Something about prepping for a contest, a day off isn't on your mind. Your always thinking is my competition taking the day off and you end up going to the gym every day even if it's just cardio and abs. I am with you though off contest prep i'll just eat my carbs and watch me some college footbell.

OoooOOOOoooO YyyYYYeEeEeEEEeeeeAaAAAhhhhh!!! hahah. . .I love bulking but its all on the eye of the beholder. . .eating 5k calories does become work especially when your calorie intake is hover around 3k. . hahah big difference but all is well. . I can't wait baby!! :gore:

Yezzur!! The pumps are fantastic!! Although its hard to say because im on a calorie defict diet!! But with that being said im carbing up today so pumps should be great!!! :stickp4:

Swolen thank you for the words of kindness my friend!! That means a lot :cheers:. . . I would like to be an inspiration to many as well as a great representive of the sport of Natural Bodybuilding! I'm always looking for opportunities to push the grey area's but also look at the science. . .As long as we realize that science plays an intreicate part of bodybuilding, there will always be a need for supplements and AAS's. . . .But its pushin our genetics the natural way that will make you stand above the rest. Its to ez to become a freak. . .although you still have to put the hard work in. . your rewards far exceed with minimal effort! :bad:. . .best of luck on your journey my friend and keep me posted in future on BB and AM so i can follow along!

EASYEJL you will have a lot of competitor's depending on the event. . .i know during the MR.MN NANBF there are tons of master's competitior's. . tons of fun and great competition. . .natural bodybuilding is trying to make a name for itself and only time will tell. . . maybe you'll go npc which well there are many beauties of test and other AAS that will help an individual remain youthful at that age so again. . the competition will be plentiful. .

Awesome man, you definately need to jump in the 40+ and it being your first show I always recommend Novice because you just get one crack at that so never waist it. Good luck to you and if you need anything give me a shout.

I will say a few things right now. . this is day 3 in total of a lower carb day and my energy is starting to suffer. . . I will vent for a moment and say I hate this portion of the process due to the fact that i'm becomming mentally slower due to the lower intake of carbohydrates. . .I will not advice this method unless you are competiting. . but i will start to increase the carbs after tomorrow. . .i wanted to do 3 days low low low and than ramp up 250 300. . . my sunday carb intake was around 120. . . which is still very low but i this is what i did last time and it worked quit well. . . I was on some fat burners which did help with my energy lvl but i don't want to mix all of these supplements when i'm dehydrating myself and I have been having pains in my left bicep and headaches in the mornings. . .BLEH!!! I did ingest 6 caps of dandelion root yesterday and I think that had something to do with it and have switched to a different product. . .With that being said I am closely montorning my intake of water and sodium and am adding salt as i'm feeling light headed and headaches begin. . . I know the potassium sodium ion channels exchange at a 2:1 ratio and everybody neglects salt but i'm messing with my electrolyghts and if i don't properly balance them I will be in a world of hurt. . .I'm almost done with the hard part and ITS TIME TO FINISH WHAT I STARTED!!!!!
