I agree. Lots to take in , lots of new info as well. At least for me. Leading the pack on the forefront of new supplements though. Can't wait to see the final results.

The past two days have both been great I think. Switching from a ss routine back to straight sets my workable weights has blown up. Tomorrow is legs. Excited to see how that unfold tbh
I enjoy SS's a lot, but I def see the benefit in straight sets for strength gains.

Nice work.

I almost bought quinoa the other day, but figured it would probably sit in the cabinet forever. Maybe next time.

Noooooo. Cholula is Mexican. My fav hot sauce. Siracha is Thai. Good but thicker. Quinoa is the bomb

It's actually # 2 on the hot list. The one with the dragon on the bottle is # 1. A lil dab will do. I like franks red hot too.

I'd actually be putting up bigger numbers on the cg smith and the hammer curls but I have two plates in my right fore arm and that's about as heavy as they like it right now. I'm hoping that improves but not for certain it will.

Is there a cortisol control in MASS 550?
I'm not 100% positive. But my take on it is this... Increased cortisol production = decreased protein synthesis. Since MASS 550 increases protein synthesis then some reduction of cortisol should be the opposite of this reaction. I don't know that targeting cortisol directly was a motivation behind the implementation of the increased protein synthesis with the product. Whether directly , or indirectly , I would say some degree of cortisol control is present. I'm not exactly the most knowledgeable or scientific guy on here so I'm sure when the big dogs from Finaflex read this if I'm completely off they will square both of us away

Got a little overwhelmed with stuff I had to get wrapped up at the house. Never made it to the gym. Did some TRX work. 3x8 for every muscle group. Then had a small dinner.

6 oz steak
Small bowl of baby spinach and a hb egg with 1/2 tbsp dressing
1/4 cup quinoa.

Gonna finish up as early as possible. This rodeo is getting started early tomorrow.
