Deadlift/Abs

I'm like 3.5 weeks+ post cycle now. Been putting off deadlifting, cause I just don't feel ferocious anymore. :bruce3: So it's probably been like 4 weeks since my last heavy pull day. Got 495 for 4 that time.

Yesterday::dl: 495 for 2, 455 for 4, 405 for 8. :dl:

I'm pretty impressed with my showing, considering everything...3.5 weeks off cycle, not eating or sleeping enough, stressed the fcuk out constantly, BW down to about 220:sad:, etc. Plus I forgot my damn CD player, so no SOAD.

Did 2 sets of abs after that, felt like I was gonna puke maybe and left.

Just to put things into perspective...I was thrilled a few months ago when I pulled 500 for 1. That was on Epistane and I weighed about 260. Yesterday 4 weeks or so off a heavier cycle and I pull 495 for 2 at 220 BW. :bb3:

Do me a favor and don't quote this if you reply. I'm trying to keep comments about A.A.S. to nil. So I'm gonna edit soon...:ntome: :numbered:

One of the problems will be alleviated as of tomorrow, another one Wednesday, and I think I'll be telling a certain someone to hit the road very soon too. Or at least whole heartedly agreeing to being told to hit the road myself. One or the other. :nutkick:

Last I checked my BW was down to 214, my workouts suck, my strength is dropping a lot. I'm still vascular, and at a relatively low BF ~12% or so.

My life is still a mess. Every day there's something else going wrong. Prob at least 2 more weeks of BS before things go back to "normal" again.

Hang in there and I feel your pain...seems to be going around:(

Just did a back workout. Strength wasn't spectacular, but flexing pumped in the locker room mirror helped a lot. :bb3:

Talk it out with someone you respect. Get it off your chest if you haven't already. I'm gathering there's a female issue in there somewhere.

Keep that shnozz up and try to live in the present, you b1tches. ;)

I honestly had no idea that so many things in life could go so wrong in such a short period of time. I don't know how I'm staying sane in the midst of all of this, but I am. What doesn't kill you makes you stronger...

I officially can't squat anymore. My nagging knee has been hurting much worse as of late all the time. And the past 2 times that I've tried to squat, my lower back feels really weak compared to my legs. Which is weird, cause I can still DL:dl: a fvckton. Last time I had a good squat workout I hit 275 for 14, today I barely got 4. Did a few sets of leg extensions and leg curls. Then a few moderate weight sets of shoulders and peaced out of there...

I do not feel like myself in the gym anymore at all. I've lost like 15 or 20 lbs since coming off cycle 5 weeks ago. My strength isn't gone on most lifts (except squat), but diminishing every workout it seems. My endurance is completely out the door, along with my aggression and love of the workouts.:whiner:

get your head on straight bro.

get your head on straight bro.

The thing is, I feel like it is...or at least getting there. My knee is genuinely fvcked up though. My situation hasn't improved too much, but my overall mindset has. Maybe just not in the gym as of yet.

I think your lettin sh!t get to you...forget all the female bs when you hit the gym...tell your mind you don't need tren to have a sick session and you will do it.

You got this man.

Its far from just female drama though. He knows this too. I don't wanna get into too many details on the board, but my life is a bit of a mess right now:sad:. I should be good in about 1.5 weeks though! :woohoo:

you having a profesional look at your knee?

its important to be part of a community that values the same things you do. its a part of why people belong to organized religions :)

5 weeks ago? Dude, you know as well as I that your mood, and even your decisions are affected by what you just went through. I know people that change their whole mindset when using "exogenous help"

I guess it was bad timing for **** to go down when coming off post cycle therapy. You'll survive and be better for it. I go through training slumps all the time, just try new ****. Box or something. I just started BJJ and I'm loving it. You just need a change I think, but what do I know, i don't know you personally... PI does though.

PI will be going through something similar soon enough.

I'm dreading it...

SS, Ubi is right, why not try out something new? I'm sure the Nat. Guard offers some cool programs you could get into.

They offer one in particular that would get me the Fvck outta here for 4 months:run:! I don't know if I'm ready to take that leap just yet though. That would almost guarantee me a seat on a plane to Iraq for a year in Jan. 09 too. :numbered:
