pantera is Far beyond driven!!!

You getting any back pumps?

I just realised I forgot to answer this hate.No I haven't.My main problem is cramps in the tear drops after leg day.I haven't had those,but they tried to both times.I forgot my taurine before last leg wo,and they were alittle more pronounced that time but never actually cramped.I took the taurine when I got home from the gym.Iwas wondering if I was starting to get some back pumps yesterday during work,but they obvisouly weren't severe or anything.I only take taurine on leg and back day too.

Thanks man!I probably will.This way if I don't see anything i'll know for the future to do two weeks only.If I stop now at two i'll never know.Today is back,bi's,and calves.I'll update when I get back.It'll be later cause I have to go to my dads and clean up our truck and get it ready to sale.The only weight and reps I have remembered from this whole cycle are from rack deads,14 at 315,and two sets of 6 at 365 for the last three.Hopefully i'll get an extra two or so reps on the 365.That will help to determine any progress.
 
One more thing thats positive is that my chest is nowhere near as sore as I feel it should be today.I did about five work sets of inc bb bench,3-4 of the palmed plate presses,and finished off with seven sets of inc db flyes.They're sore,but not much.I did a few flat bench and dec bench,and that area is hardly sore as well.So thats a positive in that m-drol is doing its thing.
 
That's a lot of volume bro d@mn!! I usually keep it around 3 exercises for 4 sets each for chest but I train heavy as Hell:smite:..If your recovering that fast though fcuk it!!
 
Sounds like we might have a clue to your problem here Pantera. Maybe too much volume? You do like twice the number of work sets for chest than I do, and I'm a pretty big boy. I like Dorian Yates' methods. I like to pour my heart into 2 brutal work sets of about 5 different exercises for chest. 10 real hard work sets, after light warm-up sets of course. Get in, get it done, go home and rest and grow!! This might help you my friend! THE THUNDERGOD:hammer:
 
Amen! Tons of volume only works sometimes :) even GVT with 10x10 doesn't have you doing a ton of exercises.

DAY 12 Back,bi's,fortearms,and calves(forearms are in previous days with calves too,just forgot to mention them)

Well guys,the doubt has been laid to rest.When I did rack deads with 225,I did ten.It was a warmup,but I was thinking I don't think I will be able to get more than last time.I was disapointed and let down at this point.I kept telling myself I could beat last weeks lifts,but didn't believe it.I was kind of bummed that I would have to come back and say no increase.Before my lift,I told myself this is for my boys at AM,Hate,bass,and thunder and went at it(everyone else too,they just came to mind for certain exact reasons).Remember last time i got 6 at 365 for rack deads from the knees.Today I got 14 at 365 and 6 at 405!So a 40lb increase since last week!Thats quite an increase.I could tell my strength was up on other lifts too,but can't tell you how much.I could just tell I was using more weight or getting more reps than usual.It felt great!I was still focusing on the feeling in the muscles and making sure to get a great contraction as opposed to seeing how much I could lift.Strength is just up and thats all their is to it!

Yeah I have done less before when I was scared about over training.Then I read a couple articles talking about people being so scared of over traing yet not even getting somewhat close.Then things like how the body is incredibly resiliant and will adapt to almost any thing.Also how high volume is great while on and whatnot.I'll do much less during pct.Short and sweet with basic heavy lifts prob 6-8 reps.I do way less with full body wo's 3x's a week.I do a little more but still much less than now with a upper lower split hitting each twice a week.Thats my favorite out of the two,the upper lower.It allows me to hit legs much more thoroughly(spell check)I believe you just have to eat to aquire to what it is you're doing.I upped my two a day shakes too.Together they were about 2230cals,246carbs,and 150 protien.Now I put more of everything except whey protien in both.I haven't figured what the cals and stuff are now.I see one big guy with a great chest who is natural.He used one designer and didn't like it.I talk to him when I see him.Not just the small talk,but real conversations.He told me one day how he'd much rather come across the real thing then use "the pills"as he calls them.So I completely believe he's natural.Any ways,he makes that chest wo look like a walk in the park.

Well i'm trying to stay at 10-12,but doing 6-12.I have done more than 12,but I don't think les than 6.I have been concentrating on feeling the muscles and getting great pumps and contractions.So going too heavy for 6 hasn't been a problem.With what i'm doing I feel fine recovery wise.Like I said,I am shocked i'm not much more sore than i am today.It will prob be completely gone in 3-4 days.I mean completely where even poking doesn't hurt.

You couldn't get me to not do the third week!Thanks for the word's of encouragement earlier!It brought me bak to earth so to speak and lit that fire again.Thats why you were one of the mentioned names in my tribute.

I was listening to myself waiting for any warning signs but didn't hear any.I have realy got the form down on rack deads now.I used to feel a little pain in my lower back.It actually got real bad after using straps for the first month or so.It just kept progressing untill it was a problem out of the gym.I felt no discomfort today though.Just felt like a pumped GOD!!!
 
Man awesome progress with 10mg this log's great for some younger people & newbs who think they gotta take the max dose & end up with liver cancer years later. Good work I wish I had more time lately to keep up but work's killin me. I'm more pumped than ever to start mine now though just gotta wait till I got more dedication time. How you feel overall in terms of sides now?

Thank you!That was the whole point of doing this log,to shed some light.I seen others do good with 10/10/10,so why not.I was disapointed this morning when I though it was done.Like I let others down.I was thinking it's still not bad though gain wise.But anyways,I would def wait till you have more time.I'm lucky enough to be able to literally stop working and eat every two hours.I feel no different either way.Libido doesn't seem to be out of the ordinary either way,nor does lethargy.I think i have been getting minor back pumps starting yesterday at work.I mean minor though.I'm not even sure thats what they are,but I think it is.I'll prob take taurine every day from now on.I was just taking it on leg and back day.Today while I was cleaning the back of my truck,I was feeling pressure in my lower back.Like one of those headaches that don't realy hurt,but you still feel them.So i'm excited.A $20 bottle of m drol will last a while at 21 pill cycles.I love it!!!I imagine if I went to 20 the back pumps would be worse,if thats what they are,and my tear drops would probably full out cramp cause they start to now after leg day,but never follow through.
 
Indeed. I absolutely loved it. I've run longer SD cycles stacked with 11OXO and Epi Pulses. A 3 week @ 10mg is by far the most cost effective (in both terms of money and sides) and the gains were just a tad shy of what I gain from my 4 weeker of 10/10/20/20 with 11OXO.

It's not wroth the risk (for me personally) to do a longer, heavier cycle when the mini ones are just as badass. WOOOOO!!! :clean:

I've seen so many logs of Super where people gain then the gains stop for a couple days then bam! - more. I'm thinking like I said in Bass's log - that the 1st initial gains from S-Drol may be from the insane way it utilizes and stores the extra carbs and maybe why this is why some gain immediately & some don't as some may not have their carbs high enough for this. Then after 10 or so days the rest is the muscle gain.

Thats exactly what I've been saying too.That it's probably all glycogen.I eat lots of carbs cause of my high metabolism and physical job.

The scale says i'm at my record weight of 180 this morning!It was down from 179 to 178 yesterday morning.Last time I was 180 I had more fat and less muscle.I got carried away where more is better and was always trying to get to the next 5.As soon as i got close I would already be shooting for the next five after that.I was eating 2-3 hr's with 2-4 of those meals being fast food combos.It made me gain,but it was the wrong weight.

But now being older & constantly hovering anround 220 it's the opposite - I gain easily but have a harder time losing and man I'd trade back for anything! I suspect you haven't had any temptation whatsoever to bump the dose either?

Theirs a big dude at my gym that trained to compete,that brags about what weight he has been down to before.It always trips me out to hear it.When I was wondering if gains had quit that was one option to up it.Then I said fvck it,either continue or stop.I started gaining the second day I believe.so I was fine with 10.Like you and I believe though,it was probably glycogen.But glycogen is all part of muscle too,so......But no,I've seen guys with more weight than me gain from 10.

Yes it is!The sides I have gotten don't even deserve to be called sides.I love it!!!Their will be some all out head turning training this next week!!!
 
DAY 13 shoulders

It seemed strength was up today too.Last week I used db's for presses.Today I used a bb,so it's obvisouly hard to tell,but it felt like it.I have a good appetite today for sure.Sometimes I get too much food to take back to work so I don't have to eat my cold meat and oatmeal for my next meal.Today at lunch,my dad said you taking that back for later?.......I was not.It was for then and it was good!Then when I was eating some cold meat and oatmeal,I had to stop myself to get back to work,usually I eat as much as I can choke down.
Then as I'm working,the customer is grilling some food and it smelt so good.Then he comes over and ask if I want him to make me a big plate to take home!Your damn straight I accepted!It was good too.He's a mexican and it was juicy chicken,corn,rice,and beans.Some are so nice and delightfull to be around.Others wont offer you to use their bathroom if needed,or even water on a humid 110 degree day!I'm dead serious too!
 
Enjoying this man, im doing the 10 mg too, but with dbol at 10mg, im on day 12, have a 10lb increse and no sides like you.
Keep it up man its great your using the lower dosage, and your still tearing it up, Destroy those muscles now in the last week, make the Mdrol really work bro.. all the best, Russian.

This mornings weight was just under 182.So I have hit my ten lb goal and I should pass it.I had that energizer bunny feeling in the gym during sets today.Where you get to a point and know in your head you're almost,or even should be done,but you keep going.Like you start to wear out but the designer fights the fatigue as long as it can.I had to pause my last two sets of inc curls for a second at rep 8 cause of the pain.Then go right back to it and end up with like 15 total.I highly suggest inc curls with a lighter weight than normal while focusing on an intense contraction.That sh!t hurts and gives a great pump.So obvisouly I hit more reps than normal today.I should notice this for the rest of the cycle i'm sure.I have had four compliments/comments so far.I like this cycle!

Are you still running taking m-tst before every workout? I haven't heard you make any mention of it lately. Great job on the weight gain, its awesome to see how effective only 10 mg can be. I'm really glad you did this cycle/log.
 
Yes i'm still using the tst.I have not had any problems with it as far as acne or anything.Most every wo has been a good one,but i've been excited about growing too.
 
This morning my weight was at 180.I was like well thats sucks considering it was almost 182 yesterday.Their goes that fluctuation.Anyways,I figured i'd measure my arms and they Are an even 15.They have been staying at 14 7/8.

Thats how it ways happens to me. One day I am 2 pounds up then the next day i am the 2 pounds below then the day after I am up 4 pounds. So who knows where you will end up.

Yes,I weigh myself first thing in the morning after taking a sh!t,and before drinking my morning shake.Just a little water with a prilosec pill is all I have before.

I'm not bummed about it.My arms have been staying at 14 7/8,and I measured them at 15 this morning.I'll check tomorrow morning also to see if it sticks........It better.I know most would love a 2 pound loss and an 1/8" muscle gain.I could use that a couple more times.(I'm sure it's just natural fluctuation,just saying)
 
I think I might be getting mild back pumps regularly now.Nothing while working out.Mainly while working my back just has a mild pressure feeling.Just enough to notice it.I was trying to avoid bending down,and my dad kept putting things on the ground. :rasp:
