Symplocos Racemosa Extract (as SR10X™):
Symplocos Racemosa Extract is a super exciting herb that has so many potential benefits that it would take a series of articles to cover all of the information. So due to space constraints, this write up will just be providing an overview.

The SR10X™ Difference:
It’s all about the extraction – As with most herbs, it’s not the parent herb that delivers the benefits, it’s the active constituent(s) that are responsible for the results. A good well-known example of this would be Turmeric as a parent herb but Curcumin being the constituent that delivers the benefits. Another well-known example would be Milk Thistle being the parent herb but Silymarin being the constituent that delivers the benefits.

Most suppliers sell cheap Symplocos/Lodhra powder that isn’t even extracted at all (despite some claiming otherwise).

Eucheuma Cottonii (E. Cottonii) is a polyphenol rich edible seaweed extract that contains vitamins, trace minerals, antioxidants, & amino acids and has been shown to have potent anti-estrogen properties.

Cottonii has been shown to act as a natural selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM) and simultaneously reduce estrogen production.

Cottonii is thought to act as an estrogen receptor antagonist and exert its mechanism of action through blocking the estrogen receptor at the hypothalamus, thereby modulating the sensing of serum estrogen levels, resulting in the feedback loop being initiated to regulate levels and promote gonadotropin release and increased testosterone production.

Cottonii has also been noted to downregulate endogenous estrogen biosynthesis, which may result in reduced serum levels of estrogens and help ensure levels do not elevate too significantly.

Cottonii has such incredible potential as a natural SERM that there have been animal studies comparing it head-to-head with pharma ones with positive outcomes.

In addition to its estrogen modulating benefits, E. Cottonii also possesses a variety of other potential benefits including supporting cardiovascular health, GI health, and possessing anti-inflammatory properties that may support reduced inflammation in muscles, joints, and the kidneys. It has also been shown to display hepatoprotective properties when the liver was under stress, resulting in reduced levels of enzymes indicative of liver stress, while also supporting cellular membrane integrity.

Ellagic Acid:
Ellagic Acid is a plant derived polyphenol that is naturally occurring and is found primarily in pomegranates but also in strawberries, cranberries, raspberries, and other plants.

Ellagic Acid is a potent antioxidant and has been shown to help reduce inflammation. Ellagic Acid has a wide variety of potential health benefits but for the purpose of this write up, we are going to focus primarily on its estrogen modulating benefits.

Ellagic Acid is unique in that studies have shown that it may possess both aromatase inhibiting (AI) properties and also be a natural selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM).

Ellagic Acid – Aromatase Inhibiting (AI) Properties:
Studies have shown that Ellagic Acid may naturally suppress E2 metabolizing enzymes, the enzymes that are responsible for the creation of estrogen.

Studies have shown that Ellagic Acid may inhibit aromatase, an enzyme that converts androgens to estrogen.

Ellagic Acid – Selective Estrogen Receptor Modulator (SERM) Properties:
Studies have suggested that Ellagic Acid may be a natural selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM).

Ellagic Acid is thought to influence the activity of estrogen receptors by binding to the receptors sites that often cause gynecomastia.

Spilanthes Acmella Extract (as SA3X™):
Spilanthes Acmella is an herb that has a long history of use in Ayurvedic medicine as a natural testosterone booster and for its aphrodisiac (libido enhancing) and pain-relieving properties.

There are several constituents in Spilanthes that are thought to be beneficial, but it is the N-Alkylamides extract that was used in the studies on Spilanthes and that are thought to be the most responsible for its effects.

Cloma-Plex uses SA3X™, a high potency branded extract that contains a minimum 3.5% Alkylamides extract and whose plants are non-GMO and grown free of pesticides.

Spilanthes Acmella and Increased Testosterone & Luteinizing Hormone (LH):

In addition to its natural testosterone boosting benefits and extensive history of use in Ayurvedic medicine as an aphrodisiac (libido enhancer), preliminary studies in mice have shown Spilanthes Acmella (specifically the N-Alkylamides) to increase sexual frequency, ejaculation, sexual consistency, & harder erections. In this study researchers documented an increase on the PEI (Penile Erection Index) compared to a control group with the increase being nearly 3 times higher in the Spilanthes Acmella group. In laymen’s terms, this means that the Spilanthes group experienced improved erection quality/harder erections.

What is the importance of Spilanthes Acmella Extract being standardized?
The importance of Spilanthes Acmella Extract being standardized is because the percentage of standardized extract (specifically N-Alkylamide content) is thought to be responsible for the levels of benefits that this exciting ingredient provides.

Many Spilanthes raw materials and products on the market are just the herb powder and aren’t standardized at all so the user doesn’t know how much N-Alkylamide content they are getting, if any at all.

Apigenin is a natural flavonoid found in parsley, celery, chamomile, and citrus fruits that is similar to Quercetin, Hesperidin, Luteolin, and Kaempferol. However, even though its structure is very similar to these compounds, Apigenin has some very different effects in the body than those related substances.

Apigenin has a natural anabolic effect, as first discovered by researchers at the Korea Food Research Institute.

In the initial study that led to Apigenin’s popularity for building muscle, scientists began experimenting with his flavone with mice and the mice receiving the Apigenin had significant muscle mass gains over the mice not receiving it. No, it isn't made specifically for us. I think that we are just the first company to use it in a product when we included it in Anabolic XT and now in Cloma-Plex.

The branded ingredient side of the industry is like the retail side in some ways in that there are better and worse times of the year for branded ingredient companies to launch ingredients and/or particular types of ingredients. Sometimes, you'll have a situation where something may be available but the branded ingredient company knows its not a great time of the year to launch it from a business perspective so they're holding off on it until the right time, when they have their marketing in place, or for a variety of reasons.

And a lot of brands are only interested in using branded ingredients that are fully launched, well-known, &/or have big marketing budgets behind the ingredients - which from a business perspective I can completely understand.

Here on AM, most people associate me just with SNS and CEL but I do formulation for quite a few different companies and do raw material sourcing for a lot of companies as well. I've been working in the raw material side of the industry for 18+ years so sometimes cool opportunities come up. But also, there are a lot of cool ingredients that sometimes people aren't familiar with bc the raw material companies just don't have the marketing budget of some of the bigger ones.

In the case of G70X, they weren't ready to formally launch it yet but were okay with us using it; we're just limited as to what we can say about it or what type of detailed information we can give on it until they do their official release for it.

It is extracted for particular ginsenosides but that was part of the agreement to be able to use it before the official launch is that I have an NDA with them and can't give out any details about which particular ones they are. I'm not sure whether the company will release that information down the road as a selling point or if they'll keep it as proprietary information in order to try to keep people from copying it.

Based on my research on ginsenosides, for me personally, its pretty much the perfect combination of ones that I would be interested in for the purposes of body-composition, natural test boosting, and libido support though. That was a big part of what got me interested in using it.

Theres a couple estrogenic ginsenosides I dont like, particularly Rh1. Which is why I stopped using the leaf extract, it has 30x the amount compared to the root.

Theres a couple estrogenic ginsenosides I dont like, particularly Rh1. Which is why I stopped using the leaf extract, it has 30x the amount compared to the root.

The ones that have the ginsenosides that are higher in potential estrogenic side effects are mostly the non-specific ones and the cheaper extracts.

I don't think that you would have any estrogenic issues with G70X at all in general, but especially not with the estrogen modulating aspects of Cloma-Plex.

I think that any affect that Cocoabuterol would have on it would be a positive one; but understand if you're trying to avoid anything that would affect it, even if in a positive way.

I had originally thoughts about doing SR10X as a single ingredient product but that idea actually became Recomp20 when we had so many people asking us to do a product like the original Compound20.

Now, in addition to Recomp20, we use it in Anabolic XT and Cloma-Plex.

We would have to have a lot of demand to do it as a single ingredient product bc I think that most people would prefer Recomp20 to a single ingredient and the price point would be close to the same if not the same. I do appreciate the suggestion and if we find the demand is there will be glad to do it, but I suspect we'd be more just competing with one of our own products at this point if we did one. I hope that makes sense.

Cloma-Plex and Anabolic XT could definitely be stacked together and you could definitely add M-Test &/or Optimize-T to it.

M-Test and Anabolic XT is also a great stack.

Cloma-Plex is a great option for PCT but I wouldn't save it specifically for PCT.

A quick short answer would be:

Cocoabuterol supports the activation of the Beta-2-adreneric receptor and has a positive effect on weight loss and body composition. The desirability of activating the beta-2-adrenergic receptor is due to the critical role that the beta-2-adrenergic receptors play in both skeletal muscle and metabolic function. In particular, the beta-2-adrenerfgic receptors have been shown to increase oxygen uptake and nutrient transport to skeletal muscle, regulate thermogenesis, inhibit the pro-adipogenic effect of other adrenergic receptor types, and directly increase lipolysis and oxidation of fatty acids – the literal burning of fatty tissue.

And I disagree with the assumption that anything that works on the adrenergic system would have a negative affect on the receptor.

I don't think you'll have to worry about the AI effects being too strong. The goal is to help modulate estrogen and help with proper testosterone to estrogen ratio; not to crush estrogen with it.

We've actually had this here for quite some time and just had to space out new releases for business purposes. When we do that (have things here but not release them yet), a lot of times I'll have people try them that I know so that we can get feedback on them and the feedback has been excellent and we haven't had a single report of sore joints or negative effects on libido. To the contrary, libido seems to be through the roof for people using it and almost comically through the roof for people stacking it with M-Test (literally had a friend of mines wife threaten to kick my a** if I gave him another bottle of it lol).

I would consider Cloma-Plex to be a natural testosterone booster and libido support product that has estrogen modulating properties whereas I would consider Inhibit-E to be a great anti-estrogen product that has natural test boosting properties.

What do all of those orally-consumed cycles have in common? Elevated oxidative stress, disruptions to gut micro biome & digestion, crashed LH & FSH, an estrogen-dominated environment post cycle on shorter runs (and very frequently once natural testosterone begins to restore & estrogen rebounds), poor sexual function and/or libido.

Cloma-Plex addresses all of that at different levels in a single product to help restore hormonal homeostasis sooner and clean up the environment faster.

Nothing is a free ride with that kind of cycling, but the kind of things I had access to were typically something like DHEA and tribulus (which only exacerbated the estrogen-dominant environment, slowing endogenous recovery)
