Oh yeah Guru, for the past while and a half I've been doing workouts based loosely on the workout structure of the "Fiber damage, fiber saturation" protocol. I'm not sure if my gains have been much better, but I feel I get less sore. What is your take on this program? i know what program your talking abot,from ironman right?as to what i think i don't really know as i've never tried it.i would like to know your results however as it does sound promising.

i think that it's due to me not being upset that you say these things. i'm a grounded individual, and i like myself. that picture, that is me just taking a picture of myself, so people can see who's typing. that's the purpose of an avatar. that's how i look. i am fine with how i look.

you've gotten a straight answer from me because the words you typed were offensive. all has been good for me on this forum thus far, but this thread is making it feel just like what it is.... a forum. my jokes will not be present here any longer.

I must say, the guru has taken quite a bit of crap here, but he's kept on....definitely something to be said for that....next stop 20,000

what do you consider to be the best form of creatine? i don't like the ethyl ester, i tend to favour tri or di maltate? where do you stand on creatine james?

mystery, i remember when there was only just one kind of creatine, EAS brought it out first (correct me if i'm wrong) and boy did it cost $$$

also want the guru's feedback on the whole protein to bodyweight intake debacle, some say 2.2 grams for lb of bodyweight, some say more, some say less, i don't have a friggin clue!!!

some say no more than 30grams of protein in each meal, i'm lost, i never worry about it, enlighten us guru?

i going to put it to you this way.let's say you were buying test and you had two options.one,buy test sp. at 5 dollars a vial.two buy test E at 15 dollars a vial.not only are you getting a 2-fold increase in the price on option two,your also getting LESS test because the ester takeing up part of the solution!CREATINE MONOHYDRATE is test sp. in this example.unless your cutting stick to mono unless your buyinga product that has some other form of ceatine.

He is trying to do a supplemental cost comparison.

Test Suspension = Creatine Mono
Test Enanthate = Designer Creatines

This theory is flawed. He isnt taking in account half lives, injection intervals. And the end result of price per gram.

1 vial of Test Susp (10mls) = 1 Gram of Test. Dosed twice per day due to half life. And Test suspension is never over 100mgs/ml

1 vial of Test E (10mls) = 2.5 Grams of Test E. 10mls x 250mgs = 2.5 grams. Dosed twice per week to keep hormone levels constant. With a half life of 14 days.

Then creatine doesnt = creatine. Designers have advanced delivery. Such as attatched to magnesium for delivery into muscle cells.

Blah, dont listen to the guru on this one.
