I try to keep the timing of my incontinence to where Im at a big event or highly populated public area for the best shock effect possible but near enough to a clean up area so I dont get good ol' rashy you saw there.

Incline DB press 120 X 5; following week flat DB 120 X 7; this week incline 120 X 7.

BW > 240, hitting PR's every workout. Running test and FOOD. The latter is by far the best thing I've ever used for strength. I could stand to lose a few though.......I'll see if I can get a pic up.

cool, how about the knee?
I've seen ortho, and they said that the tear is so minor that it doesn't need surgery, just rest and rehab. And that the pain (discomfort) is from femur patella syndrome (or something like that :think: ). Its alright. Not great. Still not squatting or running.......
