than a super animal drive.
 
I concur, I sometimes feel a little too much animal drive and it's not always welcome. I like the fact that it still is there but it's a bit of a ***** at the office.

ever try adding a few grams of atd to the trione. don't get me wrong i love formestane for a ton of reasons, but after 2 days of trione/atd i get acne and drop water weight big time for about a week. bet that adding dcp/recreate would be a killer dry cut. wouldn't run trione/atd for more than a week to 10 days straight, you would be spitting dirt.

Amen to not drying out too much, I believe that contributed to my injury. You try and drink the extra water but I still felt I was a little too dried out at the time I hurt myself.

I'm running a real low dose of trione at about 80-120mg per day TD. I'm noticing some vascularity and mild aggression. I notice and immediate, but temporary, pumped feeling and look about 2-3 minutes after application.

Concerning libido, desire is only slightly heightened. But, I am ready for round 2 more quickly and more frequently after about 2-3 days of dosing.

Formestane does ALL of the above but with a more pronounced effect. I don't get the well being feeling with formestane, I get aggression and irritability.

you tried td atd, whew that is potent shiit. first time i tried straight atd i dosed the same as i would form, big mistake. woke up with a killer headache and had to drink a gallon of water. good stuff once i learned how to dose it. another case of more is not better, learned the hard way. the kind of headache you don't forget for awhile.:cheers:

i was just pondering, and you can get around 10-12g of active into a bottle of penetrate, which is good for something upwards of 400 pumps right? I was doing the mental math, and with ATD and 10g into it, it would mean each pump around 25mg, so 1 pump a day would probably be plenty right? so a single bottle of penetrate that way would be a years supply?
 
transdermal absorption rate is only around 20 to 25 %....so I would say minimum 4 pumps a day.

easy, you are a research guru. here's one for you-what is half life of oral atd? travis posted that it was real low, like half an hour or so. if that is the case td -atd at twice a day would be much more efficient than oral. btw-what is half life of 6oxo?

I'm no scientist, but a half-hour half life?! Sounds absurd.

I think that because of their mode of action that half life is somewhat irrelevant (as far as the estrogen blocking). they are suicide inhibitors - so when the ATD or 6-oxo reaches aromatase, they bind to it and effectively deactivate it, and that particular aromatase molecule never gets re-activated and is just metabolized and flushed. as far as the question about ATD binding to androgen receptors the half life might be relevant, but i can't find any studies that seem to explore that, at least not so far.

i guess a better question would be how long it takes for that molecule to be metabolized and flushed. is a timed release more beneficial?

On form's behalf, the oral 1/2 life is more like 4 hours. Which is why some suggest dosing it 4x per day. What throws a twist in your question is form's ACTIVE life... which is in the 19-22 W E E K S range!!! (see neo's FAQ and discussion on LB).

the nature of your question makes me think that you've never tried formestane before. Those who know me know that I yawn at 99% of new products and their pretty labels. However, I'd gladly welcome any new ideas with formestane. Especially one that doesn't piss me off from crashing a transdermal and also makes oral delivery feasable without needing 1g per day.
 
Celc5: you hit the nail on the head ! I have not yet had an opportunity to try form. I am still waiting for the MagnaForm and trust in Dsade will eventually deliver however it now appears to be more like towards the end of the year :(

Not trying to call you out in any way. I just wanted to make it clear that formestane is NOT your run of the mill supplement that doesn't deliver. The hype is real for those of us that have ran it many times, which is why there's so many hits in this thread from BigT and Dsade. They are on to something bro so don't get frustrated with the lengthy process :)

if he thinks the hype is bad now, wait till the product comes out. i predict 9 out fo 10 threads on this forum will be magnaform related. ie. how do i dose/when is best time to take/what can i stack with it.ect. beware the avalanche.:cheers:
 
i just wanted to say how much I like 100mg of formestane via eform, i'm in so much better a mood particularly the first couple hours.

100 a day really made my libido shoot up, probably a little too high. 40 is just nice but if I really wanted to feel a big boost in libido I would probably have to increase the dosage. It was good at first at 40 but you know I am glad it settled down a bit. So 40 is ok for now. It depends what you want out of it I guess.
 
I think 100 EOD more or less (post workout) really maximizes that whole warm fuzzy feeling postworkout, and is only slightly more than a 40/day average
 
Ok yah never thought of that. Just another way of dispersing the dosage really.
 
i end up with almost a 2-3 beer grade buzz from the combo of post workout hormoneal flush and that. really nice. today i'm going to add 6mg of melatonin to the attempt. from an article posted that helps shoot GH release up even more, which should make me even more euphoric :D

So - if one had some bulk formestane powder, what is the best method of application? Oral or transdermal?
