Day 20:Quads
Annihilated Quads and had a variation of heavy weight high reps to moderate weight high reps, and finally burned the hell outta my quads on the leg extensions!! i will note recovery has been pretty impressive!! Oh and there has been absolutely ZERO BLOAT!!
 
Day 21:Triceps + Back

I cant seem to reiterate enough the recovery time on this product is great(I'm not sore at all from quad workout), todays tri/back started slow but ended in a pretty intense fashion, the tri pump was simply... KILLER!!

Day 22: Chest + Bi's

First of all i decided to do a little experimenting with the dosage so I bumped the rag up to 2 scoops(filled to the line not top), and with that I added 6 grams beta alanine....

Talk about great pumps! This workout proved to be monumental, and although I plan on dosing at 1 scoop for the remainder I think when I want that little bit of extra in my workout 2 scoops will definitely suffice! The energy was also steady (didn't notice a crash at all) the energy was def steady throughout. Nicely done MST!!

Yea I've finally been getting the sleep I need (9 hours) lately I'm about to hit delts and traps i think i may do 2 scoops again!
 
Day 23: Delts + Traps

Ok,ok so i succumbed to 2 scoops of Rag I couldn't help myself ever since I began working my delts and actually saw results i couldn't stop (this is def my new favorite day), not to mention shrugs which for some odd reason i LOVE! Anyhow this workout was great not only did the focus and intensity sky rocket, but the endurance was off the chain as well! Once again refraining from reiteration in this log simply isnt possible!! I love the no bloat creatine, the pumps/endurance/focus are simply described in 2 words... TOP NOTCH!!
 
Looking good box! Your training sessions have been solid for sure. 2 scoops never hurts performance either :D

I have to say that training shoulders is my absolute favorite. There is something to be said about a mad shoulder workout followed by growth!

I'm glad to see things going so well! Keep up the great work!
 
Day 24: Quads

In all honesty this workout was simply average, although recovery was great and nothing was sore, I guess I just didn't feel like working quads simply put...
 
Day 25: Triceps + Back

The tri pump was simply killer, def great focus and good sweat! Def feel stronger, today was an all around GREAT workout!
 
i can't stand shoulder workouts anymore. my days definitely go in this order from favorite to least: legs, back, chest, arms, shoulders. my shoulder workouts are so repetitive every time. there's only a handful of things you can do for them and i'm getting tired of everything, but the trap training is always fun! :D

at any rate, solid looking workouts. you do back with tri's? that's an odd combination, but interesting. how's that working out for you?

Yea man you start off with back (deadlifts, rowes, ect,) and transition into tris it really makes for an excellent workout. Because you all ready your heart rate up and your sweating so your body is nice and warmed up!!

What i've found that combats that is starting to throw some things into alternating reps. like I do front raises alternated with lateral extensions. not supersetted, but 1 rep of each then repeat. helps some. even just switching arnold presses to alternate arms instead of both at once throws a decent changeup into it
 
Day 27: Chest + Biceps + Calves

One of the best workout ive ever had! Energy, focus, intensity... It was all there! Not much more to say and the recovery has been amazing with just a slight tension the next morning (in the muscles worked). Used 2 scoops
 
Day 28:delts+traps

Intense workout, although intially judging from last night's workout I might have hampered my performance today but all went very WELL! Was feeling pretty tired but I used 2 scoops and added some extra beta alanine and i was good to go!!
 
Day 29: After today it appears I only have 1 scoop left(this is whee the heavy prozac use comes into play to treat the depression that shall occur) Anyhow I ended up sleeping something like 12hours and was feeling kinda groggy I threw in 1 scoop rag and some beta alanine, and man I was ready to GO!! The front squats were KILLER!!! Anyhow this was def one of my best quad workouts I've had in a while!! I have to say i really didn't realize how well this product has been working until I woke up in the groggy state that I did this afternoon! Anyhow Im gonna miss the RAG!!! Tomorrow is an off day...

I really like the simple but direct effect in this log...i can't do it though i ramble too much lol...don't miss the rag too much just buy some more :rofl:

Unfortunately I have to wait for the new updated flavors to come out and im gonna buy 2 tubs of blue raz dam the new stuff rocks!! im gonna sip on it throughout the day!!

haha sounds like a plan...i still got this crushin punch sample i needa try(i haven't yet bc i know it will work so i might give it to a friend to convince him to get some..) and every1 is raving about this raz...i loved melon so i will have to give it a shot

to be honest im not satisfied with the crushing punch flavor but i couldn't care about flavoring because its only 2 gulps and the best all around pre WO supp imo!
