I knew today was going to be a special day.. had some of the best energy ive had in some time, all day the suspense of leg day was driving me INSANE!!!!
*Squats
*Leg Press (1 set...wasnt feelin it... I hate that mechanical feelin and lack of isolation!!)
*Front Squats(hit these bad boys hard...hard rate went insane,forearms were blasted)
*Stiff legged deadlifts( Usually 1 fave lift..but late dumbbell lunges have taken the top spot!!)
*(1 leg) leg Extension Isolation on this was HOT!
*Walking dumbbell lunges (2 times across whole gym...KILLER)
*Legs Curls (squeezed ultra hard at the top and held DAM talk about killing the hams!! I ended up stumbling after this)
Seated and standing calves raise machine supersetted with last 4 exercises... Gotta hit those calves hard!!
Took a nice hot shower at the gym.....Energy,endurance, mood, and EVERYTHING else was up today... One of my favorite workouts to date!!
Def and started to look bigger... ive been getting a few comments here and there..... Bulking is going well!!!:thumbsup:
I have an appointment with a Navy Recruiter tomorrow.. thinking of joining the Navy SEALS in a year or so....
