DAY 12 Back,bi's,fortearms,and calves(forearms are in previous days with calves too,just forgot to mention them)
Well guys,the doubt has been laid to rest.When I did rack deads with 225,I did ten.It was a warmup,but I was thinking I don't think I will be able to get more than last time.I was disapointed and let down at this point.I kept telling myself I could beat last weeks lifts,but didn't believe it.I was kind of bummed that I would have to come back and say no increase.Before my lift,I told myself this is for my boys at AM,Hate,bass,and thunder and went at it(everyone else too,they just came to mind for certain exact reasons).Remember last time i got 6 at 365 for rack deads from the knees.Today I got 14 at 365 and 6 at 405!So a 40lb increase since last week!Thats quite an increase.I could tell my strength was up on other lifts too,but can't tell you how much.I could just tell I was using more weight or getting more reps than usual.It felt great!I was still focusing on the feeling in the muscles and making sure to get a great contraction as opposed to seeing how much I could lift.Strength is just up and thats all their is to it!
