Classy and competition ready!

Shoulders was awesome today. We had a big class today so she put me with this guy and he told her he didn't want to use the weights i used he wanted to go up, well he did 2 sets and then went to the weights I was using..lol crushed his ego. Then he spent half the class telling me how strong I was;)

We started with delt rope pulls to the forehead at 70lb x 15 ss'd with rope pulls from the floor straight up to ear height at 60lbs for 15...4 sets

We went to dumbell full circle overhead extensions x 15 for 4 sets

Then we did dumbells where we took them straight out and down then back out in front of us ear height and back in..we supersetted these with 6 dumbell balanced push ups.

Then we did single arm dumbell extensions out in front
of us 10 per arm with 30 dumbell balance mountain climbers for 4 sets.

Then we did flyes 10 per arm straight into 6 overhead presses.

We did 15 walkouts to end it and a few other things before that...blah blah, sucks not being able to include all exercises and weights used.

I also did 20 min of cardio 15 incline with interval sprints up hill.


Then we did flyes
 
It was pretty funny..I looked at him and said hey now I'm as big as you are!!! He was sweating and telling me how strong I was..but I will say this, she upped my weights and with my shoulder tendonitis I was really hurting. But my desire to refuse to quit in front of him kept me at a higher weight pushing through the pain. Turns out I'm competitive, who knew.:)
 
Great work, and I will definitely be safe, I'll be moving me, my girlfriend, four rats and a kitten :D

Chest/Ab day

It finally was a decent day for me! I found some ephedra so i threw it in to see if I could still tolerate it, it went okay.

We started with 4 sets of 100 core board shakes in push up position supersetted with 30 crunches.

Then we did 15 cable crossovers at 35lbs x 15 with 6 coreboard wide push ups for 4 sets.

Then we did 15 dumbell presses with a twist at the top supersetted with 30 mountain climbers using the coreboard for 4 sets.

Then we did single arm presses 10 per arm supersetted with 6 pop push ups for 4 sets.

Then we did dumbell flyes heavy for 15 supersetted with 35lb dumbell pullovers for 15 reps, 4 total sets.

We did a bunch of bench work and 4 sets of 100 broomstick twists.

I also did 15 min of cardio. I found out that someone has a stationary bike at the new place we are going for business and they are going to leave it for me. So that means i will get all the cardio I want in!!!

Back day was fun, but tough.

We started out on reverse grip pulldowns at 80lbs x 15 for 4 sets

Then we did rows sitting straight up not moving and bringing it to our chest at 70lbs x 15 for 4 sets

Then we did rows where we reached in and pulled back toward chest to get the stretch for 15 reps 70lbs 4 sets.

We then did a weird dumbell dead in each hand straight up into a shrug for 4 sets 10 reps.

Then we did bent over single sided rows 2 times at 45lbs for 15 reps per arm, and two sets of 50lbs at 10 per arm.

Then we did single arm pronated cable rows for 15 per arm supersetted with 6 bar pull ups reverse grip wide stance feet straight out. We did these under the squat rack using the bar to pull up on . We did 4 sets.

Then we switched handles to the short bar and moved the pulley to the top backed up and did a stretch and pull the bar down between our legs with a straight arms. We were in a squat position doing these using 50lbs for 15 reps, 4 sets.

We did a few other things and then I did 20 min of cardio.
 
Nice Christine continuing to tear things up! Luckily i was able to rest...my back and legs thanked me today...It's my day off!
 
Arm day. I was late to class due to shipping things. So i got to stay after to finish. I came in to 4 sets of 15 dumbell curls . We did 35lb skullcrushers the reps consisted of an overhead extension back in and then straight up in a press. We did 4 sets of 15 of these. We did curls with a twist at the top and brought them back down slow, we did 10 of these with hammer presses.

We did tricep bar pushdowns supersetted with sissy bar curls. We did a bunch of stuff but i can't remember any of it:(

When I finished we did 15 min of cardio.
 
Oh and Natalie wants me to learn to ride a motorcycle with her. Now this is something I've always wanted to do but I'm scared to death. See I can't drive a stick shift so I'm worrried I won't be able to do it. But its something I've wanted very badly. I love the freedom and peace you find on one. It actually hurts me to hear one go by. I miss it that much.
 
Oh yeah I love the Harleys hands down. But I like Titans and Big Dogs also.

I enjoy a good sports bike but have no desire to own one.
 
I would love a good custom built chopper for me. Built to fit. I want to learn to ride and then use the bike to do photo shoots with. Bikes are no doubt sexy!
 
I made a deal with Christine and her trainer....I would let C take the course with her if she hurried with that contest diet.

At the end of the diet, they both had to do a picture shoot on bikes.

You ever notice that there's only really picture shoots on newer means of transportation? Bikes, Cars, Trucks, Planes, etc.

I am going to straight up hire some models and do photo shoots with Horses. Mr. Ed will never smile this much again...I don't care how many carrots you have in your pocket!
 
They do those kinds of photo soots in Tijuana....well, more like donkeys.

My wife(if that ever happens)will be the all you do is workout and spend our money on food and supplements and you wont let me buy ding dongs.I'm overweight cause of our 15 yr old son that you got me pregnant with cause you're so damn stupid.......type

:nono: I just went on a rant and was complaing how some women use their kids as an excuse for being overweight.Then you find out the kid is 4+yrs old.I believ you just read it wrong....That would be sweet though if my kid I had at 7 knocked up my non existant wife though!Then I'd know my past drug use finally caught up with me!

I'd buy one if I had the money and somewhere to go all out on.But Harleys are like diamonds that make beutifull music!I knew crader was a harley girl when she brought up the peace and freedom feeling.No one says that about sport bikes!
 
Seriously, I rubbed Atomic Meltdown all over her upper back today before we went tanning. Now she is dressed to kill for going out tonight in a backless top and her cuts are WICKED!!

LOL well she might be....dunno? I wasn't going to take any pics this week. Its that time of the month and I'm bloated as well as we got the new DCP in and I started taking it again. So i'm holding quite a bit of water.

What do you mean my first pic. That was Matt taking it at a bad time, lol. I actually don't get PMS, I'm not grouchy then, I really have never had mood swings from it.

Thats probably the plan!

I honestly don't think he cares.I see her get hit on every day and I don't think anyone has plans of taking it anywhere other then little remarks.Thats probably why she has such bad ass wo's!She's always in a good mood.It's healthy uplifting criticism!Now I have to go to they gym.....Someone want to let me know how hot I am before I go?
