What's up everybody! Like to just say I'm stoked as hell for this cycle. I'm 31, 6 ft 2 and 218 pnds. Bf 9%, I think its a little higher but that's what the nurses say at my work ins. screening. I've been lifting for 2 years hardcore. Some of my max's are 320 bench, squats I've done 455 ten times, leg press over 1000 20 reps, my db curls are a bit weak 50 pnds 10 times. Let's gets started I'm gunna b logging this. I will say my nutrition is gunna very. 250 grams protein, carbs not sure just no I will b intaking a lot. My plans are too just eat a ton. Hope I don't affend anyone by my nutrition but I'm gaining now strength and weight while still keeping my core in check. I will b doing no cardio except some ab workout with insanity. Here's my cycle:
Week 1-4 30mg dbol, 30 mg, 40mg, 40mg
Week 1-10 600mg test e (pnning twice a week)
Week 13-16. Pct clomid 100,100,50,50
Week 4-12 arimidex .25 mg e3d
