i'm only on the steroids my body naturally makes!
still i do belive non-estrogenic steroids like anavar or PERHAPS a very light dose of tren would be ok.by ok i just mean wouldn't close plates.actually some non-estrogenic steroids givein during pub. growth has been shown to ehance height.

Guru why are you still bulking bro? You've got some def. bodyfat going on.. why not drop some and start a lean bulk later on? It'd be healthier that way for sure.

why so set on getting to to 220??? Imo, if you're overweight then all that is is a number, doesn't mean anything else.. I'd rather see/be a lean muscular 180 than a fat 220 anyday.

1.What non-hormonal supplements would you recommend to accompany something similar to the radical diet/v-diet (simply a vlcd) in order to keep muscle loss to a minimum?

2.I have also been debating what would be the ideal calorie range for something of this nature? (let us assume 216 for this example)

3.If you don't mind, a lifting routine that would compliment the supplements you tell about would be much appreciated.

by v-diet i guess you mean ketogenic/low carb?are you cuttting?i belive you are so here goes.X-factor(which will help you perserve muscle)dave plumbo's lipolyse(help's you to burn fat and is non-sim based.)and perhaps some creatine ester to keep your muscles full.don't worry about calories.just SLOWLY increase cardio untill you start leaning out.
 
as for a lifting regament HIT would probably be best.1 set per exrcise,2 exrcise per bodypart,2-3 times weekly.stick to major excises like deads,squat,ect.DO NOT INCREASE VOL. OF WORKOUTS!!!!!!

1. You probably want to load up on bulk EAAs and get enough protein to keep a positive nitrogen balance.

The velocity diet looks ridiculous and a short-term fix, not a long-term solution. Keep the carbs low and stick to certain ratios.


2. If you are higher than 12-13% BF you probably want to stick to higher volume training to help burn extra calories and put in mild cardio.

Once you get to 12% or low, lift heavy/less volume, and add in more cardio.

hey guru, help me get jacked! here's my first question. i'll ask more as i think of them over the days.

I think actually that one would lean towards BCAA as far amino acids go. I also agree with you about the bodyfat % you threw out there. As far as being ridiculous and short term I would have to say that it is an individual basis deal.

Much appreciated Reaper but I would really like the Guru to tell me what he thinks is best.

Guru if you could also let me know if you would lean towards a PSMF, Velocity Diet, or the radical diet that would be sweet. also if you haven't read it there is an article at MM that is a similar approach but with tuna. Psychologically what do you think someone such as your self could handle
