Interesting workout. Drank an Endurorush for the first time...:run:
Incline BB: 255 X 5 +1 w/ mucho help from spotter
Incline DB: 100 X 10 (was happy w/ this one for 2nd set)
Incline BB: 225 X 6 + 1 w/ ZERO strength on the attempted 7th, don't even know why I tried it. :blink:
Flat BB: 100 X 4
At this point I was toast.....
Prob did 2 more sets of DB presses, 1 set machine flyes, 1 set DB flyes, 2 sets of DB front lateral raises.....probably some other weaksauce BS too.
It was weird, I didn't want to leave the gym, I just wanted to keep pushing and pushing, but after like the 3rd or 4th set my strength was that of a pre pubescent girl. :bruce3:
I'm in a really weird mood right now.:fool2: I took 60mcg clen w/ a bit of caffeine powder, a reset AD, 5 IGF-2s, 3 sfRPM betas, and some torem first thing in the morning....Then pre workout 5 more IGF-2s, 2 more sfRPM betas, another Reset AD, and a BSN Endurorush....:blink::blink::blink::blink:
