I hope there is lots of seafood in it :) actually the mixed proteins is where its really at, some chicken, some red meats, some seafood. really gives your body more of the nutrient mix

I just pick'd up 2lbs of shrimp and finally decided to try your coconut shrimp recipe....pretty darn good.

It's been my only decnet meal in 4days :sad:

Morning! lol I have been up since about 8am. Its 10am now. I'm thinking about the gym today, its an off day for me but I might do some cardio and a light workout.
 
Have a break... 8 am aint too bad, im just going to climb a tree.
 
Its good exercise, stregthens ones arms and legs, and stretches the spine. I recommend it to start any day
 
Thatns nice for you , but im sure fasted is not the word to use here? Isnt that when you stop eating?

Hit the gym today and did 35 min on the Nautilis treadclimber. I did some abs and a bit of chest and back. I was mainly there to tan and get some cardio in.
 
I have a date with the cardio machine tomorrow morning. Its time to crack down summer is here and my abs are nowhere near! :lol:
 
Today was an awesome leg day for me. I did 3 things different so I'm not sure which one worked for me. I made it to the end of the workout with very little nausea and ony mild blood pressure issues.

I took my Neo about a half hour before the gym. My workout wasn't very cardio intensive and I warmed up my legs doing cardio on the stationary bike for 15 min.

We started out with squats on the balance core board. We used barbells below parallel. We did 4 sets of these to warm up. We did stationary lunges holding the barbells with one leg on the core board to the ground. We did 10 per side and then did 80lb leg curls as a superset for 4 sets.

Then we did single legged squats ass to ankle and supersetted them with leg extensions at 60lbs x 10 for 4 sets.

Then we did 1/4 lunges with a barbell and did 20 pop squats.

We did some other things and finished with 4 sets of calves.

It was a good workout I feel great right now!
 
Oh I almost forgot we did stiff legged deads as well on the core board...lol How did I forget these.?

My lower back has been hurting and for some reason these helped for the time I was doing them . They were part of a superset with the extensions. Twas nice!!
 
Awesome! I've always found that strengthening my back has made backaches way less frequent.

Yeah I have scoliosis so I have to keep up on the core and back work or my back gets really bad. But every now and then it acts up despite the training.

Shoulder day, Lol I procrastinated this year and spent most of the day at the tax office. So by now i don't remember shoulders..lol

I remember the burn. Oh she also challenged me to do my 4 sets of push ups the way she does them. I had to balance on 2, 20lb dumbells and put one of my feet on top of the heel of my other and balance doing them one legged. I had to do 40 of them in sets of 10 supersetted with arnold presses.

Now I thought for sure that the dumbells would roll and dump me on my face;) But I was able to do the easily!!!

I also did 20 min of cardio and she said the diet starts Monday.

We also did ab crunches with our legs up and ankles crossed for 2 sets of 50.

We did plate drags
We also did leg shaping a bit with shoulders.

Started out with bench presses we did a warm up set of 45lbs x 15, 65x10, 85x10, 85 x 10

Did incline flyes with barbellx 6 then did 10 dumbell presses per arm for 4 sets we also did 30 stationary lunges with these for 4 times.

Went to another press variation x 15 and then did 30 jumping jack lunges, which promptly gave me a massive headache. We did 4 sets.

Went to the cable machine and she dropped the pulleys on both sides to the floor and we did cable flyes pulling up to our chest for 6 reps and went straight to do push ups with our feet on a bench for 6 reps. We did 4 sets

Hit the plate drags for 3 sets. Then we did the incline press machine for 15 reps x 4 sets.

Did a few other things and missed cardio:(

I added NoXidant in today. We got a few bottles mailed here so I started today to try to get my body kicked back into a healthy state:)
 
I just ran out of time. I might do some mountain climbers or jumping jacks or something like that before bed.
 
Ok I took one of my Mastiffs for a jog around the block to get a little exercise. I jogged part of the way and walked the other. If you get to much momentum going he can drag me over;) Then I went around the block again the same way, diff dog!

So while I really can't count that as cardio, it was better than nothing.
 
They are around 180lbs a piece right now and they need to pick up weight. Their dad was 280lb so I expect them to grow still. I love my pups! Both are brindles. But they are to protective:(

jumping jacks are (IMHO) the most underrated cardio exercise there is. Very effective and capable of being done in your living room while watching The Simpson's. Only downside is you feel like a (Jumping) Jackass when you do them, and there runs the risk of something(s) uncomfortably flopping/bouncing when doing them.
 
They are adorable:) I feel no fear from others out on my walks. In fact the neighbor said she saw someone in my yard and thought there might be trouble , so i took Malakai out to scan the neighborhood before bed. Between him and the stun gun I knew I would be fine:)

I love big dogs and since they are bid they are lazy;) They don't eat that much either..lol

Maybe next time I take pics I'll have one of the boys in it. Kai is a black brindle and Jack is an average red brindle.
 
Back day, she worked me really heavy on everything but I excelled on it all. It was a pretty good day. The focus seemed to be on delts which I could use.

I believe I will walk the dogs today for cardio and maybe bike ride in the am. I was tired today. For some reason I'm waking up a few times a night. After I took my RPM & Neo i felt better and got some work done:)

We did reverse grip pulldowns, lat pulldowns lower back work, pop squats , low rows, cable rows, some standing thing and we layed on the floor with legs straight out under the deadlift bar and did reverse grip pull ups on it.
 
Awesome workout! I'm sore just reading about it! Oh wait... I did back yesterday... I should be sore.. LOL :D
