If you are gettin cut down enough on BF and using a diuretic, most use creatine up till show time. It holds water but it is intracellular, not sub-cutaneos(sp?) so it should NOT give you a water/bloated look. If youre worried about it maybe slowly wean down to half serving or 1/4 or something.
Also, when are you cutting out leg days? Most nattys do 2-3 days before stage day. Make sure also you keep your legs elevated as much as possible day/night before show and in the pump room.
Good stuff bro...you look about 4-5 weeks ahead of schedule! Keep it up.

How many cals are you eating right now?
I am surprised that you are doing so much cardio, I know endos need to but you are way ahead of schedule I would have thought that your need for cardio would be quite low.
What is your body fat, it was like 7 when I last saw you. Based on that for 8 weeks you shouldn't need to do hardly any cardio.
Your pics from Aug 06 indicate differently, unless you went up a bit from then.

Well, if you look atthe last pics, you'll see I still have a good stripe of fat below the belly button. (no it's not in my shorts)

I had tons of stuff happening lately. Lost my gf, my grandmother went for an operation, so I was staying with her for this week, sometimes my diet was altered. But I still have time to get better. Part of life.
I will post pics next sunday!! Going to be a little more tanned, and hopefully a lot less bloated![]()

I have been really sick for 1 month. I am geting back into it, since as soon as I started training, I was getting sicker. So I took 1 week of. I just had to, and even though others tell me I look fine, I am kinda shy to post pics, since I see no improvement (the opposite actually).... As soon as I can get better pics I will post em!!

Ahh man, I screwed up big time. I was ready for the show at the end of August.
Now I was unable to study with all that dieting.

I had just too much, and eventually got really sick. It was just a cold apparently, but it lasted 1.5 month :O. I work full time, have class monday - tuesday night at the university (so add a lot of homework too) and trying to train twice a day was doable, but my body just said get more rest..
Next year I will take some school off, and be a ripped pumped 200 on stage I promise.
