I need a new intra-workout product. Im moving back into some high volume and intensity and while i always think its important to down some aminos during your lift when i ramp up the intensity i believe it to be even more so important. Ill be adding in more cardio and then moving into some carb cycling and then a slight cut. So id like to line out and find a great intra workout for now to use but definantly before i transition into a slight cut with some cardio.
So what intra workout would you reccomend and why?
Recovery and anti catabolism is the highest concern. I use pre workout nearly every lift day, anwhere from 1/4 scoop to a full scoop of either 1st Phorm brand megawatt v2 or this new stuff i like quite a bit called carbon (i think).
