I had meant picking up chess, yo-yo tech ****, Krav Maga, MCMAT, BJJ, jump rope, trampoline acrobatics, sling shot mischief... etc etc.

Actually slept a good amount last night for the first time in weeks...

Flat Bench: 245 X 7 +1 (help)
Incline Bench: 225 X 7 + 1
Incline DB press: 100 X 6
Incline Bench: 185 X 10

DB hammer curls, 1 arm at a time, pretty strict: 60 X 6; 50 X 8

Machine Flyes: Rack X 6

Hammer Strength Flat press: 2 plates each side X 6

CG Bench: 175X3 ds 135 X 3

Still looking pretty :bb2:

Moving into my own apt. on Wednesday. :dance: Should be the end to 90% of my troubles....

Incline BB 225 X 7 + 1(spot); 205X4
Flat DB 85X10

Flat Flye: 25X12
Machine flye: 150 X 12

Broke up with my gf, looks like for good this time. Feeling like :sad: about it when I should probably be feeling like :clap2:. Don't wanna disclose too many details, but it just wasn't a good situation for either one of us anymore. It sucks how these things play out...

Thanks crader. This is very hard for me. I felt more for this girl in a short period of time than any other that has ever been in my life. Put a lot of time, effort, emotion into it and it turned to ****. I'll be alright, but I'm not feeling the greatest right now.
 
Its never easy when you are in the moment. But it sounds like you did the right thing. Hang in there, you will find the right one.

Whatever it takes to get the wheels back in motion. The mental part is always the hardest, next just CNS in general. I think the muscle strenght is the easy part

Incline DB: 100 X 8; 100 X 8 (repeating 8's with these is very very good for me)

Got a doctor's appt. scheduled, so my knee will get looked at sooner or later. Also started on some Wellbutrin. Tired of feeling like :sad:. Its gotten pretty bad...but today feels like the first day of the rest of my life.....or some gay **** like that anyway. Oh yeah, me and my girl are back together :dance:

Glad to hear you are happier, it sucks to feel down all the time. Really interferes with wanting to go work out also. Good luck with the GF!
 
:dl: 455 for 5. The collars were loose on the bar, and the weights kept pushing out with each rep. Oh well. Recent PR was 7, but I was 15-20lbs heavier and on a fvckton of gear.

:squat: Really wanted just to get a light set in, to feel out my knee and cause I haven't done them in a long ass time. 225X8 very slow, deliberate tempo, deep.

2 sets of leg extensions. 1 set leg curls.

:blink: haven't trained legs in ages....


Some DB side laterals. Haven't done these in ages too. I lay on my side on an incline bench and do them. I think I was up to either 55s or 60s for 10 reps on my last cycle. 40 felt real heavy yesterday....though it was after some pretty taxing lifts. 4 sets all together.

Joined a new gym! :woohoo:

DBs up to 150. Not that I can do anything but deadlift them, but at least they're there.

Worked out back and a little bit of chest:

Medium grip overhand pullups X 12
Medium grip parallel pullups X 8
Few sets of cable rows, pulldowns, cable pullovers.

Incline BB press: 225 X 9 + 1 (spot); 185 X12

DB side laterals: 20 X 12

I'm pretty sure you and I, and a vast majority of Snuggle Club are keeping it natty these days PI. In our last quarter meeting, we felt that we should represent a clean, healthy side of training on the boards.. You were MIA for that meeting but by coincidence chose that path already. ;)

Gotta take a break from lifting heavy. Got a bad knee and wrist that seem to be getting worse, and some weird stabbing pain in my left forearm (in the muscle). :blink:
