They are pretty good IMO, I just didn't have anyone to pose them for me LOL. But I'll try to get some tonight.
 
I think the swimmer's build is a great physique to have. meant that as a compliment.

Don't forget I'm 6'1. So it's tough to gain weight with my body type. I gain fat easily, and have a hard time getting mass on.

But I see what you mean. Thanks man.

I got my new training!!!

6 x a week I will be in the gym!!!!!! Cardio will be 5 x a week for 30 minutes. Calories are a lot lower so I expect to lean down nicely!
 
June 5th

I'm 5 days in, and it's going really well!!! I had to do my workout this morning, as I have my evening plans full. I get my diploma from college. I'll be a CCNP certified network technologist :D

Now for the gym! I feel like I lost a lot of bloat from all the food I was eating. I feel lighter, and better. The hunger is really intense, but it is slowly going down..

Traininf is intense, and Michael decided to make me train 6 x a week, and cardio 5 x a week for 30 mins. The reps ranges are a lot higher, and I'm going more for the burn than the pump. I feel leaner, and I didn't cut the carbs, I still use a 50-30-20 macro, and I am full of energy!
 
Keep up the hard work, and enjoy your moment in the spotlight tonite with your diploma! Oh, and the X came in..lol
 
June 9th

Here's another quick update!! I am feeling like I am leaning down nicwely, even if it's only been 9 days! I lost a lot of bloat around my waist, and my jeans are way too lose right now. So gotta get some smaller ones!

The diet has been 100% so far. I also decided to cut down on the diet sodas completely. No more diet pepsi, diet root beer for the next 5 months!! I've been able to keep up so far. I sip on my ICE all day long and that satisfies my sweet cravings :)
 
I don't usually hand out compliments but your chest and back in particular are looking good and symmetry is great. Look forward to seeing the end result of the cut.
 
JUNE 13th


ALLRIGHT!

I got my tho Drives yesterday, and got my X Factor in the mail today!:dance:

I am starting them today, I am well equipped for a painfull journey!!!!!

Training is going great. I can't complain. It is intense, and fun. Cardio is making me sweat big time, and I just can't wait to see what 1 month from here will be! I have nothing else to report, but soreness right now from the intense training, and I also have a final exam tuesday, so wish me luck!

Generosity of PP (Eric)! Thanks very much for this help in my supplement needs. I really hope this will help me a little bit :)

So to summarize, I am using the following:

Multivitamin
TOCO 8
DRIVE
SWELL
X Factor (You probably knew this already ;) )

I have had a few diet energy drinks yesterday and today due to my exam that is tonight. I am pretty nervous and hope I'll do well. I have been sipping on ICE regularly.

I feel like I shrink big time. I am 193 now :( I feel terribly small, but this is the worst part of the cut. After this, the details will start to show up!!!!
 
JUNE 18th

I am starting to see some really nice improvements in my body fat. Abs show more, my arms look bigger, since the fat around them is going away, the gap between the peak and the lower part seems bigger.

I'm 192 now. I really can't wait to see if X Factor will give me more weight during this cut. I have heard a lot of people actually gained weight with it on a cut. I will see if it will. I started the X at 193, and 34.5" hips. If I can be 194 with a 32" hip measurement at the end of the cycle, I will jump and dance. That would in theory mean that I gained 11 lbs during my cut! (Assuming that 1" = 5 lbs of fat)

It has kicked in and I can't wait to see this. I am hungry as hell. I am sitting here, waiting for the clock to tell me it's time to eat!!!! This is the only thing i hate about X Factor on a cut. Your motivation has to be 10x higher to succeed, because it makes you so hungry! But it will be well worth it!

I might post pics tonight if time permits!
 
JUNE 25TH

WOW!! X Factor has kicked in now! I can really notice hardness when I woke up this morning. DOMS are not too bad so far, but it hasn't been 25 days yet... This will be insane. The DRIVE is making me sweat BIG TIME. The X Factor is making me hard (my muscles that is), and hungry!!!!! I decided just to take pics in 5 days, so you'll get a preview every month of my progress :)

Happens to the best of us. How are you running the X-Factor? I have 2 bottles I planned on useing for a lean bulk this fall/winter. Seeing some of your "sides" I guess you could call them, Im gettng very excited. Should I pick up another bottle?

I'm running 4 caps for 75 days, ad I want the pleasure to last longer :)

side tri - stand more straight, looks like you are leaning away.
abs w/ arm on head, same, lean toward us...Franco columbo hit this pose better than ANYONE!

do you have slight bow legs? If not, less bend in the knees, and on the rear shots, i know you know to stick your leg out, guessin you just dint.

Ooh no, I don't work at the waterpark.. I was there with the gf having fun. I work inside, on a desk.. Tan lines come from the fact that I usually wear a t shirt when I'm outside.. I don't have much free time these days, I'm working 6/7 days a week, and training 6 times a week. Rest is the girl, and cooking my meals :)

I feel ya. Im not tan at all, very little fomr maybe 1 hour cuttin grass, 2 times a week if its sunny. Im a try before i get pics though. No time. Its supposed to be summer!

Haha I'll take this as a compliment.. Michael Elias is training me, and I think the X Factor really made the fat loss easier. I was also using Drive which I absolutely loved.

I still feel like I have a good 10 lbs to lose and water too, and it feels good to be in advance, so i have a little more to play with. I have 50 more days on X Factor. Apparently, according to some, there might be slight water retention on it, I am curious to see this. Might as well be in advance than too late. It is tough sometimes to predict how much you can lose, and in how long. I guess we wanted to play safe :)
 
I know 20 weeks is a good time frame but yah you dropped quick in the early going. Oh well I guess you won't have to do too much cardio (lucky bastarrrd). Just don't peak too early.

Yeah lol. I still fo on with the cardio for now, 30 mins. 5 x a week.. So it's all good!
 
JULY 8th

I feel great today, I had a hard time getting out of bed though! This is DOMS and a half! Day 26 of my X, and it's really something! My hunger is just getting really insane. I just keep on drinking and drinking!!! Man this is tougher than I thought!! X Factor really helps on a cut, bud DAMN tough to stay on track!

I just want to go to a chinese buffet, empty the spare ribs and rice jars and go to sleep! :aargh:
 
One trick I used is to graze on fibrous carbs like broccoli, cauliflower, green beens and you can throw in some snow peas and bell peppers to get it down. This curbs the hunger and will not impede your progress, as a matter of fact it may help you metabolism.

Haha no biggie. After gym my girl wanted to go to the cinema. We went to see "Wanted". It was good, but try to smell popcorn, nachos, etc.. But I held on!

Then we all went to Tim Horton's and I had a diet Pepsi. I'm applausing myself on this one too lol.

Yeah, sometimes I put some marinated veggies in my chicken salad, it's pretty good.

Thing is, once I ate y last bite, I'm hungry haha. X Factor really works on my appetite.

Wow thats tough, thank god for diet pop! I had a peice of cake last night :sad: I got home from my game dehydrated and depleted as hell (4 hours playing OF with no food, little water and 87 degrees with 95% humidity) and see this home made cake sitting on the counter. Had to just had to steal a peice

Man. During these times I empty the brita, take a shower and take a nap. Calms down the hunger spirits lol
 
Well if you fill you belly with fibrous vegtables it will help with some of the cravings. You may not want to eat vegtables for a long time afterward though, and you may develop an genuine dislike for the color green.
 
July 14th

I'm getting there! Slowly but surely! I'm seeing more cuts showing up, but I am still hungry as hell!I guess it's all in my mind though LOL. Strength has slowed down a lot lately. But I know it will all come back after this dieting phase, so I am not too worried!
 
July 16th


Just a quick update! I got some Animal Test (2 cans) and I will incorporate itto my cutting regimen. I am still on X Factor, so it will be a rough ride!!

Adrenalean has got me some really good energy and heat on the treadmill. Workouts are good, and diet is still top notch. I am pretty proud of myself, and hopefully I win the classic!
