at any rate, solid looking workouts. you do back with tri's? that's an odd combination, but interesting. how's that working out for you?
i can't stand shoulder workouts anymore. my days definitely go in this order from favorite to least: legs, back, chest, arms, shoulders. my shoulder workouts are so repetitive every time. there's only a handful of things you can do for them and i'm getting tired of everything, but the trap training is always fun!![]()

Intense workout I though yesterday might have hampered my performance today but all went very WELL! Was feeling pretty tired but I used 2 scoops and added some extra beta alanine and i was good to go!!
I really like the simple but direct effect in this log...i can't do it though i ramble too much lol...don't miss the rag too much just buy some more :rofl:
Unfortunately I have to wait for the new updated flavors to come out and im gonna buy 2 tubs of blue raz dam the new stuff rocks!! im gonna sip on it throughout the day!!
haha sounds like a plan...i still got this crushin punch sample i needa try(i haven't yet bc i know it will work so i might give it to a friend to convince him to get some..) and every1 is raving about this raz...i loved melon so i will have to give it a shot
