Creatine monohydate.

Creatine Mono is the most scientifically backed form of creatine and gives good quality results everytime u use it....but krealkalyn on the other is the BEST creatine for pumps...so just make ur pick on what creatine is best for ur personal goals....

con-crete or dat dare celltech are your BEST choices! lol jk thats stuff suxs! its all about the mono till they can bind creatine to a glucose molecule.

I'll put it this way...

Creatine is creatine...either you respond to it or you don't so I say if you want to use creatine just get good old creatine mono in bulk (cheap and damn effective). Now if you want a formula...NeoVar: Recomped is arguably one of the best on the market, and from experience with it regardless of my affiliation and position (I was a tester and I am currently using it right now) it is the best on the market.

However, if you prefer a creatine formula powder I would recommend these 3:

Sizeon
Green Mag
Storm

By all means though...there is no need to go with an expensive formula if creatine mono works for you.

Cheers!

they can its called creatine gluconate, its whats in size on and you can get it in bulk at nutra

creatine mono

CEE is my favorite. That, or half CEE and half Cre-Alkalyn. I'm not a huge responder to monohydrate. Interested in trying creatine gluconate too.

actually, that is not a glucose molecule that it is bound to. i cant seem to remember what it is bound to, but its not glucose. It is just a cheap marketing scheme.

My suggestion is start with Mono it's cheap, Then experiment with others as you become more acclimated to it. The others will cost more so start cheap and go from there.

creatine mono is proven...

from what I remember, CEE can be hard on your kidneys.

the other forms of creatine are much more expensive and pretty much just have a delivery system included with it...there are pleanty of cheap delivery options.

Congratulations you are the I millionth person to ask this question.

I have only every really responded to SizeOn. I am going to give the new Neovar a run though, based on the reputation of the company that puts it out.

I like green mag from controlled labs. It contains 2.5g of Magnesium Creatine Chelate and 2.5 g of Dicreatine Malate. The taste is pretty good too.
