Best Recomp Supplements

Hey guys. I fell off the wagon pretty hard for a year and am pretty fat and weak right now. Getting back into it. I know what I have to do training and diet wise but I haven’t looked into supplements for a while.

What do you guys think are the best supplements out right now for recomp? I don’t know any anything requiring PCT at this point.

Shoot can go wrong with some vegabol, tunaplex and riceostane. Besides that I like some Ursa Major, triton and Epichaos if I’m going non hormonal. Oh and some cardiodrol.

There are a lot of great options to help you build muscle and lose fat and get back in the swing of things.

I'm in the same boat in that 2022 was a crappy year and I wasn't able to eat or train properly and lost a lot of muscle and gained a lot of fat during the year.

There are products that can help both build muscle and lose fat and out of those, my favorites that come to mind right off hand are:

BMP will recomp you noticeable in about 2 1/2 weeks where OTHER people you know point it out.

Yes, Matt reccomends 500mg calcium carbonate (which is a standard Tums dose).

Ya, Matt recommends 750mg calcium carbonate pre-workout with BMP (Tums is calcium carbonate) with BMP an or Myo synergy - its known to increase the effectivness and results in increased strength.

750mg tums pre workout will increase ya strength with or without BMP. Try it for yaself. Just chew it 15 mins or so pre workout and you’ll notice you’re able to lift 10 to 15 percent heavier

Ursa-Gel and Recomp20 would be a great stack for recomp purposes. I just started this stack yesterday myself.

I also agree that Ursa-Gel + X-Gels would be a great recomp stack, especially with Phosphatidic Acid XT added in.

I've been doing a pretty intensive fat loss supplement regimen since Feb. and have lost a little over 40 lbs., which I've been very happy with being that I haven't been dieting super strict and hadn't been able to start back working out yet. I'm getting ready to start back doing some cardio and light lifting, so the goal is to continue to lose fat and try to start building back muscle. The stack that I'm looking forward to the most is Anabolic Effect + Anabolic XT + Phosphatidic Acid XT and I'll start that in about a month; but I wanted to ease back into working out and I'm bad about not pacing myself, and my worry is that with that stack, my strength would go up too much too quickly. So, for the next month, I'm continuing with my fat loss regimen and adding in Ursa-Gel, Recomp20, and Ecdy-Plex. The reason for me adding Ecdy-Plex is that I can't use X-Gels bc I have an autoimmune condition that causes a lot of inflammation, and we get a lot of reports of people comparing some aspects of Ecdy-Plex to X-Gels, especially from people that cannot use X-Gels for various reasons. Plus, we get some feedback on Ecdy-Plex of people that say they notice it helping them get leaner, even without them trying to, so its a perfect addition for what I'm trying to do.

I tried Patrick Arnold’s topical, Pump Spray I think? Didn’t notice much from that either.

I haven’t tried the XPG stuff yet, but Apex Ursa was phenomenal.

When I was a rep for SAN, I got a nice monthly allotment, and used 8 or 10 bottles. It ws subtle but nice enough, when free, haha.

Anabolic xt definitely has a leaning effect, without even trying.

I have done both of them stacked and individually. I give the nudge to Recomp20 if just using one or the other.
It particularly has shined in a slight deficit/maintenance to lean out without losing muscle. I have also used in a surplus to help keep fat gains to a minimum.

I'm getting ready to do Recomp20 and Ursa-Gel myself (along with Ecdy-Plex) shortly. I'm hoping to be able to start back to doing some light training, and I'm still trying to lose some more fat while starting to build muscle back, so going to run that stack along with the fat loss supplement regimen I'm doing for at least a month and then go to Anabolic Effect, Anabolic XT, and Phosphatidic Acid XT as soon as I shift focus more heavily on building back muscle.
