Ive been ending my chest workouts with a few tri exercises. Just a few. But going super heavy on them. Then I also have a day dedicated to arms. Where I just tear my tris to shreds. When I do it like this my arms grow much faster. Interested in seeing your new split.

Day 3:
8 Hyper Trop-X
1 AMS Hyper Pump

Had a killer chest workout as well as tri workout...although chest ended up lasting an hour and tris went down hill rather fast....at least strength did, energy was great! I did take note of slightly increased endurance over all... I will be changing my workout split due to the increased intensity of my workouts!
*Flat Barbell bench
*Hammer Strength-won't be doing again...didnt get the right feeling....
*Incline Flyes- Felt REALLY good got a nice stretch!!
Cable Crosses-felt isolation was very solid! Simply love this exercise!
*Close Grip Bench- Only could manage one set due to fatigue wont be doing chest before tris EVER AGAIN!!!
*Cable Press downs(with rope) supersetted with over dumbell tri ext(single hand)
*Bench Dips to failure

lookin good bro. my chest session is about the same as yours but i add incline DB press andboth high and low cable crossovers. i too love that exercise. the low ones hit your lower/outer pecs so fvckin nice! the pump is also sickly. keep kickin as$ man! :head:
 
so nothin big off the hypertrop yet? i liked hyperpump alot when i used it awhile ago. the BA tingle was pretty strong. how does hypertrop compare to it? i guess i can find out tomorrow myself haha

Yea it was alright... Tomorrows leg day so we'll see... I def noticed a slight increase in endurance:thumbsup:
 
i did a light legs today felt good! endurance compared to cordyv5? i have a bottle of that around i may use on cardio days. im trying to set up my dosing protocol right now and dont know when i should take hypertrop

Cordy seems to help me more with breathing etc where as with Hyper Trop x you just seem to be able to that little bit extra thats slightly noticeable...

I knew today was going to be a special day.. had some of the best energy ive had in some time, all day the suspense of leg day was driving me INSANE!!!!
*Squats
*Leg Press (1 set...wasnt feelin it... I hate that mechanical feelin and lack of isolation!!)
*Front Squats(hit these bad boys hard...hard rate went insane,forearms were blasted)
*Stiff legged deadlifts( Usually 1 fave lift..but late dumbbell lunges have taken the top spot!!)
*(1 leg) leg Extension Isolation on this was HOT!
*Walking dumbbell lunges (2 times across whole gym...KILLER)
*Legs Curls (squeezed ultra hard at the top and held DAM talk about killing the hams!! I ended up stumbling after this)
Seated and standing calves raise machine supersetted with last 4 exercises... Gotta hit those calves hard!!

Took a nice hot shower at the gym.....Energy,endurance, mood, and EVERYTHING else was up today... One of my favorite workouts to date!!

Def and started to look bigger... ive been getting a few comments here and there..... Bulking is going well!!!:thumbsup:

I have an appointment with a Navy Recruiter tomorrow.. thinking of joining the Navy SEALS in a year or so....

I almost joined the Army Rangers, but I got in an accident and had a seizure and did not have medical clearance (one year seizure or "episode" free was the protocol for medical clearance), so I became a gold member at AM instead.

Good to go!! Great endurance ponding down some interesting drop sets and combos..seems like endurance is def up..coincidence..I think not!!

Today I annihilated the pullups and pushups whilst incorporating T bar rows, Lat pulldowns, situps,and of course deadlifts.. things went swell! Anyhow afterwards i ended up gong to a friends house for a cook out...def interesting and had a few good things to eat!! buffalo burger, cottage cheese and some lean ground beef patties...yummy!!

Oh and as far as updates go...my bad..ive been rather lazy sleeping alot and such!
 
im watching this, looks like the 8 caps is really the sweet spot with this stuff.

Yea.. glad i chose to double dose this!! Thx to Laze for sending me 2 bottles!! Personally I feel the endurance it gives me while working out outshines any energy that it provides...

I found these turkey burgers at the store and they taste incredible. IMO better than beef, very juicy. Plus the have 2 grams of fat - 0 carbs - & 22 grams of protein. They're pretty thin too so I eat usually 2 at a time.

ive got to find those. i get the frozen jennio ones, they have 9 grams of fat and also 22 grams of protein. i also usually eat 2.

Still running that log and i ended up turning that into a bulk recomp...due to a failed cut...lmfao!!! I will be posting before and afters for my upcoming Atomic Meltdown Log!! All thx to Christine!!!

I'm confused...you're doing this log while still running another log? Isn't that sort of like conducting a "study" on two automotive fuels...and dumping both in your car at the same time with the goal of determining which worked better?
