Hear you on that, use to be the culprit of my failure (oh I'm in good enough shape, just starting bulking again..) Then I finally said F that do it. I also find that a log, a quality product, listening to music when I feel like cheating, and my girlfriend (well at least in the past, now its just pictures of hot women to remind me of the beach that don't ***** about not going out to dinner enough lol) keep me on track 100%.

With this log you wont say F it. Just think of posting up before/after shots as well.

Also any updates for today? You scarring anybody at the gym yet when you accidentally knocked over the squat rack (while some guy was doing bar curls) trying to get to the water fountain?

Alt curls: 35x12,35x12,45x8<-- Went all the way down to 20s on these repping to get as much as i could after the 45's,
Tricep Pushdowns: 95x15,110x12,120x10
Single Arm reverse grip pushdowns:20x15,25x10,25x10
Ez Bar curls:50x12,70x10,50x10 Those are not counting the bar
Tricep Kickbacks:20x12,25x10,25x10

Traps: Shrugs180x12,230x10,230x8


Also as far as diet goes since you guys have a grasp of how i eat and what and its not changing i wont note it anymore. Just know i am dialed in to the max and my diets not gonna change much.

Felt great today mood wise, sweating is definately up while training. Pumps and mind muscle connection is great as well. This is the 3rd day in a row ive gotten compliments im looking bigger, and some people go as far as to flex themselves n then point at me. lol There was the most beautiful women i saw in the gym today and ive seen her a couple times this week and shes just amazing. She drives a BMW and she works out, oh yea and shes fin smokin, what more could i want? Oh yea! Thats right! A chance with her! :lol: If shes not careful i might have to use 3-ad to my advantage and take 6 before i workout and run off with her! :twisted::twisted:

Ok guys i worked out back and chest tonight. A more mild routine then my all out days but it felt amazing. I was in such a good mood and i was supersetting everything. Strength was up and i hit some PRs as well. Ill post up all of the numbers tomorrow i have somewhere to be tonight. Sweat was up n everything. Aggression was definately up and the mind muscle connection and pump was amazing. I was looking hyooooggee..

You can cut the anticipation with a knife! Will the logs be completed before the release or will it occur during the logs? Either way it will be mine. Oh yes, it will be mine.

And the PRs begin. Are these considerably higher than your previous PRs (i mean do you think it is more placebo pushing you higher or are the numbers truly indicative of 3-ad giving you the edge?) 5 days is awesome to see some results like that though (namely with the cal deficit as well.)

More than normal sweating during workout is something Ive seen a lot.
 
Most of them are 3 or so reps here 3 or so reps there. But i do feel stronger and even when im at rest i can contract my muscles tighter then when i was on 3ad so this has to mean something. Now the jumps arent crazy but ive never seen crazy jumps as i dont train for just strength. So any Page Ranking for me makes me excited. Also after blasting back n chest im not sore whatsoever. Another thing to note is that even in the cal deficit i still always gain strength. I have kept cals low this year but everything i have gained has been pretty much pure LBM as i havnt really gone up or down in wieght. I havnt weighed myself yet ill do that monday but i can definately feel 3ad giving me the edge!

Most definately 3ad should have a PCT. The recommended PCT is Adavanced pct.

Today is an off day as was yesterday. I cant wait to get back in the gym tomorrow and tear my back to shreds!!!! I swear girls must smell the 3ad in my blood. In the name of Trippdizzle UUGGHHH!!!! :lol:... Im in like Flyynn with these hookers! Now onto the BMW chick! Just gotta get her to sniff the amazing that is me and ill be set!! :cheers:

Now before anyone gets crazy and thinks im full of **** this is NOT, i repeat NOT, because its giving me crazy gains, huge muscles, burning fat better then anything, because its not...yet. :lol:.. BUT what it is doing is giving me an amazing mood boost i havnt gotten from ANYTHING else. Not epi, not phera, none of the feelgood supps. And honestly that for me, especially with some things ive been going thru and i havnt wanted to train, this has put the edge back on me x2 and the strength and muscle gains to me are just a plus! Rock on AX im lovin it!

Today was an off day. The ability to put away more food is nice. Today was my carbup day as well. Tomorrow is back and i will kill it. I have another lift on a machine i plan on incorporating tomorrow! :clean:

So far no sides really. A little bit of bacne but nothin crazy, not really oily and nothin else to really report. Libido is up higher then usual as well! I cant wait to kill it tomorrow!

hahaha im gonna kill back again this friday with a training partner (I normally train alone) this past Friday I annihilated back and tris and set a few pr's for myself the intensity was insane to say the least!!

yea but we dont screw around not to mention are routine is the same and were in sync, i do more weight so he goes first then i add the weight... it really does work out with someone who knows what they are doing and sets the pace!

It really is something great when you have a partner thats on par with you, its that much more motivation to push it to the next level and make sure your workouts are intense and productive as possible.

Todays diet has been nailed. I step on the scale tonight as well.

Its back and im gonna shred it up!

I have had a slight headache the passed 2 days, im upping my water intake to see if that will help. Anyways im off to the gym ill report back soon!
 
Blech I feel for you with the headaches. I get migraines and they suck. Oddly a Muscle Milk RTD helps.

The headache really hurt my strength, it was just pounding but i did crank out most of my sets. Sweat was up and pump was still pretty decent. Mood was horrible because of the headache. Im thinkin it may be from the lower carbs im not sure.

Weight: 201
Now remember when i started i was 203 BUT i was holding water. After a week of a perfect diet im still at 201. So a def recomp is going on and i can see it.

Diets been perfect today as usual! I may go the route C is going and hire myself a professional personal trainer and dietician, i have one in mind, well see though.
