Got my napalm and White Flood!! I added RPM and Drive as well. This should be a pleasant ride. I was really impatient to get these in.

I used a little bit of NO3 overload thingie. My buddy gave me a full bag of packets. I retain a little water, so now I got my White Flood I will be able to flush this creatine out in a week, so I should see a really nice difference, and the napalm on top of that! Whoa! Prepare for some cool pics on the 6th!!!!!
 
If you are gettin cut down enough on BF and using a diuretic, most use creatine up till show time. It holds water but it is intracellular, not sub-cutaneos(sp?) so it should NOT give you a water/bloated look. If youre worried about it maybe slowly wean down to half serving or 1/4 or something.

Also, when are you cutting out leg days? Most nattys do 2-3 days before stage day. Make sure also you keep your legs elevated as much as possible day/night before show and in the pump room.

Yeah, I just feel like I wanted some energy. I don't like creatine at all.. But it's all I had for a tasty energy drink :)

For the legs, I ain't sure. Michael Elias is training me this year, so we'll see!

Wow looks like smooth sailing, the biggest problem you'll face is trying not to peak to early. You're going to be ultra-lean. Which contest are you competing in? Which Organization?
 
Yeah, my trainer said that too, all I gotta do is get tons of sleep and be ready for the blast in 4 weeks!

Haha. Been dieting since June 1st. The longest part is done my friend.

Now it's about cardio, twice a day mon through friday and less calories!!!

Should be fun!!

WOW I'm doing cardio twice a day. I'm really hungry since the diet is a lot tighter, but I ain't giving up! I should definetly see a huge difference in a few weeks!!!

I need to sleep now!!
 
I am surprised that you are doing so much cardio, I know endos need to but you are way ahead of schedule I would have thought that your need for cardio would be quite low.

What is your body fat, it was like 7 when I last saw you. Based on that for 8 weeks you shouldn't need to do hardly any cardio.

Well, if you look atthe last pics, you'll see I still have a good stripe of fat below the belly button. (no it's not in my shorts :p )

I really want to get this thing off and be SHREDDED! :D

No it says Aug 06, anyways there is a very little bit there, don't overdo it I think your perception might be a little off. You'll be shredded no doubt...
 
yea john havnt seen any updates recently. i bet ur looking shredded.

ive been dieting for my first show now for about 7 weeks. im 8 weeks from the show now and i think im a bit behind, my trainer said its gona be hard but its definately doable, just less cheat meals:(

anyways goodluck man looking forward to seeing progress. maybe ill start a thread of my own, its time to get serious!!!

I had tons of stuff happening lately. Lost my gf, my grandmother went for an operation, so I was staying with her for this week, sometimes my diet was altered. But I still have time to get better. Part of life.

I will post pics next sunday!! Going to be a little more tanned, and hopefully a lot less bloated :)

I have been really sick for 1 month. I am geting back into it, since as soon as I started training, I was getting sicker. So I took 1 week of. I just had to, and even though others tell me I look fine, I am kinda shy to post pics, since I see no improvement (the opposite actually).... As soon as I can get better pics I will post em!!

just read thru this. man, this is very inspiring and motivational for me to set a date for my first show. i still need to add some mass tho

been awhile since i been in here. Good to see youre still at it John.
I got mine in April still.
Do more sport work on the ab area. Not basing this off pics but if Dream is saying youre around 7-8% then to much cardio will only hurt you, especially in the cortisol area.
If youre going to drop cals even more then for sure lay off the cardio.
Just pick up your routine to 30-1 minute breaks between set and drop the weight some. Basically your hitting a point where hypertrophy is not the topic, keeping muscle active are what youre worried about.

Think smart and dont stress the bit of tire, itll disappear or grab some Napalm or somethign to slap on it.

I had just too much, and eventually got really sick. It was just a cold apparently, but it lasted 1.5 month :O. I work full time, have class monday - tuesday night at the university (so add a lot of homework too) and trying to train twice a day was doable, but my body just said get more rest..

Next year I will take some school off, and be a ripped pumped 200 on stage I promise.

It really sucks, cause MN will be there (well, I had a booth tobeset up and stuff.. ) and I wanted to rock the show...

But I'll present trophies, so I'll step on stage anyways!!! :D

When your body says no, it says no. I think I was pretty much ready for carb depletion/loading at the end of August. Butevery training day, I went to bed feeling fine, and woke up sicker and sicker... If I would have stayed that lean and with this diet, I would have lost a lot of mass IMO. Live and learn. I am back up to 217 and getting up to 240 so I can be a LEAN MEAN 200 LBS RIPPED NEXT YEAR!!!!

Well sorry to hear it. I bailed on my previous shows for lack of confidence, at least you have a solid reason.

Thats the one thing i fear right now, dieting and school. Your body just takes a beating and mind too. So i am going to try to offset it with some neuro help...Piracetam, GABA,L-Dopa, any other moderate goodies i can afford.

Good luck in the future. Once i do my show ill hope to have pics up ASAP and im sure itll make you keep the drive alive.
